My family visited in March/April 2022. We made these plans not knowing if I would be joining them. You see, I was in the midst of fighting Cancer. It was a lifelong desire to take the family to Disney World and the Kennedy Space Center. I have an ADA placard as it is difficult to get around at times. The reason for my review is the following: Almost every time we were arriving or leaving the property, a vehicle was either blocking us in or parked in the handicapped parking itself. At one time we were blocked in even after the staff member acknowledged us. Said he'd be back when he was finished. We thought for a couple of minutes, but it was more like 20. This happened daily during our 7 day stay. I have a few pictures to share although we didn't take one each time. I know my family complained during our stay, but I think it's important to share my story for future guests. Honestly, I wish I didn't need to use a placard, but they are given for a reason. I hope Hilton does better in the future. As of June 2022 I am Cancer free. Forever thankful.…
I am a Hilton Grand Vacation (HGV) owner and chose this resort 1) because of a previous visit and 2) the open season rates were very reasonable. First, this property is huge! Eight, seven-story buildings spread around a man-made lake. There is a pedestrian bridge across the lake to cut down on “commute” time! Two pools, one is smaller with zero-depth entry. I didn’t venture in, but it appeared quieter. The larger, main pool is located next to the club house/hotel lobby. Ample deck chairs but get there early for best selection. For HGV owners you can reserve a chair in a separate section. I did this the first day, but on the second day I found a chair outside this area with the perfect mix of sun and shade. There is a bar at the pool with ample mixed, tropical concoctions, as well as beer and wine. Beer prices reasonable at $6-$8. Mixed drink prices usual, at $12-$14. Each day they had a “drink of the day” for $8. Had one each day and they were quite tasty! Pool are had some activities, including water Zumba, bingo, and trivia. Fun but not intrusive. Pool area also had two hot tubs and bathrooms. I stayed in a one bedroom unit in building #4. Even though I was traveling solo the larger room was much appreciated. Full kitchen with all you need to make basic meals. Washer/drier. Double vanity. HUGE jacuzzi soaking tub. Balcony with screens to keep the bugs out. Generous living area. Last spring my husband and I stayed in a studio and will def. stick to the one BR going forward! Staff is great. Available by text or call. When I checked out I needed a ride back to the front of the property to get my Uber, and with a quick text a shuttle picked me up to ferry me to the front. The lake is .58 mile around, so good for walkers/runners looking for some exercise. There is a Publix, Starbucks, dining options across the street, and two secure gates provide guests passage to the neighboring outlet mall. Highly recommend!…
Spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to modify a reservation(Extend by ONE NIGHT) then actually checking in and out at the hotel.(I travel on government business,so tax exempt forms were filled out not just once, but twice and Folio still not correct by the end of the stay. Spent another 2 1/2 hours on the phone and still NOTHING RESOLVED. Could have driven back down for the staff to see my shining face to make the corrections for the amount of time I wasted either on hold or being transfered from person to person. Be prepared to spend money. Although they didn't make a dime extra from me,activites at the pool are costly if you so choose to participate
Great location, beautiful accommodations, loads of amenities / conveniences and a wonderful pool. We enjoyed a 3 bedroom condo. Will definitely come back when we can stay longer. My family of 7 gave it 14 👍's up. 😊
My home away from home. I just spent THREE WEEKS at the Tuscany and this is my 4th (maybe 5th) visit in two years. I love it here. They always make you feel like family. The layout is amazing and there is a phenomenal outlet mall across a walking path!! Now to the people who make this place truly a gem: Janna and Jackie in the back office: I can’t thank you enough for going above and beyond for me to make this trip happen. Eric at the pool: you are fun, entertaining and an absolute star. Keep that smile on your face! Amanda at the hair wraps station: as if my hair wrap wasn’t beautiful enough, when you learned that I picked my color for the cancer that I lost my beloved Bulldog to, you added a paw charm. You have no idea how much your kindness was appreciated in that moment. Sherry at the front desk: I’ve never met anyone who remembers names the way you do. You greeted me on day one with a welcoming smile and you were a true professional my entire 3 week stay. I never saw you having a bad day and we are in some trying times for customer service staff. You. Are. A. Star!! Anthony: while I’m sad to see Amnon leavening, I know that my favorite Hilton will stay my favorite. I’m so excited to see new management come in with fresh energy and ideas. You were an absolute pleasure to work with and I’m always elated to meet someone from “back home”. I look forward to seeing you again. (My friend Carline RAVED about you) Jacob at the bell stand: thank you for showing me where to make a safe passage to the pharmacy across the street. The fact that you went out of your way was above and beyond expectation. Mason at the bar: I love you. I love my smoothies. I love your dancing. I love your energy. I can’t wait to see you again. Milene at hair wraps: my double French braids came out beautifully. You had never done them before and you nailed it!! They lasted all entire week in the pool!! Camila at the pool: You are, without a doubt, the kindest person I have ever met. Your smile and energy are contagious. I’m so sorry to anyone I missed but you all truly deserve kudos and a massive BRAVO for making THREE WEEKS amazing for me. Zero complaints.…
Dishwasher was very dirty with some kind of black stuff attached all over the racks. It also ran for more than 4 hours. The dish disposal did not work and had to be fix. Only give you a small pot to fry in, which I have never seen before in other units I have been in. Bottom glass was missing in the refrigerator that maintenance had to replace. Pools have no true deep side to them as well.
Front Desk staff not helpful and needs additional training. Hilton Diamond members do not get any perks, requests were not granted. Parking in the evening was impossible, no spots near our building. had to park in overflow, a good 10 minute walk.
Great amenities, walking distance to good food and excellent shopping (not always a good thing) Only a short drive to all the Disney Parks. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends
Amazing location! This is my second visit to Hilton Tuscany Village and it’s my “go-to” location in Orlando. Extremely close to any amusement destination in the area! If you don’t want to hit those locations, great shopping opportunity connected to property or just 15 min to Disney Springs? Highly recommend!
This as a pretty cool place to stay. The service was excellent, the place was well maintained and clean. The room was clean even though our air conditioner broke down one day. They sent a maintenance guy over and he fixed it right away. Less than 15 minutes it was back up and running. Florida can get pretty warm and humid. I’d complain that they don’t offer an ice bucket in your room but they have an ice machine on the ground level. No free drinking water dispensing machine, only vending machine for bottled drinks for purchase. No shuttle to any theme parks and no shuttle to and from the resort. The swimming pool is decent, and great for kids. They have a fantastic premium outlet mall on the other side of the gated resort. You just need to use your room key to open the locked gate to get across and back. There is a grocery store that is convenient to walk across the street if you need to buy anything. It’s a regular sized grocery store (can’t remember the name of the store but might be a large chain grocery store in Orlando). A few restaurants available in that same square that the grocery store is located. The restaurants look pretty uninspiring though, sushi (it wasn’t open until after 4pm), subway, Chinese restaurant (far from authentic) which we dined at and our low expectations for the food were met. The time share presentation was not super aggressive and I think they do offer SOME packages that can suit some people just not us. Oh the first person who gave his presentation to kick start it off, Seneca (I think that’s his name), was fun to listen to. If I joined a time share Hilton would probably suit me. Not right now though, but in the future maybe. …
