Everything was incredible....the lake with fountains, the pools (wonderfully heated btw), the walking path, the 1 bedroom condo, all near an outlet mall and food places. As my husband said "I can't find anything wrong with it".

Hotel's Favorite
Stayed at this resort for 7 nights while visiting Disney. It is in a perfect location and the resort -- all areas of it -- are absolutely beautiful. The staff was wonderful as well. Was a bit worried about it being a timeshare resort, but we were asked at check in if we wanted to attend a breakfast to hear more about it, we said no, and that was the end of it. We had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The washer and dryer added a great convenience. 2 balconies, 1 with plenty of room for outdoor dining. We usually stay at a Disney resort but decided to do something different this time due to COVID. This was an exceptional choice. In fact we found we could get to and from the parks to the resort faster than we have in the past with the Disney transportation system. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved our vacation at Tuscany Village for many reasons. First, the resort is beautiful and easy to get to off 1-4. It is convenient to many restaurants and walking distance to the Premium Outlets. The staff were efficient friendly, and competent. The first evening the smoke alarm battery started beeping. We called the front desk and they immediately sent a nice man to replace the battery. He also took the initiative to replace the 3 other smoke detector batteries so we wouldn't be disturbed again. We were not bothered by any calls or requests to participate in sales presentations. We felt safe and comfortable with the precautions the resort had taken during Covid. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit which was actually two adjoining rooms which was very nice as we had family (another couple) join us for a few days. We were on the 6th floor of Building 4 and had a fabulous view of the lake and pool. We have been exchanging our home resort for 35+ years and this was one of our favorites!

I previously booked a one bedroom for 2 nights. Upon arrival the concierge kept asking if my room would be okay as if she knew there was something wrong with the room. We were assigned to villa 1 and it seemed like everyone who was staying at the Hilton was also in villa 1. Considering Covid, you would think they would spread their guests out. Our room had a musty mildew smell and the bathtub was dirty. The concierge definitely knew villa 1 smells like mildew. My advice is try a different Hilton.

Our 3 night stay at this Hilton location fell short of our expectations from a Hilton. Upon arrival at the property all indicators are that of a beautiful experience about to happen- the grounds are beautiful, the property is semi-secured (more on that), the pool and cafe areas are lovely. Fully expected over the top “Hilton Clean Stay” in the midst of pandemia. Then we stepped in to the building. First, know that resort guests are crammed into the buildings closest to entry and on the weekend, be prepared to park several buildings away from your room if you arrive after 9pm. Second, the common areas are not cleaned regularly. Fail one for Clean Stay. The stairwell in our building had dried vomit in a corner, spills on the floor, and general filth that was not addressed during our 4 day stay. All of which was pointed out to management on day 1 with photos. The door handles were sticky which we actually wiped down with our own cleaning wipes. The property is all exterior corridors. They were not regularly cleaned and the corners were also laden with sticky patches. All of this was visible during the day and housekeeping was around, just not cleaning. Fail two for Clean Stay. Our room was a studio- not the one bedroom originally booked. It was small and smelled musty and of mildew. The sink was dirty. Fail three for Clean Stay. The toilet in our room was not properly secured to the floor and wiggled every time it was used. And there was about a quarter inch gap in the door which prevented it from closing properly and could actually be seen through. The “secured” entry to the property was only secure late at night. During the day we never had to use our room key to enter, we simply drove up to the gate and were permitted entry without a single check. In 4 days of continual entry and exit, only once did we use our card. The hotel is a bit dated in decor and felt just tired. We purchased this package as deal to suffer through a 2 hour timeshare meeting. If Hilton really wanted our buy in to their owners program we thought that we would have been given better accommodations. I travel about 120 nights a year and spend most of my time at Hilton properties. This one fell far below expectations. Except for certain staff. Shout out to Casey in the cafe and bar service. She was absolutely fantastic. And Norma, who greeted us each day with huge smile evident behind her mask as she prepared our morning coffee and breakfast items. These two ladies were exceptional. A word of advice Hilton - listen to guest concerns and address them quickly. Would not stay at this property asgan. And the package “deal” really was no deal. We could have booked this online for pretty close to the same price and avoided the two hour tour requirement.
