We went here Thanksgiving weekend and it was amazing! The food was great and the rooms were great. The staff was also very nice. There was even a waterpark that included a n amazing lazy river and two water slides! Really recommend it
The best hotel ever!!!!! Highly highly recommend. The property, rooms, pool, staff, the spa, everything was amazing and above and beyond. We had a great stay and never want to leave! There are a few people who made our stay extra special- Alisa and Alba in the spa made our visit unforgettable! We had an extremely relaxing and spoiled spa day. Sean at the pool helped us with a very fun pool day- he even wrote me a song for my birthday and sang it with the rest of the staff, we were blown away! And Luis from Plancha Made us the best drinks I have ever had and accommodated exactly what we wanted! Definitely the best hotel.
Unparalleled! There is no other resort that provides this level of service and anticipation of guest needs! The only way to enjoy a true vacation while on vacation, not leaving Orlando needing a vacation! #1 resort in central Florida for service, food, cleanliness, rooms, spa, pool, transportation, amenities offered and best overall offerings! Truly the Best of the Best! Spoil yourself and indulge in a true one of kind experience you’ll never regret!
Would have liked to score ‘very good’. However we were failed with regard to a health emergency where the resort fell short. Putting that to one side, the resort is lovely. Well appointed rooms, clean, functional. Lacks in amenities. We constantly had to request tea bags etc plus drinking glasses. Great facilities, catering for kids and adults. Staff all very professional and courteous. All the pool areas are first class. Good bus services to the parks. Everything within is expensive. Food, drink etc. Character breakfast not worth the expense. Very noisy and chaotic.
There’s nothing bad to say about this resort. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The restaurants are really good, especially Capa, and the staff are, without fail, helpful and friendly. Wish we had stayed the whole time here. Our experience at the Polynesian was so inferior by comparison.
In my opinion the true mark of a wonderful hotel is not that they deliver perfection. Perfection is rarely obtained and striving for perfection can often leave you disappointed and unfulfilled. The true mark is how a hotel deals with problems, disappointments and grievances. This hotel, in my opinion, went above and beyond in all circumstances and we had a truly wonderful and magical holiday, not only because the property and amenities are so beautiful, but also because the staff are all kind, warm, friendly and open. When we left we felt like we were leaving a family behind. Hudson at the front desk was wonderful when we checked in, I didn’t make it easy for him and he was professional, friendly and helpful which continued throughout our stay. All of the front desk staff were extremely helpful. Anouk, a leader within the concierge team really went above and beyond when we had a problem and miscommunication with the Disney transportation times. She instantly appeased our disgruntled feeling and did everything she could to make amends. Ended up making our stay even more magical. The whole concierge team were incredible, not forgetting the wonderful Tabby from the Disney desk who was so kind, helpful and full of joy and passion. Her advice was priceless. The team at the Valet and the front door were also great. A particular standout was Donovan who was our first point of contact at the hotel when we arrived and continued to greet us everyday with enthusiasm and warmth, felt like we were returning home each day. The pools at the four seasons Walt Disney World are truly exceptional. We spent most of our time at the Oasis pool but would sneak off for an adventure down the lazy river every so often. Manny, Rob and Jeff were particular standouts from the pool team. Really went out of their way to interact and make our stay special. The spa is out of this world and the team were all top notch! Make sure to stay around after your treatment to enjoy the extensive facilities. Thanks to the fabulous therapist from Brighton who performed miracles on my feet during my pedicure. So sorry I forgot your name! All in all this hotel is nothing short of exceptional and I would not hesitate to return. Just try and avoid times when they are hosting business conferences as it can tend to change the vibe of the resort. Drunk businessmen and women spilling out of the lobby bar into the foyer etc. other than that, truly a five star experience.…
Our first stay at a Four Seasons property and it was fantastic! Rooms were nice size well appointed immaculately clean couldn’t ask for more! Staff extraordinarily pleasant and courteous. They were able to provide a steamer to my room for garments that needed pressing and honored our feather free request. Lazy river was a great experience this stay exceeded my wildest expectations!
We celebrated our thirtieth wedding anniversary with a staycation. We felt as if we truly were at a resort out of town. The hotel is kept impeccably well, the staff is very friendly and definitely goes above and beyond to treat you well. The first night we ate at Capa. Fabulous meal with the ability to watch Disney fireworks. We had drinks and brunch at golf club at the Four Seasons. Their mojito is amazing and the brunch was delicious! We could not have asked for a better weekend.
Beautiful property and very friendly and helpful staff. The pool and lazy River are amazing. We had a few issues with needing pantry items and had to use the executive shuttle service for $110 for $20 worth of needed items. Also the in room wine dispenser was out of both wines, ask for replacement upon check in and never received it.
Really great location and perfect grounds - a fine place to unwind after a day in the parks. The rooms are real pretty too, with great views. Kids loved the lazy river. Transfer to the parks worked well. Lickety Split a great idea.
