How lucky we are to have found a lovely and perfectly located hotel in Palm Beach! We are surrounded by three excellent restaurants and 10-minute walk to the Worth Ave. Starbucks, and, oh, yes, Saks and many more stores. The ocean lies at the east end of the block, and beach towels and chairs are provided. We are welcomed by...

This is definitely not a new hotel and don't go here if you want modern amenities. This is old and has very comfortable beds and nice linens. The price does seem too high for what it offers. I suspect it would be far more lively at a lower price. The woman at the front desk with her beautiful golden Lab...

This is a poor option for Palm Beach. There is no common space, the lobby is piled with beach stuff but the price was $350 per night. The room was shabby: the bath was small and old and the fawcets were stained and crusted. The supposed benefit is that it is dog-friendly. The entrance is a small side door and...

My second stay here was for four nights during which I felt right at home. The Inn is quiet, comfortable and clean, with a friendly and accomadating staff. If you are an independent spirit, you will enjoy the authenticity and unassuming charm of this place. It is easy to come and go; you are half-a-block from the ocean; plenty of...

Just spent one night In Palm Beach. The room here is so small that my husband and I could not walk in front of the bed at the same time. The bathroom also very small and shower weak. We had to carry our luggage up a LONG flight of stairs. Not a place for someone with knee problems. The charges...

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience. First of all, I apologize that you had to carry your own luggage up the stairs. We recommend checking in during our front desk hours so we can assist with any luggage, as we are aware the stairs (19 steps) can be overwhelming. We are a historic landmark, and...

A step back to old days but that is where it ends. Downtown location is convenient to walk but parking is a crap shoot and unloading space chancy at best. We arrived after dark and that made navigating especially difficult. Continental breakfast was dry cereal and granola bars, coffee made in a Mr coffee, kitchen attendant and desk clerk talked...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I'm glad you enjoyed our central location and clean room, but I'm surprised to hear the rest of your stay was anything less than excellent. Parking is definitely an issue in the town, but our staff is able to assist with any directions or unloading to make the...

The room was perfectly fine; clean, cute, completely adequate, a great value. The staff were just great: friendly, helpful, accommodating, they really went out of their way to make our stay a great one. One rarely encounters service that is this personal, this attentive, and this helpful. It feels like one is staying with old friends. The location is beautiful,...

The Inn is located a block from the beach - walk down the street and there is the water. The beach is BEAUTIFUL! clean and not crowded at all! Many good restaurants are within walking distance - a bit pricey but good. This entire area is GORGEOUS! Manicured landscaping / parks / courtyards, luxury shops & restaurants - VERY well...
