Very nice hotel. Beds very comfy and pillows medium firm but very supportive. Shower good and toiletries had luxury feel. Separate sitting room with big tv and desk. Great coffee machine, fridge and microwave. Sadly no opening windows but aircon good and lovely pool view. We only ate breakfast there once and I feel it was expensive for the quality but not too bad. Very convenient location for Disney. Very nice pool area with bar. Good selection of sunny and shady areas to suit everyone and water comfortable to get into. All in all pleasantly suprised and happy with it.
Me and my husband went back to Orlando without the kids. I saw this before but the great price and pictures were enticing. It was beyond what I expected . Beautiful clean room with plenty of space. Even had activities for families. I will be returning with my family.
We arrived to our hotel around 5 had a wonder dinner at Venetian Chop House - Gustavo provided friendly service and we loved all his food suggestions After dinner we made it to the pool to relax, enjoy the atmosphere and few drinks from the bar. Was greeted by Steven Brown an employee here. He was wonderful and very friendly.
We had a wonderful stay at Caribe Royale! This was our first time travelling with our toddler and had no idea what to expect. I’m writing this review with as much information as possible about travelling with a toddler to this resort since those types of reviews were most helpful to me when deciding on a hotel. VILLA We decided to upgrade to the villa because we were unsure about sharing a room with our toddler. We were VERY pleased with our decision. The suite was beautiful with two bedrooms, a gorgeous master bathroom, second bathroom, den, dining room, full kitchen, balcony, and laundry closet. We rented a full size crib from a local service but I believe the hotel offers a complimentary pack n’play, upon request. The villa kitchen had everything we needed from a full kitchen, pots and pans, dining ware, toaster, and more! The dining table was a bit too high for our toddler so the hotel staff were kind enough the drop off a high-chair, which we kept for the duration of the trip. Housekeeping was wonderful!! They were so accommodating with our toddler’s nap schedule and always left our place absolutely spotless - including the kitchen! They even ran/emptied the dishwasher for us. I was very impressed! Literally the only downside I can think of were the sheets. I know it’s silly but who doesn’t want soft and comfortable sheets in a hotel bed? I was just surprised to feel how uncomfortable they were given the premium paid for being in a villa. Otherwise, we loved everything else. RESORT RESTAURANTS The restaurants on site were excellent with so many options for all of us. The cafe was open all day and had a perfect kid’s pizza for our toddler, which was available nice and early when we needed it the day we arrived (versus room service which didn’t start until 6pm). They also had fruit and milk and other little things you might need. The pool side restaurant (Calypso) was also great! They had a nice menu with lots of options, including some kid’s meals. The servers were all very friendly. We also loved the breakfast restaurant (Tropicale), which offered a full menu as well as a beautiful buffet! We were surprised to learn that toddlers (under 4) ate free! There was a huge selection of delicious food for every one. Once again, the serving staff were lovely. AMENITIES The hotel’s amenities were perfect for us! There’s a really nice big pool, a separate villa pool for villa guests (which was much quieter), a splash pad (although the water was freezing!), an arcade (you need to pay for the games but they aren’t too expensive), a gym for the adults, and a playground, which our toddler loved. TRANSPORTATION We decided to travel with our car seat because we were unsure about car seat availability in Lyfts/Ubers (it also made for a more comfortable plane ride for our toddler). We did, however, request a Lyft with a car seat to and from Disney World and Disney Springs so that we didn’t have to drag our car seat along with us for the day. It worked out perfectly, although they do charge quite a premium for it. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from a few locations in Orlando. We tried to book one to Disney World but it was full (that was our fault - we should have signed up earlier). We did, however, book one back FROM Disney Springs (the one TO Disney Springs left too late for us). That being said, we definitely regret it since it drove an extra 20 minutes to pick up passengers from Animal Kingdom after. So what should have taken 10 minutes took almost 50! If you’re not in a rush, the shuttle service is great (and free) but with a toddler approaching bedtime, a Lyft home would have been much more convenient. OVERALL This trip exceeded our expectations. The staff at Caribe Royale made traveling with a toddler stress-free (and dare I say, even relaxing?!) The resort is absolutely perfect for families. We will definitely be recommending the resort to friends of ours and hope to return again ourselves!…
I understand that March is Spring Break season. Having said that, this hotel has no respect for the adults that are traveling without children. They have a water slide (I get it, KIDS), they have a splash area (I get it, KIDS) and then they have a nice size pool, that has been overtaken by KIDS. What about sectioning off an area for over 18 only. I’m not asking for a big space, just a corner that is for adults that don’t want to be squirt in the face by someone else’s disrespectful brat. We paid a good bit of money to stay here and I really had an expectation of “balance”. Didn’t happen! Quite disappointed with the experience!!
The check-in process was horrible. Hotel clerk couldnt find my reservation. She went in reservation office and didnt come out until 30 minutes later. Common courtesy to inform guests thats it's going to take a long time. I was so annoyed so much that it messed up my trip for the day.
Amazing experience! Beautiful pool, fun bar with a DJ. Our room was spotless and had plenty of amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The resort had plenty of fridge/drink options. I highly recommend staying at this property.
We stayed at the Caribe Royale in July 2022. The hotel is very large divided into three buildings and one main building. The hotel has a large tropical pool very beautifully landscaped and very clean. It seems like there are people out and about cleaning the hotel at all times. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a spa and health center and a large gym. The rooms are divided into two sections, which is perfect for families and offers a little privacy. A sofabed converts into a confortable twin bed in the living room section. Both sections have a large smart tv. Wifi in the room was good enough and is available throughout the property. There is a fridge, a coffee maker and a microwave as well as a safe. Ample parking abailable (at additional cost) . The location of the hotel is also very good, provided you have a car. Just minutes from the Disney property and the southern most base of International Drive. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel charges ceveral extra charges like resort and parking fees, along with a deposit, which have to be reserved on your credit card upon checking in. Checking is and out is fast. Attraction tickets can be purchased on site, the staff will even help you with the apps. All in all, we had a very nice stay, we definitely recommend Caribe Royale, I know we will stay there again.…
Have you ever slept in an industrial process facility? Between the semi constant flow of water and high rpm whirring noises you will find sleep is always just out of reach. Did I mention the beautiful pool facility is open until 11pm? That’s right, loud music will be playing just outside your window every night till 11pm. Good luck!!
This hotel is fantastic. Several hundred of us went for a work conference and we were impressed! My experience first started on a positive note when Zvijezdana from Bonia got me checked into my room. The parking was easy outside of Tower 1 and my room was great! It was clean, had plenty of towels, a coffee machine with pods, a fridge and a microwave. I felt like the hotel was quiet and I did not hear any noise in the hallway. The lobby was beautiful with a Starbucks and a gift shop. All of the staff I encountered was very nice. The pool area was fantastic with a great slide and waterfall. For our work conference we enjoyed the meeting space and all of the food was very good. We all noticed at each meal that staff was attentive when clearing our plates and helping to provide special meals for those with dietary restrictions. The food ordered at Calyposo was good - nice portions for the price and the food was tasty. Again great customer service! …
