Interesting little place. Rooms are in desperate need of updating. Our mattress was awful. We literally had 1 window that didn’t open and looked into a fake courtyard. Definitely not worth the $1,200 a night. The only thing keeping this place on the map is Cafe Bould as their restaurant. Parking is a nightmare. Staff is not accommodating. We will be back after this place gets completely renovated.

Traveler beware. I stayed there for a weekend in November. There were many problems with my stay and this hotel, but I'll focus on the main one: how I caught them committing credit card fraud after checkout. I checked out on Sunday morning and signed off on a copy of my bill. As I reviewed my credit card statement the following week, I noticed a large additional charge from the hotel. After emailing and calling several times, I received an updated copy of my bill that showed they had charged my card a second time, supposedly for a tab at their restaurant - Cafe Boulud - 2+ hours after I had checked out and left the hotel. When I called them, I was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes. After speaking with "Dane" and "VK," the only thing they could tell me was that there was some "confusion" and it was a mistake. It sounded like one of their employees had either charged something to our room or added an enormous tip for themselves. They were barely apologetic for being caught red-handed. Now, almost two weeks later, I am still fighting to get my refund back. They claim it is "processinng" but my bank has no record of it. All in all, it was a terrible experience to have to lose money + waste multiple days trying to fix this, and I would recommend to any guest wanting to avoid this hassle just stay elsewhere. I imagine this hotel does this frequently and gets away with it for travelers who don't notice. Separately, the hotel itself was not particularly nice, and hard to justify this price point. The rooms were old and my shower leaked.

I have traveled to 87 countries, every continent and every state in the US. This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Top notch in every single way. Daniel's Restaurant is fabulous, the hotel desk folks, valet and bell staff unbelievably efficient and professional, the housekeeping staff just great. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

I arrived to a gorgeous property, was greeted in the loveliest of ways by the front desk. I was offered the benefits of membership in the Leader’s Club, and throughout my whole stay felt special. The room was beautiful and quiet, the amenities and mini bar were top notch. There were even amenities for the dog, something not every hotel provides, even the ones that charge for the dog. My meal at Cafe Boulud was superb, and my guest, a former wine merchant in Boston, was quite impressed. NY quality and service outside the city. Not always easy to find. My breakfast croissant was perfect. When my ride to the train station did not show up, the front desk bent over backwards to get me there on time. Every single staff member was outstanding. I can't wait to go back.

My stay here was nothing short of AMAZING! I’ve previously worked in hospitality, and the service was amazing; the room was amazing, and I will definitely be returning. Café Boulud was heavenly, and I highly recommend enjoying anything on the menu.

Over the years, I have traveled to several vacation destinations that have afforded me the luxury of staying at hotels of all kinds. Although the glitz of hotels in Vegas and Dubai is undeniable, there is nothing that stands out enough to call any of these hotels my favorite. Enter The Brazilian Court Hotel. From the time I stepped into the luxurious property, I knew it was special. My wife and I have returned for 3 consecutive years to celebrate our honeymoon and anniversaries. The lobby, courtyard, suite, staff - everything is top notch! The hotel oozes with Palm Beach charm like no other hotel in the area. This is not a sponsored post. And I'm super happy to recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing Palm Beach getaway!

There aren’t enough words to describe the level of service the staff at the Brazilian court takes with their guests. From the moment you step in, you feel welcomed and like you never want to leave. The valet staff (Abel and Jose) we’re wonderful with our kids and extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed is extremely comfortable! So comfortable my 3 year old slept until 9am! I don’t think that’s ever happened! We also traveled with our five month old and they had the crib set up for us. It was a very relaxing trip and quick getaway for us! We can’t wait to come back.
