My family and I stayed at Vista Cay by Millennium for over a week. Our entire stay was perfect and David at the front desk was simply AMAZING. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We rented a premium condo and everyone loved the comforts provided and location of the unit. The condo looked exactly like the photos online, and we were very pleased. The unit was clean, all beds were comfy, the internet and all tv's worked without issue, and the washer/dryer and all appliances worked well. Parking was plentiful throughout the week and the resort grounds are well-kept with many photo opportunities. The resort location is central to many eateries and venues yet tucked away on its own with little traffic issues. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely be staying Vista Cay again when we return. We stayed on property June 2022.

We had a fantastic 3 week holiday staying at Vista Cay which is in a brilliant location. We booked through Orlando Resort Rentals who were excellent. We had a top floor 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment overlooking the lake. The apartment was lovely and spacious and very comfortable. Having the washing machine and tumble dryer was a huge bonus for keeping on top of the washing. It is self catering so you’ll need to buy supplies but there is a Publix nearby and Walmart isn’t too far away either. No contact check-in and check-out which was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

I requested accessible room, which we had confirmed. Did not get one put on 1st floor. Was a special mother and son holiday. The bed was to high in the master suite for me to get on, it was waist high to my son who is 6ft 2"and 26yrs old. So my son had the master suite with the walk in shower. The second bedroom had two single beds and a jack and Jill ensuite with a bath. The beds had the springs coming through the mattresses. OK for weight of a child but not for adults. We reported it to the hotel 3 times it took 2 weeks before they changed the mattresses. So for 2 weeks I slept on the floor, it was more comfortable than the beds or the sofa beds in this 2 bed 2 bath unit. W e booked through Virgin holidays originally in 2019 and kept with it through the whole pandemic, it was for a 3 week holiday. Flight...food not up to much, premium. seat not worth it. Disney springs luggage check in not available. Car was basic model. Dirty on pick up even swapped out of first car for the same reason, dents and scratches all over it. My 27th trip to florida won't go package with virgin again.

Back in early January (2022), was looking on Expedia.com for hotels in Orlando for our family to spend a week to visit Universal Studios, Epcot, and Disney parks during vacation in May. We were also celebrating a birthday during the Memorial Day weekend. Part of our visit would be include a stop at NASA's Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and some beach time in Cocoa Beach. Good/Great hotel resorts (min 2 double/queen beds) were ranging from $400-$1500 a night, and more as you go closer to the parks or try to book inside the parks. I knew I'd need more room as we would need at least two rooms for our group of 5. Looking around at Expedia's rentals site, I saw the ad for Vista Cay Resorts in Orlando - 10 mins to Universal Studios/Citywalk. I found a nice 2 Bedroom Luxury Apartment (1800+ square feet) for 6 nights/7 days, at a rate of $1200 ($1354 including $136 tax and $125 cleaning fee). The pictures online were great - and even better in person! We had so much space - large fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, french door fridge with ice/water maker), large living room area (brand new leather sectional couch with 3 recliners!), large laundry room, two separate bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 king bed), large formal dining room, foyer, 2 full bathrooms (the primary suite bathroom was huge - with large tub and shower, double sinks), lots of storage closet space and TVs in every room. Plus a large patio! I was super excited that I found this resort - it was very centrally located to everything - only 20 mins from MCO airport. Totally would recommend it to family and other friends - as I posted this great find on social media!!

Second year staying at Vista Cay for MegaCon weekend - the location is prime for the convention center and area attractions. We paid less than $10 for an Uber to the convention center. There were five of us in the 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Superior Condo and it never felt crowded. We took advantage of the washer/dryer, full kitchen and swimming pool/hot tub. Also very convenient was the Publix Shopping center just across the parking lot. There’s a great diner and burger joint in the same plaza. We loved that it never felt like a crowded hotel where you have to pay extra for parking and that the feel was more like a home away from home. I’ve already booked Vista Cay for next year’s visit.

This was the latest of several stays here. Some parts of the condos are in need of a revamp as they’re quite scruffy and tatty (particularly the bathrooms) However, it’s still a good place to stay. Well located, good facilities and any problems are dealt with quickly. Great wifi - better than we have at home! Would have loved a proper plug in electric kettle - the whistling hob top one was difficult to fill and took forever to boil (and the coffee machine isn’t suitable to make tea, who wants coffee flavoured tea?)

Loved every minute of it!! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. They were soooo good to our cheer gym and we had a lot of people with us. They had a dj on Saturday and even played the kids music so they could mark their routine. Everyone was sooo nice. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 8 and our unit was great for us. Check-in was easy. Everything was very clean. The location was perfect as it was close enough to everything and also quiet and not busy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Everyone loved the pool and the hot tub was great after long days of walking through theme parks. The staff was also great. We had a small maintenance issue where one of the bathrooms has a very slow drain. I called it in and because it was already the evening I wasn’t expecting anyone until the morning, but they showed up in about 30 minutes and fixed the issue. My only complaints were the clothes dryer was extremely loud and squeaky and took way too long to dry when you put a regular size load in and one of the beds was very uncomfortable. We tried it with just a couple items and it didn’t have an issue so it must be a weight thing, but the loads were unreasonably small. As for the bed in the largest room, it was extremely lopsided. The bed frame slats were broken so the top corner wasn’t supported and was impossible to sleep on with the mattress sagging so low. The people who slept in there had to sleep upside down on the bed. The mattress was fine but the frame is basically unusable. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be going back the next time we have a large family vacation.
