Hotel's Favorite
I stayed here with my fiancee during a two week road trip/vacation for 4 days. We used it as our base of operations to check out all the sites around Orlando. We were extremely satisfied with out stay and the staff couldn't have been nicer.

If I could rate this place a 0 o would I was absolutely disgusted by how I was lied to and yet when problems were brought to their attention nothing was done about it I understand you get what you pay for but freaking half used shampoo and conditioner bottles upon arrival!! Not only that blood on the sheets and trash still on the the floor from the previous guest !! I expected more from such a reputable brand but this is absolutely GHETTO please excuse my language!! I asked to speak to the direct supervisor multiple times and was told they could not be reached that they would be in Monday !! They wouldn’t switch our rooms they did nothing and the pictures you see are absolutely staged !! Do no be fooled by them look below for the full scope of mine and my fiancé’s experience!! This hotel should not be listed as a choice on travel services. I am accustomed to budget travel with my son's soccer team but this was below the most minimal of standards. Room smelled of urine as did the exterior of the hotel Trash thrown about in the parking lot Fitness room not open I moved to a new hotel is was so bad. I have never done that before,

It’s a lot but the main thing is housekeeping beating on our door before 9am and I told them we didn’t need it but after a day out and getting back around 12am our room had been accessed and cleaned up and the rags and towels we went and bought Saturday morning were gone because it was only one rag in the room at check in and went down and asked for 1 more and then didn’t have any had to bathe with a hand towel until the next morning when I went and bought more. We had a handicap room but didn’t request one. You can see outside from the bottom of the door. When showering the water runs out the bathroom door onto the carpet so that explains the smell of mildew in the room. Room says queen beds but those are twin XL. Imagine being tall and your feet hanging off the bed. Club music can be heard. Parking not great!!…

You will pay for some thing and you’ll get something else. Front desk staff is not professional. Swimming pool has algae in it. breakfast sitting arrangement is terrible. Female housekeeper are nice but male housekeeper will knock on your door for no reason and take a good peak inside your room.

Rooms was clean, enough towels but the outside halls going to some of the rooms and elevators was not lights I reported to the front desk in did not take consideration in fix the lights. I explain to them the someone taking a advantage in do something to anyone as examples( rape someone or do something.I hope they can do something about it is to many incidents on life .our safety is our priority.

We had an overall great experience with our stay at Best Western. We had to ask for new batteries for the television remote control, and we swapped a blown lightbulb out with a new one from front desk. Breakfast was a good selection, however the temperature inside the breakfast area was no less than 100 degrees. This is the biggest complaint we had during our 7 night stay.

Motel style room opening to an outside corridor. Windows faces the outside corridor. The airconditioning worked well though temperature control wasnt that responsive. The two beds were comfortable and had no bedbugs. The Wardrobe was hidden behind a long mirror and contained sufficient number of hangers. Bring your own slippers as the carpet isnt that clean. Definitely do not walk around barefoot or in socks in room. The shower was adequate for use. Breakfast every morning was reasonable though the dining room was too warm to sit in comfortably and most people opted to eat outside were tables were set up. Within walking distance to several restaurants and a Walgreens. I frequented the Moojah Burger joint nearby several times for great burgers. Highly recommended. Uber trip from MCO was under US$30.…
