The other couple we traveled with are seasoned Disney experts and this is the place they chose. That says a lot right there. Convenient to Disney Springs and buses to parks. Super helpful staff at desk check-in. We rented a scooter and it was delivered to the main check-in waiting for me. We had a king room and a 2-queen bedroom. A nice table with 2 chairs and bench seating. Technically they say it could sleep 8 people by using the two murphy beds in the living room but that wouldn't be comfortable for me. Washer and dryer and laundry soap. Great showers. Balcony only holds two chairs though. Pool was close by, or we could go to the main check-in pool. Hope my friends take me there again!

My husband, son and I are frequent DisneyWorld visitors (about 2-3 times per year). We love trying out new Disney resorts. For this trip, we decided to stay at Saratoga Springs, a resort we’ve stayed at many times before. With its updated look, It definitely feels like a new resort, and we really enjoyed exploring it all over again. Our check-in was a breeze. I checked in on the My Disney app and they texted me when my room was ready. When we arrived a few hours later, we went straight to our room and were able to open it up with our phone. We went to the front desk because our magic bands weren’t working when we tried to open the door, and they fixed it right away—the customer service here was top notch! We had a Deluxe studio and it was a great size for our family of three. The small kitchenette with a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave was all we needed to do quick breakfasts in the room. We had two queens—the main bed and a Murphy bed that came out over the couch—we really liked this feature. The one thing we wished the room had was a small dining table, even if it had one or two chairs, because we found it hard for us to sit and eat; we had to sit on the beds and eat which wasn’t ideal. We love the vinyl floors, not only is it beautiful, but also so much cleaner than carpet. We didn’t use the buses, because we didn’t want to have to wait. Since we drove, it was easy for us to drive to the parks ourselves, which we highly recommend. If you park a car at the resort, Disney charges 25 dollars per night. This will carry over to the parks, if you decide to drive yourself there. My recommendation is to purchase preferred parking (normally 50 a day, but you’ll get it for 25 since you’re staying on property). This gives you the ability to park right in the front—you can also use it at all parks for that day. We really love this resort and can’t wait to come back!

Best timeshare, I have been at this resort twice and will return. Resort and staff are the vest in class. Bus and boat transportation is free. Park tickets reserved at the resort are at competitive prices.

This resort is such a sleeper at Disney! Truly one of the best resort Deluxe values you can find. We have stayed at Saratoga a few times before but this was our first visit since it's been remodeled. We stayed in a SPACIOUS deluxe studio on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the water. We were in The Springs section and I cannot recommend enough to upgrade yourself to a preferred room. Our walk to the main building was about 5 minutes. We were so centrally located. I won't stay here again without requesting The Springs. We didn't go to the parks on this visit, instead we took advantage of the close access to Disney Springs and we used their two main pool sections. Our family loved both the Paddock Pool and the High Rock Spring Pool. We favored High Rock a bit more because we liked the layout, but Paddock has a fun kids splash area. Both mornings we went to the main building for breakfast and were greeted by Disney characters! This added such a magical touch to our mornings and really reminded us that we are staying on Disney property. The boat ride to Disney Springs was enjoyable and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a boat. Tip: We got brunch at Winebar George in Disney Springs. Highly recommend this if you're staying at Saratoga since it's so close! My only negative was our interaction with Bell Services. We had also stayed at a value resort earlier on this vacation, and Bell Service went above and beyond to help us with luggage to our rooms at All Star Movies (and we also tipped them). At Saratoga they stored our luggage and when we came to retrieve it they just said "here you go" and no offer to help. One cast member tried to engage with my 6-year-old but she was shy and hid behind me. As we walked away I heard the female Bell Service say "wow, entitled kid." That was not the case, she was just shy. It really rubbed me the wrong way and was shocked to hear a Disney cast member give a retort. I should have said something in the moment but I was reeling a bit so we walked away.

First visit back to Disney since 2019 and Saratoga Spring Resort did not disappoint. Our studio room in the Congress Park section was clean, spacious & comfortable and the kitchenette was great for putting together a quick breakfast each morning. Room even still had H2O products! We were on the first floor and our room was towards the back of the building, giving us a nice view of the water from the patio. Walking to Disney Springs along the water was a nice perk. Hubby requested more coffee as only decaf was left after a few days and the woman who brought it was super sweet and him brought enough for over a week. This resort never disappoints.

This is our second stay at this resort and we were not disappointed. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed walking them to get to the various pools on property. The pools are excellent with snack bars and slides that the whole family enjoyed. Bus stops are also within easy walking distance for simple travel to any of the Disney parks. A short walk to Disney Springs was an added benefit. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This resort is beautiful. Having been to WDW many times, we never stayed here and I'm not sure why. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful the times we dealt with them-- especially at check in. The rooms- both studio and one bedroom- could not have been cleaner, spacious and quiet. All of the buildings have elevators. The pools - 5 of them- were crowded but it was Spring Break. The food court area off of the main lobby - The Artists Palette- had great breakfast and lunch offerings. There is a walkway to DIsney Springs which was a 5 minute walk from our room so there was no need to take a bus or car which was great! I would highly recommend this resort and would stay here again in a heartbeat. One word of caution -- it is HUGE!

Exchanged a Marriott week here through Interval International and was immediately charged an extra $190 resort fee at check-in. Not sure what that went towards because we were only given a map & keys. We’re used to getting a welcome packet with all info needed for a week’s stay activities calendar, housekeeping schedule etc) but it took multiple calls to find out that info. Was told to go to check-in area for activities calendar, went there & told don’t have it so go to activities building. It was late In evening on April 1 and still had March calendar displayed. Was told would get housekeeping every 2 days but we never did get it. Called one morning to request coffee & paper toweling but never received it so called again that evening & finally got some the next afternoon. Called to try to arrange shuttle to onsite LBV golf and was told couldn’t do it ahead of time, had to call morning of (we didn’t have any confidence in them so loaded up our clubs and drove over ourselves). Pools packed with no seating (people get up early & layout towels on them to “reserve” them). Little grocery storage in 1 bedroom unit because cupboards above refrig & microwave are faux & don’t open. Had a 4th floor room & at times no hot water for showers. On a more positive note, when we did have hot water for showers, we did love their Disney H2O bodywash, shampoo & conditioner.

This was our fifth time staying at SSR. We stayed in a deluxe studio in the Paddock for three nights. Our room was a wheelchair accessible room- we didn’t ask for this room. At first we liked the handicapped room until he noticed some ADA features: the door can not be closed for about 10 seconds once it’s opened (allows bugs to fly into the room); shower had a small barrier to keep water in the shower (it was not properly installed so water went all over the bathroom floor anytime the shower was used!). When we checked in our room, it was missing a trash can and extra toilet paper. Only a partial roll was left in the bathroom. One tile fell off the wall on day two. We had to keep asking for new towels due to the water issue previously mentioned. Would not stay in this type of room again.
