I have stayed at this property many times and it feels like a home away from home. What sets this hotel apart is the staff. The facilities are excellent, but the staff is outstanding. Evie at the front desk, John who works breakfast and even got to see Aidin who is in management now, but I remember when she was at the front desk years ago. She recognized me immediately and was genuinely glad I returned. Excellent place to stay. Already made reservations to return in Jan.
First time staying at a “non Disney resort”. Nothing but positive experiences.. the rooms are a little bigger than a Moderate Disney hotel, with a spacious balcony. Housekeeping was very quick to respond to towel requests, and everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly!! The food was excellent and the drink vouchers were a bonus. The shuttle service was also terrific and so much more comfortable than Disney shuttles. This hotel is eligible for early entry at the parks, as long as you link your hotel reservation to My Disney Experience you shouldn’t have a problem. You are also eligible for 7 am genie + selection, but can not purchase ILL until the park opens, that was the only perk I noticed that was missing. The beds were comfortable, especially the sheets! It was a very short and pleasant walk to Disney Springs, did not have a single complaint! It was too cold to swim but we spent some time sitting by the pool and everything was very clean including the pool bathrooms. Can’t stress enough that every single staff interaction was great! I would definitely stay here again.…
A great time and vibe at this Holiday Inn with Sylvester the BEST bartender and Evie the BEST front desk manager. Without these two, I would not have had such an incredible time. They addressed all my needs and when there were any issues, they handled it with no issues and promptly. Sylvester kept the bar going smooth and efficient each day he was there. I would say the bar crew would be lost without him. Great time, Great Vibe. Thank you Sylvester & Evie!
Had an excellent time at the Holiday Inn Orlando. Extra shout out to the valets who just went above and beyond and the bartender Saturday afternoon. We had a great time. Towels were a little dingy but everything else was clean and everyone was always smiling. My biggest complaint was the food prices, they were beyond unreasonable for everything and we refused to even eat there because of that. We didn't use the buses but they looked nice and reliable.
We enjoyed our stay and especially our view! Overlooked Disney Springs, but could see EPCOT fireworks in the background. Evie at the front desk was amazing! Kind, helpful, always smiling! She’s a treasure! The only drawback of our room was wasps had nested under the eaves making it hard to sit out and enjoy our balcony. We would certainly stay here again (minus the wasps.😀)
In 2019 all was well. A perfect breakfast and rooms where cleaned regularly. When we returned in July 2022 the buffet breakfast was gone and was served in a doggy bag. The room are cleaned once a week.
Myself, my husband and our 17 year old stayed for 9 days here, had a room in the Tower Block on the 11th floor which gave a view of Disney Springs (only a 10 minute walk away) and the nightly fireworks at Epcot ! We used the free hotel shuttle buses to/from the Disney Parks on most days, they were always on time and run upto 90 mins after Park closures so can even be used if you stay for the late night fireworks at Magic Kingdom! Room cleaned everyday after the 1st 2 days of stay , included 2 free bottles of water which came in very handy in the heat. Staff really helpful and nice, nothing was too much trouble..they even allowed me to make a quick phone call from reception with no charge, to the hotel we'd travelled from in New York with a query we had. Used the a la carte service for food in the evening after a long day in the parks , cooked to order and ready within 20 minutes, we could take it to our food and eat and it was nice and tasty. Pool good for chilling out, fresh, clean towels available at pool side We chose this hotel because of the convenience of it being classed as a Disney Hotel ' and would recommend it to anyone. Its also situated near Lynx bus stops so can use this service to get to other areas (including International Drive) We went to Premium Outlet for shopping on one day and there is also an IHOP and Denny's only a 20 min walk away.…
The Holiday Inn - Disney Springs has a great location within walking distance of Disney Springs and actually on Disney property so the parks are not far either. The staff was friendly and helpful especially the young man who checked us in (Brian I think). A big bonus IMO is the early access to the parks you get while staying here. The rooms are average size with all the normal amenities. Our room was clean and had a nice view of Disney Springs. We used the grab & go market to buy a few items and it was well appointed. We did not use the hotel shuttle to the parks although one is offered which is nice. We also did not order food from food service. To me the hotel looks a bit dated and could use an update, along with the rooms. I also found it odd that the hotel did not have a full service sit-down restaurant instead of ordering your food from the bar. The price of this hotel along with the location makes it a good option for families that can't afford the high prices of Disney Resorts but still want to be close to everything.…
This hotel was amazing and very cleanthe employees were very pleasant and very helpful would highly recommend this hotel rooms were very clean pool was great overall this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in
Stayed for 13 nights May-June 2022 and everything was great. Bellmen, front desk , housekeeping, bar everyone was really friendly & helpful. Lotoya did a great job refreshing the room every day and left thank you notes for the tips left for her which was so sweet and made me want to leave more. All the bellmen were friendly and welcomed us back when we arrived back from days at the parks. Paul the bellman was amazing, he helped get 3 adults 5 cases & numerous pieces of hand luggage into our small car and joked it was his first time! We really appreciated all of you and enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable and clean as was the rest of the property. Loved that the bathroom had shelves behind the door which was great for all of my toiletries and a fantastic use of space. The pool was lovely and I was lucky enough to enjoy it on my own a couple of times. Love the fact that the pool is at the front rather than the back as the rest of the properties are on that side of the street so you can make the most of the sun all day. Will definitely return, thank you Holiday Inn team.…
