While the pricing is far higher than normal and cost of food and beverages at the local restaurants is out rages the experience makes it far worth it. The bathrooms are more than clean the campsite is always prepared. Add that to the premium cable TV the electric and water right where you need it and the absence of mosquitoes... More

Ft. Wilderness is a beautiful wooded area. Well laid out camping areas with great RV pads, power poles, and water hookups. Be aware that you will either need to bring a golf cart or rent one there in order to get around the very expansive site. Would have given 5 stars but the pools are very crowded and the water... Overall the campground was very nice. The pool area was very small and under construction. Cost to rent golf cart was too expensive. Bus transportation to and from the campground was not that timely. Had to often make stops at other resorts or attractions. Looked as though the buses to campground did not run as frequently as the buses for... More

Stayed here July 11-14,2016. As far as a Disney Resort goes, it's the best deal on property! We stayed in a tent/pop up site (we own a little teardrop). The campsite was level (I didn't even need to level the camper from side to side), there was cable, water, but no sewer, and 20/30/50 power hook ups. Our loop had... More

We loved Fort Wilderness! We stayed in a 300 (preferred) pet loop and it was a perfect location. A quick bike ride/5 minute walk to the dock/ Pioneer Hall, you also have a playground and dog park nearby. As many have mentioned, you do need a bike or golf cart - this place is huge! Our wifi worked perfectly as... More

We are sadly on our way home after a wonderful 10 day stay at the Fort. Let me just say we LOVE Fort Wilderness and have stayed here many times. I could go on and on about the great things about staying here. I have zero complaints. Our family also belongs to the Disney Vacation Club so we range from... More

This has to be the cleanest campground we have stayed in. There are many activities within the campground area without even going to one of the theme parks. The transportation system around the whole Disney property works like clock work and there is no need to drive anywhere once you setup. After staying to watch the light show we missed... More

We stayed in the 400 loop for 4 days at 120$ a night. No cable (it was EXTRA #*!$^$&), wifi was laughable. We were in the "pet loop" which was a bit of a misnomer since the only place for the dogs to potty in the loop was a wooded area in the middle which was full of bugs and... More

This stay at WDW and the Fort Wilderness Campground was part of a larger cross country RV trip during June/July 2014 ( The date on the review is wrong. They didn't allow me to put in the correct date.) We are So Cal residents and took 3 weeks to travel across the country to Florida (with many stops along the... More

My wife and I along with my two daughters went on a first time ever Family vacation...camping. We travel all over the country and wanted to try something different. We rented a camper (that's another review) and drive to The Campsites at Fort Wilderness at DisneyWorld. The Campsite is even to find and check in was quick and painless. I... More
