Fantastic place to stay and relax... Great place for adults and children... The food court was perfect... The worker there was as kind and helpful as anyone could be... The lifeguards at the pool do a wonderful job watching everyone... Plenty of clean towels at the pool... The maid service is excellent... I plan to stay there again in the...

Eventhough our room was located quite far from the principal ammenities of the hotel, and we had to walk a long way to have our breakfast, I really recommend this hotel. The bethdrooms are clean and confortable. The food is OK and the people is really friendly.

I decided to write this review after seeing some of the negative reviews of this moderate resort. I believe that most people have expectations that are a little too high for this resort and should dish out the cash for some of the higher priced moderates or a deluxe. This is the cheapest moderate resort you can get I believe,...

First of all, first time at disney since i was 10. My wife booked through AAA, The food, people, & rooms excellent! If you go to disney you are going to walk so be smart and make sure you have a plan. My wife planned everything soup to nuts and we were not disappointed. However if you do not plan...

It is a long way from the car to the room to carry luggage - no luggage carriers. When checked in Elvis said "not to worry about your luggage you will be close. HE LIED! " Case of water $16.00 - I almost passed out! Thank God for CVS! Stayed in Barbados section - 5-7 minute walk to the Food...

The moderates are supposed to be nicer than the economy, and I was very disappointed in this compared to a stay at another Disney Moderate (Coronado) a few years back. This hotel should not be labeled a "moderate" in my opinion. Room was motel sized and was pretty run down. Maybe people enjoy the tranquility, but the place was dead...

This resort is fabulous. The grounds are wonderful, our corner room had three windows on one corner which made the room really bright and airy. However, the common areas like the walkways around the rooms, the outside air conditioning vents and some of the walls really need a power wash. It's obvious that routine building prettying has lapsed. I realize...

This was my first stay at a Disney Resort, and I chose this location mainly because it was the least expensive of the resorts. We were in the “Jamaica” section, which was a bit of a walk from the big pool where the food area is as well, but since we were only there for 2 days, we didn’t want...

I booked through Disney Travel to insure a smooth trip for me and my 24 yr old daughter. DON'T: 1: book through Disney travel, no advantage to it, lots of extra costs for a coupon book we never could use 2) check-in late at night: 1 desk clerk at 2 a.m. for many patrons, no extra staff available. 3) buy...

Apparently this resort is the 51st largest resort in the US and I feel any area you stay at here you will have a decent walk but if you decide to stay in the pirate themed room in North or South Trinidad or to me most of the others and plan on using the Disney meal plan or even the...
