Starting with pros: location is very walking distance away from Disney Springs, the pool is nice and warm, lazy river for the kids, acceptable room space. Cons: the cleaning is max 3 stars. Garbage in the parking lot, near entrances, trash cans not emptied timely. Not very nice to see. Room cleaning is worse. Now with the virus, you have to ask every day for housekeeping, ask to change linen, etc etc. And what you ask for is not fulfilled. Stained sheets, dust everywhere. And guys please buy a decent vacuum cleaner! The carpets are filthy!!!!! Overall stuff kindness is low, seem they don't enjoy their job much. Only exception are guys in charge of the pool area. They have Hilton service level, thanks God! And the last con is package reception service, made by FedEx in the hotel. Not very accurate and pretty expensive too, comparing even to official Disney hotels. …
Came here in Mid October with my boyfriend and his two teenage daughters. We got two rooms that were connected on the 17th floor. Since we did not live far at all we arrived very early, and were very pleased we could check in early. We received bottled water and sun care products as part of our stay and use of the hotel shuttle. We also revived a $30 credit for each room for breakfast, keep In mind at the moment you only have one option on this resort, quick service basic pastries, breakfast sandwiches, Starbucks coffee etc. the property has two bars one in the lobby level, David is fantastic! They do offer a limited menu for food which was pretty good during dinner if you are to beat from the parks to leave the property. The pool bar is great as well, reasonable prices and a decent food menus selection as well. The highlight of this property was the float river! My boyfriend was in love with this. We have canceled our reservations at another property to come back to this one in November and December. The only feedback I’d give was the shuttles ran at very limited times, they even stopped an hours or so prior to some parks closing. Honestly pay the 11-15$ and take a Lyft back from the parks, way more comfortable to come and go at your own time. It would be nice to see more food options open as well. Disney springs is just a 5 min walk but make reservations for any meal unless you are cool with quick service! This is a great property and reasonably priced and well kept up. Looking forward to coming back.…
Our family visited for our Disney Fix in December. My husband is a Diamond Club Member. The hotel is situated nicely for our purpose. Upon check in, the front desk Gentleman advised that breakfast is available at their Citrus Restaurant. Due to Covid, we would be provided with a $30 a day allowance for the usual breakfast for 2. He advised that this amount would be credited upon checkout. Upon checkout, the front desk agent advised, oh not, that's no longer our policy and it didn't matter that we were told otherwise by their personnel at check-in. When we returned home, we contacted Hilton Honors. They merely called the hotel and talked to the front desk agent who said no we don't offer that - call accounting, but there's no one there until after 9 on Monday. There is no offer to follow up on our behalf by the hotel staff nor the Hilton Honors representative. All in all, a very disappointing experience.…
This hotel was very clean, friendly service and they did everything right. It is conveniently located to walk to Disney Springs and a 15 minute ride to all the parks. They were always accessible when we needed assistance. I highly recommend.
This hotel should not be listed as a four star; it’s worse than a motel. It’s shocking that this is a Hilton. Very disappointed at the condition of the rooms...rusty and beat up (see photos). Terrible cleaning service (the rooms and the facilities are dirty).
