While the atmosphere is generally described as vibrant and the cleanliness standards well-regarded, there have been some mentions of inconsistent housekeeping. This hotel is a dump! Roaches everywhere and the front desk offered us a breakfast voucher I don’t want to eat where roaches are seen running. I DON’T have roaches at my home. They switched my room to a room with Mold on chairs. I will never stay here again. Dirty pillowcases and the housekeeping never comes. The front desk is very aware of the situation and look at the reviews plenty of people have complained about the roach problem

Amazing hotel/resort experience. They have a nice size waterpark right on the property. Fidelia at the front desk provided above and beyond service. Very friendly, knowledgeable. Amazing. Would recommend to anyone traveling solo or with family.

Good hotel for families, the pool and water park very much enjoyed by our grandson. Accommodation is ok, the photographs shown on the website are a little misleading - not as nice as shown. Strangely there are no wardrobes, so basically we lived out of our suitcases for 2 weeks! Air conditioning very noisy and didn’t always work, and occasionally awoke to pools of condensation on the floor. Having said that, it is a reasonable base to stay and great location with short distances to all Disney and Universal parks. We didn’t eat at the hotel given there are so many places to choose from on International Drive.

Fantastic location with easy walking access to multiple restaurants and icon park. Easy to access universal with free shuttles and there's free itrolley tickets from reception. Staff were freindly, Rooms were comfortable and clean but basic and provided a bath and a fridge as well as a large TV. Pool was open until 10pm which was amazing and access to waterpark was good but busy. Didn't eat at the hotel but theres a restaurant. would definitely visit again

Just got back from a wonderful stay here. Room was spacious, clean and the beds were really comfy. Pool was lovely and warm and the Jacuzzi even warmer. We ate a few times in Callaloo Grill and food was delicious, we tried the pizza, quesadillas and the wings were great too. We used the shuttle bus in the mornings to get to Universal, this hotel is the first pick up so guaranteed a seat and then it has 2 other pick ups. We used the shuttle home only once as it was too manic for us, we used Uber to get home for the rest of the holiday, it was around 10-12 dollars and literally took about 10mins plus it meant we weren’t stuck for times and rushing back for the shuttle. An Uber to Disney was about 25 dollars. Hotel is in a great location – We ate at Chillis, Applebees, Ihop, Cicos, Uno, all walking distance and there is also a burger king, mcdonalds, Dennys and Taco Bell. Would recommend this hotel

As soon as we arrived the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, not a fan of the guys with the hard sells trying to get you to cheap tickets by wasting your time visiting another hotel where no doubt the sell gets even harder, they started friendly enough but the just turned plain rude so we avoided them. The first room we had wasn't nice, it was in their tower, it was very dated and looked like a cheap motel room, the blinds didn't work, a/c was noisy, I almost had a shock of one of the power outlets that sparked, the rest of the outlets didn't work at all and the view was the worst, overlooking the covered waterpark, if you stay here, avoid block 5. The staff kindly moved us the following morning to a much better room by the front pool that changed out holiday and perspective completely, the only other issues with the room were other guests, one night we had someone try to get in the main door then tried to get in through the adjoining door, very noisy all night, we called security as we were worried but no one answered, we spoke to the manager the next morning and he was amazing and dealt with our concerns brilliantly, towards the end of our stay we found the next guests were using the front of our room to smoke their vapes, clearly ignoring all signs around the hotel about smoking. The front pool was lovely, we could relax and play, the small water park was good for kids but as it's February it was cold once out of the water due to the shade, the main waterpark is amazing and our 4 year old spent hours on it, enjoying his best life. The shop and Starbucks were good but the food in the bar area wasn't good and very overpriced, all communal areas were very clean and well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay for the most part.

Room Tip: Avoid block 5, needs renovation to meet the standard of the other rooms and don't eat there, go out

Arrived after travelling for 15 hours. Travelled with Love Holidays, for bed & breakfast with fridge. Rated this hotel as 3 star accommodation. Chosen as it has a waterpark and is close to Disney. Family of 5. 4 adults and a 9 Yr old Taken to our first rooms via a lift. 2 double beds, a put you up/ sofa bed. Microwave , coffee pod machine. Room was smelly, damp, felt dirty, and very noisy air conditioning unit. My parents' room was as smelly and damp with very noisy air conditioning units. Spacious rooms (that was all that was good)but wet/damp smelly and noisy carpeted bedroom. Complained to reception Offered us 2 new rooms, with no questions asked. Reason given t management by receptionist smelly dmp rooms. Said they are waiting to be upgraded.. New rooms they had said had just been upgraded. Saw the rooms, newly tiled floor, instantly smelt and looked cleaner, facing the pool. Rooms next to each other. The parents' room had cockroaches and couldn't close plug. No wardrobes or closets in either rooms, only drawers. Wristbands controlled both doors and the non lifeguarded pool area. Starred to fail after 7 days. We had a welcome pack which gave you 20% off breakfast. 1st 4 days there were good choices of breads/bagels, porridge, fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola, fried breakfast and waffles.. Tea bags /coffee/hot chocolate, Orange Juice/Apple. Then, foods started running low, with no milk, yoghurt, fresh fruit, bread, coco pops, tea, orange juice. When asked server for more, they replied they hadn't got any. By day 7, we chose to eat elsewhere due to not having the choice, and it became very busy. Only spoke limited English/American. Most were lovely. Some pool attendants were rude, asking to look through your bags, for food from outside. Food and drinks were expensive inside the hotel and on International Drive. Only snack/junk food is available. Starbucks onside were limited opening time. Closed when they and to not set times. Unlike guarded pool ,heated good amount of sunloungers.. Bar limited and was not fully sacked running out of stock, expensive. Waterpark. Great for all ages, well manned/maintained by lifegurads Only one bus a day to Disney at 950 am and returning at 610pm..no good if you wanted to see closing shows. Which meant an uber. I would only rate this as a 2 star, which is desperate need of an update.

We are a family of 5 who stayed in 2 rooms in block 6. They gave us 2 rooms next door to eachother. Our keycards/ wristbands worked on both rooms. Very handy. The rooms were quite big with plenty of space. The whole resort was very clean and tidy. We loved the pools. They were all heated. They didn't close until 10pm which was great. Although getting out of the pool on a night was freezing! (Early Feb). The arcade room is very big. My kids enjoyed playing these. The price wasn't too bad for the arcade card. There is no smoking allowed in the rooms and grounds. There is a smoking area beside the waterpark entrance. We got free iride tickets because we booked through Virgin. (Ask at reception). All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I want to say a massive thankyou to the beautiful Fidelia on reception who helped me immensely on my last day when I misplaced something very important. She is amazing and a credit to the hotel. There was only 1 negative about this hotel which is the rooms smelled quite damp/ foisty. However this did not put us off and we will definitely stay here again.
