Nestled on a picturesque beachfront, the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach garners high praise for its outstanding amenities, such as the coveted beach cabana and attentive poolside service. Guests are enamored with the sophisticated ambiance and commend the staff for their professional and heartfelt service. The rooms are generally celebrated for their spaciousness and modernity, but opinions on their value for money are mixed. Immaculate cleanliness is a hallmark of the resort, reinforcing its reputation as a luxurious retreat, albeit with a steep price tag for some.

We recently celebrated a birthday at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach Florida. This is the second time staying at the hotel and for my wife and I, it was absolutely the best getaway vacation imaginable.

As a boutique hotel, it has a very comfortable, feel at home atmosphere that is very warm and inviting. The pool and beach front areas were not crowded allowing us to comfortably find spots to lounge and relax.

We have food allergies so we were concerned with our ability to eat without the fear of contamination. The chef and staff were over the top outstanding being able to accommodate any and all allergies. We ate with no issues and had one of the best culinary experiences at any hotel we have ever stayed at.

We will definitely go back again and again!

Had the pleasure of staying here a week in early March pre COVID.

Splurged on a Cabana Terrace room (overlooks the adult pool) and has a private terrace with steps down directly to the pool. Room was spacious and well appointed.

Property had a wonderful light and airy feel. Not a high rise and felt overall pretty intimate.

No issues with seaweed at the beach.

Excellent and typical FS service. Shout out to Derek and Mike by the pool and James at Florie's.

House car was great to get us to an offsite dinner and a run to a grocery store to get some more dog food. Resort is very dog friendly!

Food offerings were great (minus an overcooked burger thru room service which was quickly comped). Make sure to check out the Happy Hour at Florie's and don't miss the Lobster Roll at the pool bar.

Can't wait to go back! Don't forget to download and use the Four Seasons app during your stay!

For the past few years we have vacationed at the Boca Beach Club or the Breakers, but both are too crowded, especially Boca Beach on weekends when they are inundated with local club members. Four Seasons is much much more genteel. All of the pool attendants, waitresses and other staff constantly look for ways to be helpful. The adult pool is quiet and - well - adult. We will be back.

This hotel is beautiful and the rooms and all areas are up to date and spacious. However, unless you get an amazing price for your stay, I would stay elsewhere until the hotel has gone back to their normal four seasons level of service and care. Right now there are none of the usual perks and amenities that make the four seasons the four seasons. Despite the fact that all staff wear masks 24/7 and guests are expected to everywhere at the hotel, there are no cold towels, fruit or popsicles served at the pool, no sunglasses cleaning, only one restaurant on property open for dinner, last call for drinks and food on the beach and at the pool at 3pm, two separate sessions of kids club each requiring a sign up, no food served at lids club even popsicles outside despite all staff and kids wearing masks the whole time. Covid precautions are necessary obviously but this all feels like this hotel sinking to the lowest level and blaming Covid. Hopefully the real four seasons will be (safely) back soon.

We value your kind words about our Resort and very much appreciate you sharing feedback about your recent stay with us. While the Four Seasons experience may look different in this new environment, our goal is that it will ultimately still feel the same, and we are truly sorry to hear that you did not have that impression. Nearly all our amenities including poolside treats, are now currently available, but understand that some measures we are taking to help ensure your health and safety when you visit us may have created a unique environment. Despite these temporary modifications, our team is committed to delivering the same intuitive service and genuine care that we are known for. As always, we are here to listen to any concerns and appreciate you sharing yours. We hope you will choose to visit us again and look forward to providing you with a genuine Palm Beach experience. Warmest regards, Mohamed Elbanna Regional Vice President and General Manager Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach

This is an excellent top end beach hotel with all the finest amenities. The dining experience is impressive, the rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious, and the employees are continually focused on ensuring the guests experience complete comfort and smooth operations in royal fashion. Also, the property is not too large which is convenient for taking walks in and around the hotel neighborhood.

Old property for a four seasons. Old rooms very old pool chairs etc. it’s pretty but not new.

Paid 1500 a nite at that price I expect to not wait 15 min for a breakfast table outside and also seems petty to charge 30 dollars extra fir a resort fee.

Concierge not helpful, staff is really young. Decent hotel but not up to four seasons standards.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. While our Resort has recently been completely renovated, and we are so glad to hear you describe the new design as pretty, I am sorry to learn that it wasn’t everything you had hoped for and especially for any lapses in service you experienced. We value your feedback including the Resort fee. As part our reimagined Resort experience, we introduced an array of new offerings available daily that can be enjoyed as part of this - from a welcome beverage and culinary classes and mixology tastings to new fitness classes and other activities and amenities. Our hope is that our guests can arrive and enjoy as many activities as they wish, all as part of the Resort experience. I am of course available should you wish to discuss your stay further. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly at mazen.saleh@fourseasons.com. Warmest regards, Mazen Saleh Resort Manager

My husband and I recently took a “babymoon” and had an amazing time!

The hotel is an easy 15 minute ride from the airport and we were greeted by Christie, a friendly and warm front desk attendant. She provided us champagne (and water) and delicious cake pops while discussing the grounds. She was able to check us in at noon and provided us a two class room upgrade with partial ocean view.

The grounds, pool, and beach were very well taken care of. Our room was clean, beautiful, and extremely spacious.

Flories had unique and versatile dishes. Our dinner service was excellent and Marcus was extremely knowledgeable about the menu.

Flories breakfast was outstanding! The coffees, service, and food was prompt. Our server, Stamede, greeted us each morning and had such a warm energy to her.

The pool and beach staff (Ella, Justin, and Kyle) were always on top of their game. They took excellent care of us. A cherry on top was the attention to detail - a pool attendant was always walking around refilling waters, ice, and cool hand towels. They also come around provided free “treats” every so often such as mini milkshakes, fresh fruit, and juices.

Chris, the house car driver, was so informative and responsive. He gave us excellent recommendations.

We will definitely be back to the property again. The resort is VERY kid friendly and we saw many families utilizing the kids club and beach toys for their children.

Another great Four Seasons experience.

We loved this hotel, it is a really great property right on the beach that is beautifully decorated. The staff are friendly and on the ball and kept up a positive attitude even in the middle of the Coronavirus crisis. On that note, we found the hygeine standards for Coronavirus at the hotel to be excellent and reassuring.

Amazing property with exquisite services and amenities. The moment you walk through the door you feel a sense of relaxation. The hotel was recently remodeled and has a sophisticated yet laid back Palm Beach feel. Picture a lot of pink and soft beach tones. Every room has a balcony but I recommend getting an ocean view, which is perfect to watch the sunrise and enjoy breakfast on. The bed and pillows are so restful and luxurious. I really want to know what mattress and pillows the Four Seasons use because I never slept so nice. Everyone on the hotel property is pleasant and helpful. They even start to remember your name and face after a few days. Hiring shortages that I have experienced in other luxury hotels seem to be elusive here. People are everywhere to help you get what you need. If you want to spurge a little on perfume the hotel has a Krigler boutique where you can get the same perfume that JFK and Grace Kelly wore. The only downside of the hotel is it’s location. It’s about a 7 mile drive to Worth Avenue, but it’s worth the drive.

I spent a night here and was upgraded to a cabana room with ocean view. Good to know because there are cabana rooms that have no view at all and I paid a lot of money for the room and would have been severely disappointed without the upgrade. The rooms are a bit small here but they are nice. The facilities are good; gym is great and the pools are good. Spa works well; one thing I like about Four Seasons as opposed to other chains is that hotel guests can use spa facilities even on days they are not having treatments. Dinner in the Italian restaurant was very good; i liked some items better than others and there is no accounting for taste; breakfast is excellent; lunch at the pool was also very good but rather pricey. I think the hotel, like others, are fetching rather high prices during the pandemic with choices lacking.
This property is convenient; easy to get in and out of and not a high rise building. A taxi to the airport takes between 15-30 minutes depending on traffic. The oceanfront is also easy and you can borrow a bicycle and ride nearby to see the ocean at night by the Casino building a few minutes away.
My only complaint was that at dinner and breakfast I had to wait too long to get anyone's attention so that i could pay my bill and exit.
This is a steady-eddie hotel where everything works and you can count on things going right. Which of course is what you're paying for.
