I visited last week with my husband, 2 year old son and mother in law. We got the 3 bedroom apartment, which is actually a 2 bedroom with an attached studio suite...this was perfect for us as my MIL could have her own suite. Here are some pros and cons that I can think of: Pros: - Very well equipped...

I came to this resort for the first time with my family the day after the big hurricane moved through Orlando. (We had many friends living in Orlando that gave us the "ok" to go forward with our vacation during the storm, and luckily, there was not a lot of damage noticed by us once we got to the city)...

Very nice place for the price. We were able to enjoy all the ammenities they have; grill, tennis, basketball, pool, gym, hot tub, and more. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed, except for food. We did not need any extras the entire 7 days, all pool towels and linen were provided in good quantities. It was...

The condo was exceptional. Everything we needed for our one week stay. The floor plan allowed plenty of privacy with separate bathrooms in all of the bedrooms. The common spaces (living/dining area) accommodated our party of seven easily. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed !

This was a really nice resort. The room/suite was a 3 bedroom. Very spacious with a big table, seating area for TV. 2 bath and a very nice kitchenette to cook and eat at. Resort grounds were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Pools were really nice. Although the restaurants were average and pricey. Standard for resorts like...

On returning to this property it was very pleasing to find the same high standards in service and quality even though their has been a change in ownership. However, one point of concern was the lack of pool supervision and visual security. On my previous visits there was always a regular patrol particularly at the flume area.

Front desk help was good, It did take a little while to check in but the desk clerks were all helpful. I would suggest traveling light if you have to go to the 2nd or 3rd Floors or if you are handicapped as there is no elevators. Between the bathroom and shower the baseboard was starting to mold, I told...

Check in - Check in desk was fine. They accommodated my request to stay in a ground floor unit (I had put this request in my reservation ahead of time). Note, this property does not have a lift nor an elevator so you will be hauling all of your stuff up the steps if you do not stay in a...
