small kitchen with odd rooms. First main bed/bath would not be good for handicap. you had to move to the side of toilet to close the door. TV went in and out and had a hard time connecting to wifi. Also there is a daily fee for this that is not optional.
Resort was beautifully decorated for Christmas. 3 bedroom unit was spacious and nicely decorated. Beds were so comfortable. Convenient to all attractions and dining. Even with being there Christmas week, there was plenty of activities and staff on hand. Minor complaint was lack of serving bowls in kitchen. Otherwise well-appointed. One of best places we have stayed in over 40 years of timeshare ownership. Felt very safe with COVID precautions visible throughout the resort.
Nice resort for families. The WIFI fee is too high as we had spotty service in our building. The common areas were very well maintained and cleaned periodically throughout the day. Nice big units so families can stay without feeling crowded.
Room below us was playing loud music and smoking drugs until 4am. Smoke was coming off their patio right into our room, called front desk 3 times, started at 10pm and the smoking and music finally stopped at 430am. Would not recommend this place as family friendly. Manager did not seem to believe what we told her, very disappointing coming from a Diamond resort. Security seemed lazy and did not want to deal with illegal activities that went on at their resort.
The property was very clean, well located. We had a 3 bedroom/3 bath room. 2 king suites and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen with enough for 8. The sitting on Lake Bryan was very nice. My only complaint is the fact they charge a resort fee for every adult, which is pricey. We did not use anything at the resort. Also, 4 of the adults in our party were only there for 3 of the 7 days however we had to pay the resort fee for them for all 7 days. It was not expected. There is free parking. Location is approximately 15 mins from Universal Studios, I-Drive and 10 mins to Disney. The units have a very nice screened in deck, ours overlooked the water. We did see security outside.. quiet hours were like 11pm-7am. We are late night people but noticed LOTS of loud guests outside and our hall was scented daily of weed which was annoying. …
