How can they allow such a place to open to unsuspecting visitors. Well documented that this place has issues (being careful) but the city health department is obviously having a beer at the parks. Think they care?

The entire place should be condemned. The Land has more value as a parking lot! It's dirty, unsanitary, unfunctional just don't stay here especially if you have children. It's a major health hazard to all!

Don't stay here unless you absolutely have to!! Had to move rooms 3 times! 1st one, the door had a big crack & wouldn't shut properly. 2nd one, the outlets didn't work & there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor. 3rd one was only slightly better. Cold water trickled from the sink, toilet didn't flush right, 1 bed had no frame just mattress & box spring on the floor, no Wi-Fi. The only reason we stayed 1 night was because it was 1am & we were exhausted from traveling all day. Honestly don't know how they stay in business!!

This place is a heath hazard, as you enter the hallway moldy smell and the dirty walls are enough to make your skin crawl. But as you enter the room you will encounter, broken furniture, pillows cover with hair, curtains falling off, sheets dirty and with hairs, garbage left behind by previous occupants. Rats droppings inside/outside microwave. Rats droppings inside broken refrigerator. And you DO NOT want to use that toilet. I booked for nights, turned right back once I saw the room and demanded a full refund. Heath Hazard.
