Rooms and some hallways smelled strongly of mold and mildew, very dirty and outdated. Most ice machines out of order along with elevators, lights flickered in room, furniture dirty and very worn out. All doors leading outside were wide open (key entry not needed). Only good thing was location. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in.

Awesome stay! They have a beautiful lobby and the front desk is super friendly. I would definitely stay here again, we had no problems what so ever. Just sign up early for the shuttles that go to the parks so you get the time you want. Thanks B Resorts!

I booked the B resort and spa for a 1 night stopover on the way to the Gulf Coast. I picked this hotel because it is walkable to Disney Springs and being on Disney property I assumed they would have high standards that Disney expects. Well not so. The lobby looks fine and the parking attendance outside were lovely. The room...oh my. I was told I was being upgraded to a pool view room and it did look lovely overlooking the pool (we never even stepped foot out there). The room is very tired and needs a deep cleaning. The material stools wear worn out, the bathroom door would not close, the room was dirty including behind the dresser that had garbage all behind (see picture). Reading the other (bad) reviews from others and then reading the comments left by the hotel managers that all start off with "Thank you for taking a moment to share your review with us. Please accept our most sincere apologies for the difficulties you experienced ....." how sad is that! I will never stay here again.

Wil NEVER stay there again. Talked to a Manager upon checking out and NO CREDIT OF ANY KIND was offered for poor experience. They charged resort fee 3 times for 2 nights so I only got incorrect part of the bill back. Manager took notes, said she was sorry. They are claiming to be renovated and they are claiming to be official Disney resort. Little things were left disgusting from good old times. Tub didn't drain so bad that it filled up almost to the drain hole while showering, stained curtains EWWWWWW, luggage stools were absolutely gross and disgusting, torn with dirt in the buttonned indents EWWWW. Wasted a towel to place on it and then my suitcase. They put new appliances into old crusty building, upgraded sink and faucets, spent money on a nice fake plant but not desk chair which has gross pad and stains. Sheets and towels were clean. Air worked good too. Lobby is nice but you not gonna sleep there. Pool deck has mildew all over. Bathroom had mildew in the tile plus tub did not drain properly. Will never give them another chance, we stayed there years ago before their renovation and It was nothing like this new trashy experience. Paid almost 400$ for 2 nights total with tax and fees. I mean, I guess it is nothing unusual, disney is going down the drain anyways with no oversight. And corner of bathroom was like rusted or something but painted over instead of being replaced. Oh, and gross vent in the bathroom with fuzzy rolls of dusty lint. You are better off in Whyndam or Hilton in that area.

I'm not sure why this place has such great reviews. I booked a room through priceline and prepaid. Reviews were good, so I was expecting a great experience. This resort is nothing but "lipstick on a pig". It's an OLD building that was just cheaply renovated. Firstly, we couldn't find stair access to our rooms. Our room looked fine from walking in initially, but we had problems with the tvs (streak in the middle and couldn't access the guide or on demand options) and our room had a terrible smell. The longer I was there, I realized it it was probably mildew/mold in the vents. No extra blankets and pillows were available for the sofa bed, and the sofa bed itself was entirely too uncomfortable to even sit on, much less SLEEP on. Our 11 year old niece ended up folding it back in and just sleeping on the couch. Even though all these things were wrong, I wasn't too displeased with my experience until I returned from my trip and saw that I had an additional $127.52 in charges. This was for a resort fee and parking fee that I was not told about during checkin. When I called, the response was basically "oh well, someone should have told you". While I realized there would probably be some sort of resort fee, I never expected it to be $35 per day, and nobody told me self parking was an additional fee, but again $23 is a ridiculous amount for a lot that isn't even secure (never even had to scan my hotel key for access like I was told - the gate just opened automatically). I definitely won't ever be staying here again, and I don't recommend it AT ALL. Save yourself some money and book a Holiday Inn. You'll save money and get a better quality room.

Mold. I'm not the only one to have a mold problem. When I was down in the lobby explaining I am extremely allergic more guests joined in. We was told there was nothing to be done. I would never recommend this resort. We have come to Disney yearly for over 20 years this was by far our worst experience.

B Resort? Should be F or Z Resort. It's an absolute sh**hole. Needs to be bulldozed. Staff was snotty to me when I took my sheets downstairs showing them it looked like someone ate a bag of Cheetos on them and wiped their hands after every bite. Black mildew all in the shower and in the fridge. Broken tiles all in the shower and a bunch of caulk crammed in all the cracks. It was literally gross. It is NOT a Disney resort. Don't be fooled. They market themselves as on buy it is not and you do not get all the perks.

Checking out today after a 2 week stay, disappointing & would not stay here again. NEGATIVES - Booked a ‘Chic City View’ room, our initial room was facing bins/skips (continued below) - Receptionist’s are rude and don’t seem to understand they work in customer service. Check in was awful, upon arrival we never got a ‘hello’ or a friendly welcome despite the fact we were staying for 2 weeks, she handed us our card and pointed us in the direction of the room while being on the phone to another customer (the rudest welcome you can imagine). We didn’t have a clue where anything was, we subsequently had to move rooms TWICE because we were facing rubbish bins, then the receptionist appointed us to a disabled room, (baring in mind my partner is 6ft2 and the shower was pretty much up to his waist), the room smelt of damp/mould. Zero attention to detail and no care whatsoever, we had to then go to reception the following day to advise we were extremely unhappy and complain to then be moved to yet another room - not exactly the start you want to your 2 week holiday. - After the initial first day being a negative experience, I checked my bank account to see they had taken nearly £800 (65 dollars per day for parking/incase you trash your room), this was not mentioned to us at all, as mentioned above the receptionist pretty much threw our room cards at us on check in with no other information - once again, sheer incompetence and a lack of customer service. - The room was never cleaned the whole 2 weeks we stayed. - Bed sheets never changed the whole 2 weeks we stayed. - Teas, coffees, milks cups not refilled in the room unless asked. - Towels/toilet roll was hit and miss if they replaced them. - Room smelled like marijuana sometimes on returning, assuming it was coming from the vents within the room. - Spa was closed. - Gym was extremely dated. - No room service. - Damp/mould smell throughout the hotel floors. - To top it off, they advised they couldn’t store our luggage for 5 hours whilst we await our flight after checking out because they have ‘ran out of tickets’ according to the staff. After half an hour and other customers being advised the same thing and unhappy, one of the receptionists finally advised they could keep the luggage behind reception, something that could have been resolved easily turned out to be extremely frustrating. POSITIVES - Location is great, 10 min walk to Disney Springs. - Shuttle buses to the parks are very good and included in the room rate. - Gregory who initially took our luggage is a credit to your team, he was friendly and could not do enough & also asked one of the supervisors to also move us to an alternative room. He was absolutely brilliant and cannot praise him enough, it’s a shame the other staff do not have the same work ethnic as him. - Chad in the American Grill restaurant again friendly, extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. In summary, we would not return due to the sheer amount of negative experiences we had during our stay. We stayed for a period of two weeks which is a long time in one room, you expect a certain standard when staying in a hotel, and by standard I mean service & cleanliness, unfortunately The B Resort did not deliver on either & both were none existent.

First they try to make lobby look nice only. It only smells nice in the lobby area. They upgraded our room because the room we were supposed to stay in was being renovated. The room was ok. It smelled a little. The sofa bed had trouble taking it out and the mattress was so thin. The restroom was a little dirty. The title in the restroom a little dirty, they had spots. Even in the shower they were scum and in between the title you can tell they do not clean. The days we stayed it was cold and heater did not work but we did not complain. Also no extra blankets or pillows in the room. So I had to call for that. The laundry room, only three washers n four dryers. The washers smelled!! Like when you leave clothes wet for days. Small laundry room. The hotel needs a lot of updates. Pool was ok. They have a bar in front of the pool but looked ugly and it was closed! SPA was closed! They have a gift shop but the hours are 8-12 noon and 5-10 sometimes it was not open. Not even a sign. No sign why they were closed. I will not stay here again. The bus to go the parks you have to make reservations made no sense, but bus drivers did not check. The only good they are friendly and nice and restaurant is nice n friendly staff. They have no USB connections at all in the room.

This is more like an F Resort. Upon entering the lobby, there is such a strong smell of urine but we brushed it off thinking it was a mishap or something. The signage to the rooms in virtually non existent so we walked around the entire 2nd floor looking for our room, because the 2nd floor is divided into 2 parts. Once we found our room, we walk in to find a dirty carpet, literal bugs crawling in the bathroom, dirty floors, spots of mold and mildew and the icing on the cake, a bathroom sink that leaks all over the floor. Fortunately, the hotel didn’t give us any issue in refunding the room. I will absolutely, positively never ever stay there again. I’m very disappointed that this is how a hotel of this caliber is maintained and run.
