Still a delightful property, with the Disney magic spin on a boardwalk should be, but looking a little frayed at the edges. This is surprising for a Disney that used to keep its prime properties in prime condition. Carpet needs repaired or replaced. Paint needs touched up. I'm not talking about Atlantic City dilapidated, just refreshing. A new mattress would...

This place is awesome you can walk to Epcot the grounds are beautiful and the room is as clean as a whistle what a place. Great restaurants along the boardwalk a lot to choose from. As you would expect the people that work here are happy friendly and happy to be here everyone smiles.

Our front desk attendant, Derek, stated our room was upgraded to a suite. This wasn't an upgrade at all! Our room #5068 was a 1 bedroom suite but slept less people than a standard room and was right next to the elevators. During the middle of the night, we heard loud repetitive noises coming from the roof. With little to...

Ugh I love the boardwalk. The atmosphere and theming so unique and fun. We usually only stay here when they are offering discounts and deals because it does run pricey. The villas are nice and spacious, did wish they had one more toilet though. The location is fantastic, you can walk to both Epcot and Hollywood studios. The Epcot entrance...

We are local so we wanted to do be able to enjoy the Epcot Food and Wine Festival and not have to worry about transportation. We picked the one bedroom villa as we wanted a bit of a nicer room. It was moderately priced for a 1 bedroom, not budget but not expensive at $277 per night and $328 per...

We stayed there for two night at a boardwalk view studio. One of the best stays we had at WDW. The views were amazing and we were even able to partially see some of the illuminations fireworks. Being close to Epcot was definitely a plus. We could walk or take a small boat over. The hotel itself is great, the...

We really wanted to visit Epcot and do it in bite-sized chunks, since it's so big, so this was perfect. The 1-bedroom villa we had was great for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, except if they take a long time in the bathroom. We ordered our groceries online 2 months ahead via Garden Grocer and they were ready for pickup...

From the time we walked into this place we felt happy. Staff all happy and wanting to help you. When we got our room we wasn't disappointed clean and well maintained. Went down to front desk to sort out a ticket issue and they sorted it out on the spot. So happy with our stay we will be back.

I have heard a mix of reviews on the Boardwalk but since we wanted to really dig into Epcot this time we trusted that all Disney is awesome and this would be no different. It's hard for me to say anything bad about Disney; we love it. This resort has a killer location, great food and lots to see but...

The Boardwalk is one of my Disney Hotel favorites. First the location CANT BE BEAT. Other than staying on the monorail, this is the place to be! So much fun, excitement, energy and the best people watching ever! BONUS: one of the BEST THEMED HOTELS DISNEY HAS. I've stayed there 5 times and love it every time. Usually we have...

“Boardwalk view is great for people watching but can be noisy.”
  • And the tile? Who decided to skip that?
  • Roll-In Shower. Wow! Not the right way to build this detail. Who does that?
  • I know it's Florida but nice hotels don't have rusty metal.
  • Shower Drain. Really? This is AFTER renovation. Unacceptably poor.
