What a crappy experience with Ankit at the front desk. I’ve stayed here 10+ times over the last few months, and I will never come back. $100 hard cash deposit now required. He sends customers to an ATM in the lobby that will charge you a $3.95 terminal fee just to get the room you book online... “policies change all the time” (he says) but I find it hard to believe they now force every customer to go through this nonsense (I.e. book a room online to be greeted by an arbitrary piece of paper taped to their sneeze guard window forcing hard cash deposits) without putting the deposit on the card that booked the room in the first place. WHAT A RACKET. Ankit let me stand there before greeting me for about 10 minutes as well. I had my dinner in a bag just waiting to eat and get in the room to rest. He putzed around, paid the maintenance guy, then finally came up to me like I was inconveniencing his CNN time. With lots of places to stay in Orlando, customer service should be paramount. i’m currently staying at this hotel.So far my stay is good.The room is really nice.The staff is great especially Ianka.My bed is comfortable.It’s close to international drive where there are restaurants and all the parks.
This Hotel is a freaking joke! Let me give you a list of what doesn't work although it would be easier to tell you what did. Elevator is sketchy...…. meaning the door gets jammed or continuously opens and closes before going anywhere. The ice machine upstairs - NOT WORKING. Soda machine upstairs - NOT WORKING! Vending machine downstairs - WORKS BUT ONLY GIVES YOU MOUTAIN DEW NO MATTER WHAT YOU PUSH CAUSE ITS OUT OF EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME! Ice machine downstairs works. Continental breakfast - CANCELLED - FOR AS LONG AS I HAVE BEEN HERE AND THEY MAKE NO ROOM ADJUSTMENTS FOR THIS! NO HOT WATER - I've switched rooms a couple times and is always the same deal, I have to run the water for at the very least a half hour in order to finally get hot water to come out of faucets which is extremely discouraging during a Pandemic which requires you to constantly wash your hands and shower!!! Broken windows - broken door locks - keys that constantly do not work and then you have to deal with the speech at front desk that you cant put keys next to your phone and every other excuse rather than changing the damn batteries in all the door locks! Sometimes the door lock wont make any noise at all indicating the battery is dying and needs new battery - one night I was locked out all night and again - no room adjustment. My friends car was stolen from the back parking lot as well. Stay at your own risk - masks are not enforced despite signs posted. Staff is friendly though and do best they can.…
Staff was great, room rate was great and it was pretty quite fur the most part... the only set back was the plumbing in the bathroom!! The sink and toilet had to be plunged EVERYDAY!! And the hot plate for cooking that was advertised under the room amenities was broken and we were told that we could not get another one because only a few rooms had them which was not what the ad stated
Carpets need cleaning. Beds were comfortable. Pretty simple hotel nothing fancy. Wish breakfast was available but that was due to COVID. Nice staff. Water pressure good. Overall clean. Thanks for a safe stay!
