Hotel staff was friendly. Rooms were a little smaller than I am used to with Residence Inn and they were starting to look a little worn but overall was pleased with the room. Good location - Sea World is around the corner and about a 10 minute drive to Disney and Universal. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. The pool area...

This hotel was one of the best hotels that I have stayed in with a large group. From the time I checked in, To the time I checked out. This hotel was ran as smoothly as any. The hotel is located near Sea World and Discovery Cove. Each a few minute away. Access to the highway (I-4) is quick and...

What surprised me was the security in this hotel. With so many children running amok with visions of Disney World dancing in their heads and distracted parents, the security is pretty good. You need a card key to get into the hotel if you do not enter from the main entrance. Same thing with the pool area--you need a card...

Just returned from a week in Orlando from July 14-21st. Weather was perfect, the hotel pool was a favorite of our family's, the room was very clean and the housekeeper was attentive (extra towels, dishwasher detergent, etc.). Breakfast was satisfactory... nothing to rave about. Eggs, oatmeal/grits, a meat, waffles/pancakes, cold cereals, breads, and some fruit. Good selection, but typical institutional...

Beautiful hotel, pool could be bigger for the size of the hotel. Rooms are VERY NICE. Very convenient, friendly staff. Only downside is that someone stole my mother in law insuline bottles from our room. It made us sad, not that we lost them or the invasion of privacy but rather that someone was so desperate enough to steal medicines........

Well, where do I start? My family and I stayed here two years ago and were very pleased but this time we were very disappointed. First of all, we stood in the hallway for a long time waiting for the room to be cleaned. We finally got a key for a first floor one bedroom suite with two queen beds....

Kinda basic, but nice. We had a 1 bedroom suite, The bedroom was big with a large closet. Bathroom and kitchen were basic, but clean. The full size fridge was a plus. Beds and linens were very comfy and upscale. Pool area and grounds were nice. My teens loved it. I especially enjoyed the pizza takeout in the pool/bar area....

Lets begin at the beginning. It was our first time in Orlando as a family of 8. So you can imagine the hustle and bustle of it all. I took care of the hotel reservations in Orlando and Miami. Thanks to all the reviews on Tripadvisor, I made my choice on this Residence inn. My family couldn't agree more that...

Just returned from a 3night stay at the RI Seaworld. The staff at front desk was always helpful and kind. The onebedroom suite, was quite a bit dirty, the tub was slippery, and there was quite a bit of dust on the carpets. A convention badge was beside the nightstand it was quite dirty, not sure how long it had...
