No services offered. You get a bed and the beach of course. After I checked in was told hot tub and fire pit closed. No more than 6 in the pool. Room had decaf only coffee and sugar, creamer in a package. No breakfast items offered at 7 a.m. I would expect no services from a $50.00 room but this room was $150.00+ Dogs are allowed to stay but no where to take them to do their business. Do yourself a huge favor and pass this one by. You can thank me later. .

This place is a joke. Made and cancelled reservation within an hour of each other. Talked to hotel directly gentleman said not to worry wouldn’t be charged due to Covid anyways. Guess what got charged. Called back after charged and was told booking didn’t cancel on their end so nothing they could do called booking and was told hotel didn’t cancel on their end so nothing they can do. Have it all on voice recordings. And called back today and hotel clerk hung up on me was told twice a manager would call me back next day and still waiting no call. Save the aggravation and stay elsewhere

start with a list of the things that did not work for us ...there was no place to hold on to in the shower as a older person or a drinking person this is very important . the door to the very nice large shower with a big rain shower head did not latch it opened in and out and if you grabbed it by mistake you found this out.. the toilet flushed so incredibly loud so if you are sleeping and you flush it everyone will wake up. i compare it to a cruise ship toilet. there is no place to hang towels yes on the back of the bathroom door there was a tiny stubby place for one towel but our room slept 4... so i brought over the door towel hangers that helped. elevator was really slow going up .. we took the stairs and got up faster.. they do not have enough chairs on balcony we had four people and two chairs seems silly but if you need more bring your own . we were in room 306 and the house phone in our room said it was room 108 and you could only use it to call the office. we ordered more towels as they only gave us two sets for a party of 4 they did bring those . but when we called to get maid service and get sheets changed they blew us off I knew it was not that busy and because of covid we let that slide the hotel says they are dog friendly and yes they let dogs stay but there is no dogs allowed at pool or on the beach and there is no place to walk a dog to go potty no grassy area this hotel is nice and with a few simple improvements could attract many pet owners if they would put in a small patch of grass and a fence area to walk them..the view from the room was great but the elevator is right out side the door so if you want quiet not for you .. the pool area is really nice and if you stay on the first floor you get a nice swing on each patio .. the big round cabana couches are comfy and perfect for star gazing on a clear night.. they do provide a fan in the room to help circulate the ac this was nice. the coffee in the lobby was a big plus it makes a large assortment of flavors...the front desk man was very nice and most all of the staff was friendly.. we ran out of toilet paper and i walked down to the second floor laundry room and the woman inside gave me two rolls it was easier than calling... parking can get filled up fast around the hotel rooms area but it looked like you could park across the street... the staff was working hard keep the place clean and keep the trash empty.. some guest were rude and put lots of trash in the can with out the bag in it and they came and changed it without a fuss. so the price was right and if you can over look the small stuff like the need to landscape and trim bushes and stuff like i did write about here the price was great it is dog friendly and clean the view was awesome so all in all enjoyed the get away. bring ear plugs for night or dont flush the toilet till morning..

We are staying two nights on the way back to Canada from Miami. Nice hotel with a great Oceanview. Clean and comfy beds. The outdoor space with pool, hot tub and loungers are a great feature for this property. Highly suggest booking the oceanview with private balcony/patio. If you book through a 3rd party you’ll likely get a city view room. Thankfully we spoke with Marianna at front desk for an upgrade on our second night. Friendly front desk. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks!
