The B Resort & Spa Disney Springs Resort Area garners a blend of feedback from its guests. While the hotel's proximity to Disney Springs is a highlight for many, offering early park entry benefits, the rooms often fall short of expectations with cleanliness and maintenance issues. The atmosphere of the hotel is appreciated for its aesthetics post-renovation, yet some guests have noted noise concerns and parts that still feel dated. Service quality at the resort varies; some guests commend the attentive staff, while others experience frustration with service inconsistencies. Amenities receive a nod for being clean, but the outdated nature and missing features have drawn criticism. Despite its location, several travelers question the value, pointing out overcharges and unmet expectations during their stay.

Stayed here just a couple of nights for a quick trip to Disney World, celebrating my daughter's birthday. We had a late check in, but were warmly greeted by Leticia, who offered us waters and set us up in a lovely room. Loved the customer service as it seems mostly non-existent these days. We would return just for that reason. We could see the fireworks from Epcot. Great views. I had read several poor reviews, so I was uncertain how the room would be. However, it was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was quite large and all of it had been newly updated. We were very happy with it all. We signed up for the complimentary shuttle to Epcot in advance. You can call the hotel before your trip, and they will give you the information. We also walked down to Disney Springs for some shopping one day. The walk was easy (15 min or so) and felt safe. We will definitely stay here again. The perks of a Disney affiliated hotel (such as early entry) with a reasonable price tag.

I am giving this resort a 5 star rating based on the fact that we got an incredible rate using Hotwire, and it was a fantastic value at the rate we paid. My 8 year old son and I loved it there, found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, and we LOVED the spa tub in the bathroom. Not sure if they are in all of the rooms, but it was totally unexpected and awesome. They kindly accommodated our request for a high floor even though we were the riff-raff booking third party on Hotwire, so that was also nice. The lobby was clean and modern, and there was a cool glass elevator we both enjoyed. We hung out by the pool for a short time, and it was fine. Not many people were out, so they closed up the pool bar, which I’ve seen others complain about, but it didn’t especially bother me. There was a kids’ room that was actually pretty lame, as we couldn’t get any of the gaming equipment to work. I would consider staying there again at a similar or slightly higher price point, but I’ve seen it listed lately at prices that would not make it a good value at all— there are better accommodations with more amenities at the same prices, and similar accommodations at lower prices. I wound have been far less pleased with my experience if we’d paid more. It definitely has much less going on in terms of on-site recreation and activity than other “resorts” in the area, but if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place to retire to after a day in the parks and you can catch them with a great rate, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here. My son keeps asking when we can go back to the “Botel.” Just know what to expect and you won’t be disappointed. One other note, the restaurant downstairs had OK food, but was pricey (it is a hotel, of course), and the dessert we ordered to share really sucked—some sort of deconstructed s’more that amounted to a dollop of marshmallow fluff on a plate with a sliver of some sort of wafer. Deep dessert disappointment.

The girl that got us going had no clue about anything Disney. This was pretty disappointing considering we were staying at a Disney affiliated hotel. We then asked the concierge about how to use our magic hours, bus routes, dining, Disney Springs, etc. and she too was utterly unhelpful. When we tried another person, Crystal gave us everything we needed to start our Disney adventure on the right foot. She told us things to eat, places to go, rides to ride, parks to give extra time, details about magical hours, and how to use our food credits. She was awesome! She seemed knowledgeable about EVERYTHING DISNEY which is what you want when you stay near a Disney park!

The bus service was usually 5-10 mins late at best, except when we went down late (assuming they were late) which is when they were on time - Murphy’s law right? We generally used Lyft and Uber to get to the parks because they usually dropped you off closer to the park entrance and tried our best to time our departures with the hotel buses. Signs at the Disney parks are not clear as to where to find the hotel buses that are not on Disney properties. That was a struggle for us because by the time we left we were exhausted and just ready to be home. Also, allow about 30 minutes to get to any given park when riding the busses as they do multiple location drop-offs which can throw off any reservations you may have.

The girl that ran the shop in the hotel is very friendly and I’m disappointed in myself for not catching her name. But she was awesome!

PS this hotel does not provide transportation to the RunDisney events or Universal Studios.

I’ve stayed here twice. The restaurant American Kitchen Bar and Grill in the hotel is refreshing compared to other hotel restaurants with its modern farmhouse flair. It is pricey but the food almost lives up to the price you pay- it is delectable but could be more affordable considering the overall quality. The servers are friendly, professional, and personable. The Pickup is a 24 hour a day coffee shop with basic necessities, some drinks are well made with friendly baristas. The hotel itself is modern and spacious with plenty of “instagram” moments available. Be careful with booking third party sites as they will say that the resort fees are included and sometimes will turn out that they are not and that extra price you pace for is a 12% tax rate. The first stay I had went well, the second not so much. Today I am checking out of the hotel from a two night stay. The room we received was the same as last time (if you book from a 3rd party hotel be prepared to stay in the rooms that face the parking lot- which was fine for us). This time we received sheets that had bodily fluids and had to wait an hour after a tiring day to have them changed. This might not bother other people but I have a bad back and had to stand/sit in a chair while I waited for the sheets to be changed, when you have a bad back like I do the pain can go down south fast. I let both night and day managers aware and they did not offer anything but apologies. I did expect them to offer something for the inconvenience as when you pay $200 a night for a hotel you expect the standards to be as such as opposed to the standards of a $40 a night motel. They were all very friendly but I felt they should have done more- perhaps offered a wave of the resort fee (which includes services we did not use such as the WiFi which never worked even after letting them know about it). I sound bitter and I’m not, I just wished we had a better experience.

Arrived and was greeted by the valet(the only really friendly person we met). Check in took a bit. Was a bit surprised that parking was not included with the resort fee. Had a king bed room. Room was decorated nicely. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were a tough but serviceable. Bathroom was quite large. The bathroom was musty and had a lot of mold in the shower. After 3 nights we requested that the room be serviced as it is not done daily due to covid which we understood and was told it would be taken care of. We returned that night to find a mount of fresh towels and a trash bag of toiletries dumped on the bed. Trash was not taken out, dirty towels were not removed, bed not even made. Spoke with a person who said they were the housekeeping manger, they stated they would send someone up that night or the next day to take care of the room. Neither happened. I understand the limitations of covid but we have stayed at other hotels during covid and have had the room serviced every other day. The hotel has a restaurant that was open for breakfast on the weekends, breakfast was a decent price and was good. The snack shop had many items to chose from. Did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. Overall it was an ok hotel, was expecting better for a hotel on Disney property. Most likely would not stay here again.

Please accept our most sincere apologies for the service discrepancies you encountered as highlighted in your comments above. This is certainly not the normal level of service we uphold and provide. This is my 5th time staying at B Resort & Spa. This was the worst stay of them all. I understand that during pandemic they only came to clean my room 1 time in 10 nights. However, I had to practically beg them, by going all the way downstairs to the lobby, at times, in front of other guests to witness, and for fresh towels, soap, toiletries, and plastic cups to drink tea (which for the most part they ran out of.) The bathroom door handle was coming off its hinge room so my family and I were afraid to get stuck. The vent in the bathroom was malfunctioned and the steam resulted in mold spurs appearing in the shower, shower floor tiles, and the ceiling (a serious health hazard). The room was stained. For example, bed backboard. Additionally, aside from the payment, they charged $32 per day per room resort fee. We came with a family of 7 and we booked 3 rooms for 10 nights. I trusted this hotel but am very disappointed and will never ever stay in it again. Lastly, on the last day, while I was waiting for Uber to drive us to airport, it was very slippery and I fell on the metal sign still on the property of the hotel. I was bleeding from my throat and no one from the hotel staff or management came out to see if I was okay. I believe this hotel will close down soon, hence, they do not care about the terrible service or well-being of their guests. My advice is do not stay in this hotel if you value your health, safety, and comfort.

Everything about this Hotel was brilliant. The staff were so helpful. The room was well appointed and the facilities excellent.
I have had to wait until my sixties to get to Disney World (Or Disneyland) and staying at B Resort made it so much better. It was so easy to get to the Parks from the front door of the hotel and the Disney staff inside the hotel provided all the information we needed.
The hotel had an excellent restaurant but it was also within walking distance to other food outlets and restaurants.
There are two things that really stand out for me. The first is rather mundane but I really appreciate having laundry facilities in the hotel. Too often one has to pay exorbitant prices to get clothes washed and dried. It was wonderful to get a load of washing done for less than the cost of getting a shirt washed and dried in most hotels. The second is the respectful, polite helpfulness of the Disney staff. Every person in every aspect was excellent. Nothing was too hard. For example, the Travel Agent who booked our trip mistakenly put their e-mail address instead of mine in relation to our Tickets to the parks. This caused a bit of a problem but the Disney IT person, after verifying who I was, sorted it all out over the phone. Well done!
As I live in Australia, I doubt I will ever get back there but it was a great place to stay for our visits to Disney World and the Kennedy Space Centre.

The outside and lobby looked nice and that was it. The rooms have balconies but you cannot use them. The room has a shower that looks modern but there were specks of mold growing in the corners. The bathroom had a fan but it is clear that it does not go anyway because 24 hours after my shower my towel would still be damp. The whole room felt damp and musty. The beds were so uncomfortable and the A/C sounded like a train was coming through your room. Which all lead to poor sleep quality.

There was also no physical indication if they sanitized the room before use, I've stayed at other hotels since the pandemic where the remotes where wrapped indicating it was sanitized and the door had a label but there was none of that at this hotel. Currently the restaurant is closed and there is no transportation to the parks. So if you are planning to go to the parks be prepared to pay for both parking at the resort and paying for parking at the parks.

We had booked this hotel for a brief visit to Disney World. We arrived late Wednesday evening, June 30th at about 8:30 and we checked out Saturday July 3rd at 1130 am. We were charged an additional fee of $36 per day for a resort fee, which were were told it was for the pool and transportation to the parks, even though they advertise a free park shuttle. Since we were at the parks there was no time to use the facility’s, plus we had our own car for transportation, and the hotel charged an additional $22 dollars a day to park. The room was ok however there was black mold on the ceiling when you walked in your room and the shower had a hole in the side of it, see pictures. Housekeeping was horrible. We arrived back at the room late after grabbing some diner at Disney Springs. We asked for linens for the pull out couch. They dropped off a sheet and blanket. No pillows. Friday we asked again for pillows and for new towels and wash cloths, and asked again for pillows. When we arrived in our room. Housekeeping left 2 empty trash bags with a note for us to clean up the room and put any trash in one bag and any dirty towels in another. Now we had the dirty towels on a pile on the bathroom floor and it was clearly evident that we had no clean towels, but housekeeping didn’t think to leave any. We woke Saturday hoping to find towels outside of our room and there were none. I called the desk and they said they will be up in 30 min. 45 minutes pass and I called again and I was told they will be there in 10 min. After 20 min I called again and a few minutes later someone arrived at my door with POOL towels. I asked where the wash cloths were and I was told we don’t have any. So we all showered and were now running late checking out and just as we were leaving the room someone arrived with regular bath towels and wash cloths, I guess they were for the next customers. So I was ripped off with a resort fees for a resort that does nothing for you. Then only positive was the lobby smelled nice!

Bright and clean property with a really nice pool (which we didn't have time to use but it was nice to have the option). The room (2 queen beds on a higher floor) was spacious and bright with Disney Springs views (the sliding door does not open so you have to admire it through the glass). Inside of closets could use a cleaning, otherwise no complaints of cleanliness whatsoever. Humidity is off the chart so tweaking the aircon and keeping it on is necessary. Bed was really comfortable and service was good overall even though we didn't ask for much.
Walking distance (15-20min) to Disney Springs and free bus service makes this a really good option for an average Orlando traveler. As a Corporate Traveler who doesn't have much time in the day for leisure, I really wish there was a convenience store close by without having to catch an uber. Disney Springs was lovely to walk around and enjoy touristy things, of course, but you would be hard pressed to find toiletries and other necessities there when your luggage does not arrive on time. The absolute best part of this hotel was the American Kitchen Bar & Grill. We ate there at least once a day nearly every day of our 7 night stay...the food is affordable and made with love and soul. The service there is outstanding!
This is a very good choice for your next Orlando trip- I was not wowed but I have no complaints either. It met our expectations and provided us with a good home base for the Conference. I would stay there again.

I know that there are not any microwaves in the rooms. However, there is a small barista like store down the hallway in the lobby of the store that has a microwave. If you are needing a microwave while the store is open, that might be an option. Otherwise, I am unsure that there is a microwave for you to use.

Yes, it serves 3 other hotels but they are all right next to each other, literally a driveway apart. One hotel is across the street. Takes 15-20 minutes to get to the parks, depending on which one you’re going to. Never had a problem getting a seat and you obviously save on car rental, hotel parking fees and Disney parking fees!
