We stayed at Cypress Pointe Resort 12th - 26th June this year. Checkin was very quick and efficient with no problems as reported by previous reviewers. Our apartment was 1303 just next to reception which proved very handy. Its was clean and suited our needs exactly. We were 4 adults and a 3 year old and had a 3 bedroom...

This was our first exchange to this resort (we have been exchanging multiple weeks since 1980). Location is perfect for anyone heading for the Orlando theme parks, just off I-4. Place could use some updating, but all in all it was OK. Living room TV is an ancient "flat screen" model that you have to sit directly in front of....

I had read most of the bad reviews on this website and kind of pushed them aside thinking i may have better luck. My girlfriend and I were celebrating our one year anniversary and were looking for a nice quiet resort to spend a 3 day vacation together. We chose cypress pointe, but, prior to booking we wanted to call...

We stayed at Cypress Pointe Grand Villas for a week in May. The place was nice, spacious, clean. We are timeshare owners, so had it as a 3 bedroom. They did try to get us to a timeshare presentation, so we just quit answering the room phone. (we have a cell phone, so we know who it was calling!) The...

We went to Cypress Pointe 2 years ago as a family of 3 and had an awesome time. This time we were back as a family of 6 for 13 nights. It did not disappoint. The accommodation is fantastic, large and roomy. It is ideal for families as there are 3 excellent sized bedrooms all with TV's and then a...

We have stayed at this resort for 7 consecutive years and this last year we are sorry to say that this resort did nothing to impress us on our last stay. The room we had was dated and worn. The service at the front desk was rude on 2 occassions. Some of the dishes in the cupboard were not clean...

We have just returned (eventually! as delayed due to flight disruptions). Having stayed here 4 years ago, I was not put off by some of the adverse reports. Rooms - we were in a large 2 bedroom apartment with all facilities (jacuzzi bath in master bedroom, fully fitted kitchen etc). My only moan would be the carpets needed a shampoo...

We have stayed here 5 times and love the location. It is close to Disney and handy for Universal and Seaworld, The shops are close by and plenty of restauranys within walking distance. The 2 bedroom condos are spacious and have all amenities. The staff are very helpful and polite. The only concern I would have if travelling with young...
