Stay here on my first holiday to Orlando. There was four in our family two adults and a 5 year/14 year . The room was nice did find it a little small but for the time you are in the room it fine. The pool was lovely nice and large for the kids but there is a helipad next door so when you try are relax by the pool it came be a little hard. We stay here over the Easter holidays so our youngest was missing the Easter bunny but the hotel ran a bunny hunt for eggs with was so nice and all the kids had a ball so sweet. There is a shop but you are right next door to a CVS if you need suncream, water etc. There is a restaurant and because we had a child under 5 he ate for free. The lobby area has the bar and shop in it but did find that this area was more for adults so didnt stay down here at night. Thing this hotel is good but maybe not for younger children, teenages +. Has a Starbucks tho so a plus

The best Rosen by far on I-Drive, good location, good food, staff are really friendly, 1 thing I would change is the pool area, there isn't much for young kids or babies, pool is deep, lots of sun loughers with umbrella's. Outside bar easily accessed from pool area. Lots of free parking and no resort fee. Across from Pointe Orlando giving access to bars & restuarants, i-ride stop close by. highly recommended

We stayed here back in May 2019 (couldn't find that far back in the list). There were so many places to eat, and the best restaurant had a huge discount for guests. There was a 24hr shop for snacks & essentials. Very well-placed for the trolley bus to outlets, Universal & Disney. Look out for Pat, (waiter in the bar) who has an encyclopedic knowledge of theme parks and was really helpful throughout our stay. Would have liked to look at the "3.Nine" bar but it was closed during our stay.

You know that feeling you get when you have a first-class ticket and you watch everyone in coach board the plane worried that they have to sit next to the mom unconcerned/ unfamiliar with any form of discipline with her kids. Do you know what I mean , the rude brat throwing whatever they can get ahold of at you. Even worse they have the misfortune of Being seated next to the guy that thinks that he doesn't have to wear deodorant, and he gives off that smell that makes even his shirt want to throw itself in the trash just avoid being on him. I digress, so you're in first class and you catch that look of envy they have that you're comfortable, smiling, & drinking some wine or champagne in you're oversized seat. Well that's the exact when I got to the entrance of this hotel, more surprising was the fact that the employees gave off that same level of service. This is one of the nicest hotels I stayed at on I drive and I would give you the four or five star rating but aside from the pristine landscape and the amazing layout of the pool, and even the great restaurants they have on site the most welcoming part of my stay was my visit to the deli where I met Blondy. London is the guy that worked at the deli and he was beyond the, dating not only did he asked me how I was doing he also assisted me with finding anything I was looking for and if they didn't have it there he told me where I could find it he also assisted me with food choices and even a check out he was beyond kind to me to top it off I went outside for a cigarette and he let me use a lighter cuz I didn't have one so I wouldn't have to go ahead and purchase a lighter or run back upstairs for one( of course the lighter was returned). I guess I shouldn't have said that I degress since it seems like that's the theme of this review what I want to say or highlight most of all is that Blondy can best be described as the epitome of customer service, he treated me as if I were a family member or a great friend I would definitely suggest hiring more like him or at least putting him in a training position because that's a skill that most people don't have. Thanks again Blondy, you're awesome!

Where do we start? One of our first weekend getaways was at this beautiful hotel perfectly located between the theme parks. So it was fitting that we returned here on December 30 as we prepared for our wedding on January 2. We normally book our reservations through an online source but from check in to check out we are always treated like a four-star high-paying guest. Ever since our wedding we return to the Rosen plaza at least one weekend a month because we enjoy the location so we can visit the theme parks the beautiful well appointed rooms and of course they’re amazing hot tub! On many occasions we have been greeted by LIZ at the front desk who I think now knows us by name José The rest of the bartenders all know our favorite drink an ice cold Alcatraz craft beer and the local craft cider their lobby bar not only carries well-known namebrand but are also committed to keeping a local flair with local wines and local craft beer! The security is present but not overwhelming the hotel always makes a family feel safe however if you have never stayed on a Rosen property you don’t understand the difference that the Rosen employees are not your normal hotel employees. From The front desk to the maid service the bell stand to the lobby attendant everybody seems to truly love their job and love to serve people. On one occasion I actually had to get up and go to work early in the morning as I was wiping the sleep out of my eyes walking to pick up my car I noticed Mr. Rosen in the lobby when I asked the valet if that was really him he said yeah he comes here all the time... I admire this because this is exactly what Walt Disney used to do in his parks to maintain the quality assurance Something very similar this morning happened to me I was walking back to my room and this gentleman in a suit thank me for staying at the hotel He asked me about my stay we had about a 20 minute conversation and I shared my thoughts and appreciation for the staff and everybody at the hotel he then introduced himself as Jay the assistant general manager It blew my mind because I have stayed at many hotels around the world and never seen an owner or upper management walk the hotels and greet guests the way that people do within the Rosen hotel chain is a local I not only Appreciate this but appreciate their commitment to the community their employees and each and every guest who walk through the door! I highly recommend any of the Rosen properties this happens to be our favorite!
