Great location 10 minutes walk to Disney Springs and all the activities and restaurants actually depending on weather you can walk off site to lots of restaurants or they are a 5/8 minute drive...

Now for the negatives: We knew some rooms had not been refurbished when we booked but you don’t really appreciate the state of the ageing room until you stay in it... It also doesn’t help that the room doesn’t get cleaned properly - all the corners had dust on the floor AND walls... Perhaps part of the problem at this property is that cleaning during guest stays is on request rather than standard...

We have stayed in standard rooms, junior suites, and full suites over the past few years and have been happy with the accommodations each time...

We stayed at the Hilton in December whilst visiting Disney World for Christmas... We stayed in a standard hotel room which would be spacious for 2 or 3 but a bit tight for the 4 of us... We’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn (next door) twice before and rooms were a similar size, though it offers breakfast and is cheaper overall... The Hilton of course offers suites but when traveling from Australia, cost is a factor so standard hotel room it was (especially because we also went to LA and NY)... We asked for additional housekeeping because the new thing I guess post Covid and with shortages of staff is to clean rooms every 4 days or so, but we were there for 11 nights and asked for cleaning every other day, otherwise we had to ask for towels and toilet paper...

Upon check in we were given a room that had an earthy and musty type smell. By the next day my family and I didn’t feel well, I brought it to their attention that there possibly might be mold in the room... Just be careful staying on the first floor rooms...

Upon arrival I noticed a weird smell walking down the hall but thought nothing of it, but when I entered the room I immediately noticed it was different from my previous stays... The room appeared run down and not as clean as previous visits... Immediately you notice markings on the curtains, stains and things stuck on the carpet, drawers not closing properly... When I started to make my way around the room with the kids I noticed sticky hand print windows and my son went to use the restroom and it was not flushing... I called again about moving rooms as he worked on the toilet and I was placed on hold and not attended to... I left to have dinner and when we returned back I noticed the flickering of the bathroom light for a bit, the loud sound of the fan, and how unkept this room is.. not sure how I feel about returning but if I return, I will most definitely request a room on the left side as I have stayed in the past.. if this room is any indication of what the rest of this wing looks like, I want no part of it...

Highly recommend avoiding this place unless you love dirty rooms and moldy smell. The rooms here are extremely outdated and dirty - clearly there has been no investment in this place in decades outside of the first floor... They also do not clean your room unless you explicitly ask (they do not ask you this at check-in)...

Myself and my partner stayed here for 11 nights in November 2022, flying in from the UK... However, we then entered our room to a little disappointment... Given we were Hilton Honours members, we had hoped for a better room... I went down to reception to ask how much it would be to upgrade but we’re told there was no availability... On checkout we were told there were no expenses on the room and we left... There are much nicer rooms nearby ☹️...

Booked hotel online and was told I would get my room number a few days prior to checking in. When I arrived for my stay I went to the desk gave them my information and they said the room I was assigned had been given to someone else... They then said they would give me another room and that room was also not available... Gigantic room with a view and all the perks...

I had given this hotel a great review in the past; but its become a dirty budget hotel if you stay on floors below the 8th floor. ...We prepaid our trip using a AAA discount code. Our entire trip was charged on Thursday when we arrived... But Friday, Hilton charged my card $43,000!!!!... The card we would be using during our vacation and stay was incorrectly charged $43k and we couldn't use that card for any additional purchases throughout the weekend... The charge wouldn't reverse until at least 5 days later which did little to help us... Also, they still made us pay for our stay regardless of the major inconvenience and mistake by their hotel!!!!... It's not clean and they fraduently charge your card!...

Since the hotel is part of the Disney Hotels, we were able to take free transportation to the park via Fabulous Buses and also we were able to do the virtual queue at 7 am for Guardians of the Galaxy... Also, we were in the parks 30 minutes before opening... Since we are Diamond Hilton Honors members, we had a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite for two nights... I would highly recommend staying here if your family will be coming to WDW and are Hilton Honors Members...

A brisk walking distance to Disney Springs with shuttle service to Disney Parks... I too have to question the resort fees billed for services I mostly enjoy as a Diamond Member anyway... I did not rent videos or use the park shuttle... I did not take advantage of the pool, park a vehicle, use the business center or gym so I did not rate them... The stay was comfortable and quiet, but the team members were all simply delightful and that makes me want to come back!...

Disney springs is in walking distance and there is a path that you can walk friendly from the hotel... The hotel has a restaurant that offers a buffet and a market... The gym is smaller than others I have seen but it has all the basic equipment...

Thank you to the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs!!! Prior to the trip to WDW I had called about the transportation to the parks and also about the virtual queue for Guardians of the Galaxy... I would highly recommend staying here if your family will be coming to WDW and are Hilton Honors Members...

My husband and I just spent 3 nights and 4 days at Hilton Lake Buena Vista and I can’t say enough about how great our stay was... We ordered room service 3 times and our food was delivered within 10 minutes- and was very good!... I asked for 3 extra pillows at the front desk on our way up to our room and the lady that delivered them beat us up the elevator to our room... The king room (812) was very spacious and there was plenty of space for our couple’s massage on Valentine’s Day, We walked to Disney Springs using the little walkway and it took about 8 minutes... We could’ve used it anywhere at the hotel but we used it toward our room service... I am so glad we stayed at this hotel- we’ll definitely stay, again, when we visit Orlando!...

This was a fine hotel, good for hosting a conference. Rooms were clean and of adequate size... I wish there was a comfortable chair to sit and read in -- it's uncomfortable to have to watch TV or read in bed... There is a nice desk chair, but it's uncomfortable to try to relax in... There is a nice marketplace where I could get snacks, ice cream etc... Easy walk to Disney Springs...

You get free vouchers for two coffees and two waters per day, so that with some bagels or pastries was enough for us in the morning... There’s a Benihana on site which we didn’t get to visit and there’s a bar called Johnny T’s that offers food and of course drinks... We ate there a couple times after a long day at the parks which was very convenient... The food was good, the staff very friendly and the atmosphere was great... We asked for additional housekeeping because the new thing I guess post Covid and with shortages of staff is to clean rooms every 4 days or so, but we were there for 11 nights and asked for cleaning every other day, otherwise we had to ask for towels and toilet paper... The front desk staff were great and very accommodating...

Beautiful hotel with the most pleasant staff. Checkin and check out was seamless and the front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful... Our room was enormous and exceptionally clean...

...On arrival we were impressed by the smart reception and complementary coffees each morning... I went down to reception to ask how much it would be to upgrade but we’re told there was no availability... We enjoyed taking the bus to the Disney parks each day with our free coffees... Unfortunately, by day 3 when we’d not had housekeeping, we went to reception and requested it, asking if it was still possible every other day... My partner contacted the hotel on the app a couple days later to request daily cleaning due to the still lacking service... Each time we were given a different amount of towels, toiletries and tea/coffee... There are much nicer rooms nearby ☹️...

...Relatively easy to navigate from room to meetings... We turn the a/c off during the day but want a cold room at night to sleep, plus the white noise and circulation of a fan for comfort and to help drown out loud people and kids... Restaurants and bars inside not open until 4pm... Yes, you can buy some sandwiches and salads in the Market, but take them basically "to go" and find a place to sit and eat...

We selected the hotel to stay as it was almost equidistant from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios... The hotel had shuttle buses that dropped us to the theme parks and back at specified hours... This was convenient, but we felt they could have arranged for more trips as the wait time, especially for return trips was quite annoying... There's a food pickup center within the hotel, but it had extremely limited vegan options...

...Have been loving the hotel’s location, the food offerings and the kind staff for 15 years now. This time we stayed 7 days as we were going to WDW, and the bus system was changed but still adequate for visiting the parks... The staff handled this very well and were very accommodating... Also the quick arranging of a lunch/dinner buffet that was very affordable was very good... Love that it’s located inside the hotel...

...This was our 1st time staying here and we loved it!... The rooms are nice and big, the pool was clean with plenty of room to spread out... The coffee shop/market were great, and the food from was good... We had a crib brought to our room, I was able to bring my own crib sheet from home to help my daughter feel more at home (smelt like home) and set up her black out tent over it... We loved how close we were to the springs and would walk over every day... And did valet parking which was so easy and made getting her in and out of the car perfect especially after a long day at the theme parks...

...The Dolphin was booked so we chose this hotel as an alternative... We had a room with a view on the 12th floor - 2 Queen size beds and a small balcony... The views are beautiful both day and night... The room has a mini fridge which was handy for left overs... There is a micro wave downstairs in restaurant which was handy for reheating left overs... My husband was at a conference and I loved lounging around pool and floating in the lazy river... We didn't have a car but that didn't matter because we could just walk across to Disney Springs to eat and shop... My husband is going to the conference again and because of the wonderful stay I had, I am going with him again... I hope to take advantage to the shuttle this time... To all the Hilton staff, thanks for making our stay a pleasant one...
