Wonderful destination campground with full amenities and park access. Very clean camp sites, rental golf carts available for easy travels to the pools, restaurants and marina. Evening campfire song alongs with characters and marshmallow roasting.

We spent 13 nights at the Campsites this June-July and we LOVED it!! We were in the 1500 loop, very close to the large pool area, tennis courts, quick-service restaurant and the trading post (camp store). The only downside we experienced (but this was not a huge deal to us) is that there is one extra bus ride you have... More

Keep in mind this is a big campground....so you either need bicycles or a golf cart (can rent) To get around. U cannot use your vehicle for transportation. We had to get to the other side of campground for mickeys bbq and with a little guy with his bicycle and training wheels, it was far! You can take disney transportation... More

We have been going to Fort Wilderness since the early 80's. From the tent to the travel trailer we have never been disappointed. Have had many different sites and all have been close to a comfort station. You can fit your whole family on one site with the kids in a tent, adults in the camper. Comfort stations are always... I love coming to this campsite every year with family. They recently renovated their bathrooms and look absolutely amazing. The showers are cozy, the bathrooms and beautiful and always clean. The campsites have everything you need if you have a camper, RV, pop up tent, etc. We had reservations for two premium campsites for a birthday weekend and the area... More

We were in the 1600 loop and it was great, we backed up to a private waterway and it was very quiet. The lots are large and very wooded, they also have thought of everything with included electric, water, sewer and cable (with tons of channels). The bus system runs throughout the park every 20 minutes and were very convenient.... More

This is a very nice campground. You can see the Magic Kingdom from the campground. There is enough to do that you dont have to leave the campground. There is transportation to all amusement parks. Its pricey but very nice. They offer a bon fire every night where you can take hot dogs, smores etc. if you want to go... More

This is our home away from home. We are Canadians who drive down every summer (4 summers in a row) and stay a min of a month. Accomdate all sizes & types. Comfort Stations are beautiful (my kids prefer to go there than in the rig). Lots to do without stepping foot in a Disney Park. Running out of room... More

Our family of six recently visited Fort Wilderness for a six night camping trip/ theme park visit. We camped in a tent and the sites are very spacious. Each tent site is big enough to set up at least 2 tents. We have a 10'x20' tent and we could've easily set up another tent. The sites have water and electricity,... More

We stayed at FW for four nights. We have a 44 foot fifth wheel. Parking was a major problem. The sites are all off of a very narrow and curving road. To make it harder they have little Oak trees, more like shrubs with hard thick branches at the front of each site making the site even narrower. The sites... More
