Of all the hotels to choose from in the Orlando area I booked this one for a few reasons, it's close to Universal Studios, they offered a "grab and go" breakfast, and free park shuttles. When I checked in I inquired about the breakfast, the asst mgr pointed to the sign that said "6:30 -8:30 am" and also pointed behind him to a small area which was the breakfast area. When I went down to the area at 630, none of the beverage machines were functioning (coffee, juice) and no food was out. I went to the desk to inquire and the morning clerk asked me my room# and whether I wanted Orange juice or Apple juice, he then handed me a paper bag with had a small container of orange juice, a granola bar and a muffin. There was no option to select type of granola bar or muffin. Regarding the free shuttles to the Parks, the asst mgr told me they stopped doing them. I told him it's advertised on their website, he asked me to show him, which I did have a print out. He then took a photo copy and spoke to someone (via phone) he then showed me a covid warning also on my print out, but the warning said pool and fitness center were closed nothing about the shuttles. My reply was, "then they need to update the website and remove the amenities which aren't available". Because I no longer had free shuttles I had to Uber/Lyft which added a significant cost to my trip. I also told the asst mgt the in room safe wasn't working (I had some documents I wanted to lock up). He told me there wasn't anyone from maintenance available, so I skip telling him the door handle was also in need of repair. I stayed 2 nights, although the maid, made up my bed there was no cleaning of the room. While I understand Covid is a factor, I believe this hotel is using it as an excuse to cut back on services (franchised location) in order to save some money.

Hotel was clean, staff very helpful, but on some rooms they have some funny business going on. They have different kind of people going in and out of them at various times a day, hanging around on the hallways. My only recommendation is to add security or something to control that situation.

Quality Inn Hotel is HUGE with plenty of stay option. The pool is year round. The water is clear and clean. The employees are nice and helpful when asked questions. Would definitely stay again. Even with Covid restrictions, the staff office offers brown baggies for breakfast.

Awesome stay😉 Staff members are nice, noticed me immediately! when I walked in; the hotel manager Giovanny Gutuirrez was very nice and polite😊 allowed us to checking early free of charged also no security deposit yayyy! Hotel itself looks good, Beds were clean nice bedding, fluffy pillows, Tv with good channels ( shark tank) lol, I had pool view and lake view, pool was clean over all comfortable stay The location was convenient bus across street from the hotel, IHOP, KFC,Taco Bell within walking distance from the hotel across the high way Hooters, Korean restaurant, Waffle house and McDonald's others stores and gas station near by (walking). NO BED BUDS OR ROACHES IN MY ROOM!! Tips Make sure that you don't leave anything on top of the otherwise the housekeeper won't make your bed because they cannot touch any of your belongings. Disliked · Okay, I saw one of the housekeeper cleaning the bathroom 🤔 in my room very sloppy job 1.Bathroom ceiling have dots of mold 2. Around the edges of the have balls of dust, should be vacuum 3. No changing sheets after 3 days of stay 4. Bath towels are replace after 4:00 pm 5. BREAKFAST, THE WORSE SCRAMBLE EGGS AND COFFEE I EVER HAD HORRIBLE 😕 6. Pool isn't heated. Hopefully in the future they might put it heated for cool days....I couldn't use it 😔 7.Room chairs were dirty 8.Lamp shades could be replace 9. Dresser have burns or screw hole 10. Pillows are okay but after a while they become uncomfortable.

I was getting ice with my 13 year old daughter. As I started to hear a argument. It was the front desk agent and a black man arguing. I don't know if he was a guest or not but the Spanish front desk agent name was Luis. He proceeded to tell the black gentleman to watch his freaking mouth. And the black gentleman started to cuss back at him . And the front desk agent started to cuss even louder. That my 13 year old daughter could hear. His shirt was untucked . Look like he was on drugs. I believe the argument was about drugs. Someone is always smoking weed out front and I've also seen the front desk agent Luis smoking weed with guest at the hotel. I will never stay here again . You can't walk out your room without smelling drugs
