Easy access to the parks and convention centre.
The rooms are not dissimilar to many other hotels in the area.
Reception was helpful and the rooms have a view of the lake
Internet was ok fast enough to watch YouTube
Nothing special but good enough
Stayed in a club suite. For the money paid I felt it was very good value. Suite spacious and very clean, good housekeeping services. We didn’t cook but you can ask for a kitchen utensil pack if you need one. Yes the breakfast is basic...More

Nice hotel and good location..but card was cloned and tried to buy 1300 dollars worth of stuff in apple....don’t give your card pay cash, tell them that you are concerned about cloning...should really take cash as the manager knows it’s happen.
Everything was outdated and warn. The mattress was so crummy and old that when you laid down the bottom of it curled up and lifted, causing the blood rush to your head while you’re sleeping. The shower head barely trickled, and the overall appearance of...More

No photos sorry, we are too old to use our phones this way. In the bedroom we had 2 double beds. There was a tv and mini safe in this room. Large pictures windows overlooking the lake. Also the bathroom was accessed off the bedroom. There is a proper door between the two areas of the suite. The lounge area has the suite entrance door, a kitchenette, tv and a sofa bed. Technically it’s a single but 2 could sleep on it. One part opens out into a single bed and the remaining part is long enough to sleep on. I thought that club level was great value for money. Roof top pool is small but quiet but no shade. Drinks...beer, wine and soft drinks from 12 until 8. With little ones the main pool at lake level could be better in the afternoon as it’s in shade from around 2ish in the afternoon. Fair amount of parking. The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from International Drive. A good number a family restaurants within 15 minutes walk as well as a good number of tourist tat shops, your kids will love them. Hotel does run a shuttle to the parks. Timings aren’t great. My husband and daughter took an Uber to Universal for $8. Hope this helps.

You cannot pay the incidentals amount with cash as I asked because of card cloning concerns. I used a credit card that I never use outside of the UK on the basis that if someone did clone it and tried to use it this activity would flag up a suspicious. I also made sure that when my card was with the reception staff it was not actually out of my sight. It’s a very large and busy hotel so hopefully they have sorted their issues.
