Condo location is great , close to the airport , Disney attractions and Andretti World and grounds are well maintained. Pools area is large and water is warm . Lots of loungers by the pool area with umbrellas and a very large pool

Terrible. They asked me to change rooms 3 nights in to my 5 night stay with 1 hour notice when I was already gone for the day. The staff ended up moving my things despite my communicating to them that I wasn't comfortable with them doing so. They also said we could have groceries delivered when we called & asked the morning of check in. When the groceries were delivered, they called & told us that we had to be present for delivery.

Rooms are spacious. close to the Disney Parks, and other attractions. If you need groceries and other necessities they are in walking distance. There is a 2 mile jogging and walking path for those who are inclined to exercise around the facility.

Recently stayed here with family. We stayed in a renovated unit in the Reserve section. The unit was far away from the clubhouse where we checked in. We were not offered a golf cart or any other form of transportation to make that long journey with our luggage. We had to cross main streets. Most of the amenities that come with the building, like the game room and courts are located back by the original clubhouse which is a 20 minute walk from where we were. There is a pool and hot tub on the reserve side. However, It appears to be right next to a construction site of some kind, so not very serene surroundings. The location was minutes from the Publix grocery store and a couple of restaurants, which did make it somewhat convenient. We were in an upgraded unit that had a really nice kitchen and the unit was spacious with a washer and dryer provided. However, this unit lacked cleanliness. We found what we assumed to be dog hair everywhere. Overall, the unit did not appear to have been cleaned properly prior to our stay. There was hair on dishes, hair on the floor and what looked to be tissue stuffed underneath the vanity in the bathroom. Given the distance that it took us to get back-and-forth to Disney, I am not sure if I would choose this unit to stay in again given all the choices in the area. It was a decent value and did accommodate our family traveling with 3 bedrooms that we each got on our own. The outdoor balcony was also not clean and did not appear that the pillows had been wiped down in a long time. Most of the surfaces we weren't sure if we were comfortable enough touching more or less sitting on. This unit could have used a deep cleaning. The front desk staff upon check in were not incredibly friendly. We did have to call down to get them to replace a power cord on the Fire stick which was missing when we attempted to use the main tv. This was promptly handled. I would give the stay average.…

We stayed in two condos at Vista Cay - the second was an upgrade, though I preferred the first. Great garden tubs in both units, though the second were too large to be accommodated by the small water heater. The first unit was much better decorated with a homey feel, though had a very outdated kitchen. The second unit was sparse with horribly uncomfortable furniture and many issues, despite its upgraded nature (the kitchen and laundry were incredible). The hall in the first unit was outdoors, which was a bit of a pain. The hall in the inside unit was nice, but always smelled of a very noxious cleaning product. The biggest thing to note was that the upgraded unit was not cleaned well at all. The walls in the bedroom with two beds were filthy, as were the floors throughout. Easy parking, though, and the second unit was very quiet. The best thing about both units were the sizes compared to other hotels.…

We had several problems with our units. Tub wouldn't drain, lock wouldn't work on one of the doors, AC unit was broken on another. But by far the worse experience was one of our employees left a piece of medical equipment by his bed, and when I called to retrieve it, it took me two days to get a hold of anyone, the receptionist was extremely rude, and housekeeping didn't even let us finish telling them what the item was (or what building and room it was in) before quickly informing us that nothing was left in the room, which we knew to be untrue. That piece of medical equipment was expensive and necessary, and there was no thought or urgency to helping us reclaim it. That is why our company will not be using this location again. Very unsatisfied.

We were there for vacation 5 adults, the accommodation was as expected and portrayed , it was convenient to our destination. Condo was clean and easily accessible, Publix and Walgreens were close by which was convenient for evening runs . We enjoyed our stay and it was good for money spent for it.

When I reached out to this resort, the best price point comparatively, l spoke with Stephanie who was delightful! A family owned business, that extra attention to our needs and thoughtfulness was important, when helping us pick a unit. It seems like we knew each other forever! This very clean, gated resort, is 9 miles from the airport, and right down the way from Universal and Disney! We got a Townhouse for the 4 of us and we could have had more stay! You walk in neutral claiming colors, stately furniture, 3 levels, 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms , and another bed room with twin beds and hall bath, big, TV,s, great touch media board that helps you navigate with tips, and has immediate contact for help! You Sink into the couches, The bed was super comfy and the pillows, I fell right to sleep! Keys to the pool and club house! We definitely will be back again and again! Tremendous Value! Thank you…
