This is a large Hilton Grand vacation resort reasonably close to all the major attractions in Orlando. But do remember the Orlando area is quite large and roads very busy. My room was a studio, it was the normal size US room equivalent to a hotel room. I did see a one bedroom apartment which was luxurious compared to mine! The resort features a bar restaurant kids play area etc so lots to do and it has lovely walks around the large lake which all 7 buildings back into. The complex adjoins a shopping mall of all major upscale brands so if you’re in the mood for expensive shopping you’re well catered for. Overall the resort was of a very high standard very secure and easy to find your way around. I would highly recommend staying here

I just stayed here with my adult son for 4 nights for his spring break and it was very nice! I'm going to give you the blow by blow about my stay which is the truth. First, I would highly recommend staying here for sure. We would definitely return. We are not time share owners but Hilton rewards members. We were able to check in about 5 hours early when we arrived which was so nice! After checking in, they send you over to the "timeshare" salespeople who need to give you your parking pass. It's a ploy, the check in people are more than capable to give you the pass. So we go to the shady man who starts asking me if I'm married, where is my husband, blah blah. Again, I was with my 22 year old college son. I said why and did not give him any info about my husband. And then he tried to give us the time share pitch. I cut him off and pretty much scolded him. We drove from NH and knew this was going to happen. It's obnoxious it really is. Needless to say during our 4 days here, we were not harassed again to buy a silly timeshare property which are not an investment.... I suggest asking to stay in Building 1 which is right by the large pool and the clubhouse, gym, coffee shop etc. We stayed in building 4 which was great but once you get to know the lay of the land and how everything works, you should really be in Building 1. Pool chairs-this is a disgusting practice that goes on at this resort. You have the owners; they are a different breed of people. Mostly retirees that are kind of rude and think they own the place, if you say you aren't an owner, the nose goes up. These are timeshares not million-dollar mansions, it's quite funny actually. They actually line up at the gate of the pool at 6:30am to go put their towels and belongings on chairs. The pool opens at 7am. So, of course on the days we did not venture off property, I got up and did the same thing. Otherwise, you will NOT get a pool chair. The signs say that you cannot partake in this practice, but those rules are not enforced and if someone says something to an owner and they are saving chairs, they pull the "do you know who I am"?? It's so so so obnoxious. So, I got up and got to the pool at 7:05am just like the rest of them and saved our chairs. It's unfortunate that this is a common practice here, but you have to play the game and I highly suggest you do so if you want a chair or chairs for your family/friends. Set that alarm for 6:30am and go save your chairs. The service here is amazing. They text you so if you need anything you can just text and they answer right away. The bar staff at the pool were awesome! The good thing about the drinks and snacks at the pool is that they don't charge all of those hefty hotel taxes, just regular food tax and you tip as you please. The room we were in was great, huge for two people, we had a little deck, balcony, laundry, whirlpool tub, etc. We even cooked breakfast daily and dinner twice in the room. You can walk to Publix and Starbucks, they are that close. Our plan was to stay 5 nights but we were driving north and wanted to get a head start and hit other states along the way and they were so nice to let us check out a day early with no fees. I do recommend this place for sure but definitely take my advice about the chairs and don't waste your time with the time share people, life is too short and getting a tan is way more important!

Our 2 bedroom unit was clean and ready for us at 5 pm check-in. Staff was great offering options for activities, and getting to know the property. Building 5 backs up to a mall parking deck. Almost every night kids set up loud amplifiers and played very loud music starting at 10:30. The hotel staff was receptive in getting that quieted but it still happened every night at 10:30 for abo30 minutes until the sheriff shut them down. Avoid Building 5. Otherwise no issues.

The resort is well placed within easy travel of all of the parks and has restaurants very close both on Vineland Ave and International Drive. The accommodation in the main is excellent although the first unit we were allocated was dark dreary and right beside the electrical power system making it to noisy to sit on the bal only. This unit was also smaller then the advertised one bedroom. Fortunately after 3 nights they moved us to a full one bedroom unit for the remainder of our 11 nights. Ritually all the staff were excellent and helpful throughout. The unit has two pools both with plenty of beds and towels and were never overcrowded. We have stayed here several times and always been well pleased the only down side was the initial allocation of the wrong size room and it appeared to be that appropriate rooms were all preallocated throughout our two weeks. However once the staff got to grips with it we we reallocated an apartment that was appropriate and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Don’t even bother booking. We booked through a promotion to go back to Disney on a cheap trip. They sent us one date that we had to attend their presentation and because of their system glitch, now our magic kingdom day is going to be cut short and ruined. I’m never staying off Disney property again and I’m definitely not buying into a business that won’t admit their own mistake and make it right. Never ever again. Just don’t take your chances.

My Husband and I stayed at this resort for 21 nights as we planned to do all of the parks in the orlando area. We had a late flight so didn't check in until nearly midnight but the receptionist was very welcoming, explained everything to us and we got a lift to our block. We were in block 4 which was next to the quiet pool (no bar at this one and generally smaller) it has a jacuzzi and plenty of beds still. We had a one bedroom apartment with everything we needed, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, soap etc and a list of instructions for the appliances which was very handy and easy to use. The apartment itself was spotless and furniture was modern and comfortable. Ours had a jacuzzi bath which was huge but the water was lovely and hot and helped after a 13 hour day of walking at the parks! We used the larger pool all of the time because that is where the bar and food was, the deli is next door and with the resort fee you pay you receive a card for either 2 free coffees or 2 bottles of water daily, the deli had fresh pastries daily and a wide variety of snacks and drinks. We ate a few times at the bar and the food was reasonably priced and large portions! The nachos are definitely worth trying and can easily share between 2 people. I would like to say a special thank you to Annie, Ana, Michelle, Juan and Mason for making us feel so welcome and very quickly knowing what we would like, they definitely made us feel like friends and worked so hard, some of the guests were not always as respectful to the staff but we always found every staff member we spoke to polite and willing to help. We booked the hotel transport to the parks a few times, this was $10 dollars for a return and easy to use, the bus was always on time but beware they do not wait beyond the time stated so be early to reception to get picked up! I read previous reviews stating people were hassled to attend a meeting about becoming an owner, I have to say this was never the case for us, not once were we approached to buy anything or pay for any extras, the dvds are free and we asked for extra washing powder and this was given no problem. There is an entertainment team daily at the pool tower, you can take part in volleyball, blackjack, quizzes etc, again there was no pushing to take part and they had a daily 3pm ice cream special, 2 scoops of ice cream with unlimited toppings for $5 very good value! Plenty of beds and towels available, we were just out of season so that maybe why but we never had an issue finding somewhere to lay and the pool area itself is clean, in fact everywhere we went somebody was cleaning, painting or fixing something! I would highly recommend this resort and cannot praise it enough, we would love to come back and thank you again to the fantastic staff who work hard everyday to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed.

I recently stayed at Tuscany Village in Orlando, FL. Let me tell you, this resort was absolutely beautiful. I stayed in a 2 bedroom room with a kitchen and living room area. Such a great room, except that it was on the first floor and there was some noise during the early morning and later in the evening/night time. This resort has two pools, an amazing pool bar, with a little grocery store which has a Starbucks. There was a breakfast menu that you could order from. The food at the pool bar was so amazing, I was in awe!. There's an outlet mall located behind this resort and it is very close to local shopping centers such as Publix. There was an activities team located in the tower at the main pool, they had such lovely activities and nice music for the guests. All staff members were so pleasant and was so accommodating. I had such a wonderful time, I will be returning soon :).
