Our organization hosted an event at Calypso's and the team at the Caribe was exceptional. They were so helpful and accommodating to work with throughout the entire process. The food was delicious, the bar was wonderful, and every request we had was met. The location is lovely with a great view of the waterfall in the pool. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. We hosted an extraordinary event thanks to the hospitality team! We cannot recommend this venue enough!

Me and my husband went back to Orlando without the kids. I saw this before but the great price and pictures were enticing. It was beyond what I expected . Beautiful clean room with plenty of space. Even had activities for families. I will be returning with my family.

The resort is ideal for a large group looking to host a conference. The conference space is great. The food and wait service was outstanding. My King Suite on the 10th floor was very comfortable. I can tell it’s been refreshed. I had a nice view of the pool. The room is very large and would be roomy for a young family of 4 or less. My only minor complaint is the loud music from the Calypso bar all evening until 11 pm. I could see how those staying in tower 3 or anyone on a lower floor facing the pool would be annoyed by the noise. The windows are not sound proof. My last evening I needed to go to bed early for a 6 am flight. I was unable to fall asleep because of the noise. Perhaps move the dinner/bar area to the breakfast location in the main building to keep the noise to a minimum in the towers. I would happily come here again for another conference, but I would not book this resort for a family vacation. There are just too many conferences going on at once. Professionals who travel a lot party a lot. Lots of folks clogging up the restaurants and bars, elevators, and common areas. For comparison, my group had a dinner event at a Disney hotel one night. Disney, while I’m sure appreciated the business, was very keen to keep our party completely separate from their guests. They isolated us to a specific elevator and an isolated dining room away from families visiting or staying at the resort. The Caribe allows all the guests to mingle and closes down certain areas of the resorts for business groups. I could see how this would be frustrating for normal paying guests who are expecting these attractions to be available during their stay. In short, wonderful stay as a business traveler using the conference space. The Caribe does a great job and has wonderful staff that take care of you.

Room Tip: It appears the King Suites face the pool. For a quieter room, ask for a double on a high floor.

Beautiful Hotel, I’ve traveled a lot solo or with family for most of my life but this month I came on my first trip with my boyfriend and this hotel was our choice, since we were going to disney we wanted something close to the parks! To be honest, I found that having to pay for parking is a bit overkill, I feel like that should’ve been included in the rate. Also the $60 dollars for service fees should also be included in the rate, When i get to a hotel I just want to check in and go to my room, ( deposit for incidental is fine, because we get it back) But I do not want to have to pay for a bunch of things at the hotel. It makes me feel guilty about my spendings. I think that should change to be honest. Other than that I had a great stay and the workers were great and kind!

Staff at checkin was great - friendly and quick. The renovated rooms are excellent - stylish and comfortable. The pool is the highlight of the resort, but get there early because the lounge chairs go quick. Also the bar / restaurant at the pool is great - we watched some golf and had lunch and drinks almost every day. I have zero complaints - really a special resort.

Stunning rooms, very large, all suites. Big living room, two separate sink areas, large showers, and comfy beds. The grounds are beautiful, very well maintained considering how many people are staying here. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Easy drive to the Disney parks another attractions. Only down side: The pillows really hard, just request feather pillows, and the chromecast is impossible to figure out, very wonky system.

Very nice hotel. Beds very comfy and pillows medium firm but very supportive. Shower good and toiletries had luxury feel. Separate sitting room with big tv and desk. Great coffee machine, fridge and microwave. Sadly no opening windows but aircon good and lovely pool view. We only ate breakfast there once and I feel it was expensive for the quality but not too bad. Very convenient location for Disney. Very nice pool area with bar. Good selection of sunny and shady areas to suit everyone and water comfortable to get into. All in all pleasantly suprised and happy with it.

We arrived to our hotel around 5 had a wonder dinner at Venetian Chop House - Gustavo provided friendly service and we loved all his food suggestions After dinner we made it to the pool to relax, enjoy the atmosphere and few drinks from the bar. Was greeted by Steven Brown an employee here. He was wonderful and very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Caribe Royale! This was our first time travelling with our toddler and had no idea what to expect. I’m writing this review with as much information as possible about travelling with a toddler to this resort since those types of reviews were most helpful to me when deciding on a hotel. VILLA We decided to upgrade to the villa because we were unsure about sharing a room with our toddler. We were VERY pleased with our decision. The suite was beautiful with two bedrooms, a gorgeous master bathroom, second bathroom, den, dining room, full kitchen, balcony, and laundry closet. We rented a full size crib from a local service but I believe the hotel offers a complimentary pack n’play, upon request. The villa kitchen had everything we needed from a full kitchen, pots and pans, dining ware, toaster, and more! The dining table was a bit too high for our toddler so the hotel staff were kind enough the drop off a high-chair, which we kept for the duration of the trip. Housekeeping was wonderful!! They were so accommodating with our toddler’s nap schedule and always left our place absolutely spotless - including the kitchen! They even ran/emptied the dishwasher for us. I was very impressed! Literally the only downside I can think of were the sheets. I know it’s silly but who doesn’t want soft and comfortable sheets in a hotel bed? I was just surprised to feel how uncomfortable they were given the premium paid for being in a villa. Otherwise, we loved everything else. RESORT RESTAURANTS The restaurants on site were excellent with so many options for all of us. The cafe was open all day and had a perfect kid’s pizza for our toddler, which was available nice and early when we needed it the day we arrived (versus room service which didn’t start until 6pm). They also had fruit and milk and other little things you might need. The pool side restaurant (Calypso) was also great! They had a nice menu with lots of options, including some kid’s meals. The servers were all very friendly. We also loved the breakfast restaurant (Tropicale), which offered a full menu as well as a beautiful buffet! We were surprised to learn that toddlers (under 4) ate free! There was a huge selection of delicious food for every one. Once again, the serving staff were lovely. AMENITIES The hotel’s amenities were perfect for us! There’s a really nice big pool, a separate villa pool for villa guests (which was much quieter), a splash pad (although the water was freezing!), an arcade (you need to pay for the games but they aren’t too expensive), a gym for the adults, and a playground, which our toddler loved. TRANSPORTATION We decided to travel with our car seat because we were unsure about car seat availability in Lyfts/Ubers (it also made for a more comfortable plane ride for our toddler). We did, however, request a Lyft with a car seat to and from Disney World and Disney Springs so that we didn’t have to drag our car seat along with us for the day. It worked out perfectly, although they do charge quite a premium for it. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from a few locations in Orlando. We tried to book one to Disney World but it was full (that was our fault - we should have signed up earlier). We did, however, book one back FROM Disney Springs (the one TO Disney Springs left too late for us). That being said, we definitely regret it since it drove an extra 20 minutes to pick up passengers from Animal Kingdom after. So what should have taken 10 minutes took almost 50! If you’re not in a rush, the shuttle service is great (and free) but with a toddler approaching bedtime, a Lyft home would have been much more convenient. OVERALL This trip exceeded our expectations. The staff at Caribe Royale made traveling with a toddler stress-free (and dare I say, even relaxing?!) The resort is absolutely perfect for families. We will definitely be recommending the resort to friends of ours and hope to return again ourselves!

I understand that March is Spring Break season. Having said that, this hotel has no respect for the adults that are traveling without children. They have a water slide (I get it, KIDS), they have a splash area (I get it, KIDS) and then they have a nice size pool, that has been overtaken by KIDS. What about sectioning off an area for over 18 only. I’m not asking for a big space, just a corner that is for adults that don’t want to be squirt in the face by someone else’s disrespectful brat. We paid a good bit of money to stay here and I really had an expectation of “balance”. Didn’t happen! Quite disappointed with the experience!!
