Beautiful hotel, modern and quiet, very clean. We were on the 23rd floor nice view. Walking distance to clubs and restaurants. Private parking which we enjoyed. AC bar restaurant I believe on the 18th floor, very nice. Great time with our son, he recommended this place, we are glad we came to AC Hotel.

Sky bar - the hot new place. Expensive. 2 drinks and tip $40. The vibe was cold. No one having fun. I guess everyone wants to see it. The view is great. Doubt I would go back - boring. Food menu did not make me want to try anything.

Very new and clean. But I am here on business. Tired after driving. Wanted rest and room service and got neither. First, I could hear the noise and music from the bar, then after finally falling asleep I was awakened by the train. I have stayed at “downtown” hotels before all over the world and have never experienced the level of noise from traffic, trains, and bars. Also, I failed to realize that this was not a full service hotel. There was no room service. After calling the front desk and not being answered. I found out after walking downstairs that my only option was to place a carry out order from the bar which was packed and busy like a club. So, I opted for Uber Eats. It is 1:55 am and I am up writing this review out of frustration because the train woke me up at 1:30 am. Next time I will follow my first mind and stay at the Grand Boheme.

We visited the bar Sunday night at like 845. We do understand that everything closes at 10o’clock on Sunday. I have brought a lot of people here because the views are unforgettable the service is always impeccable here and the food is always amazing. I don’t know what happened this time but both bartenders on Sunday night were more focused on closing their bar rather than servicing their guest. As I come here at least twice a week I know what to expect from not only the service but the food. The meatballs were completely cold and dry not what I’m used to the state that I Ordered was medium well instead of medium they literally gave me one crouton for my meatballs which I’m not used to. We never got a last call on food or drinks. And as a matter of fact the QR codes that were there were kind of faded we had to keep asking the bartender for a QR code which he seemed pretty annoyed. The girl bartender that was there was Not nice at all. I tried making eye contact with her since the other bartender was busy. One of my guest went to order a flan at 9:45 We were told that the kitchen was already close they never gave us A last call on food and alcohol. The bill was about $57 I only left a $20 bill so that hopefully next time when I come back they know that I tip good and it woould obligate them to give me better service. This is one of my favorite spots in Orlando and this visit was truly disappointing especially since I bring so many people into your establishment,

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your honest feedback. I will make sure to share with our Director of Food and Beverage so we can come up with a plan on actionable measures we can take to ensure this never happens again. We appreciate the compliment about our usual service! We will make sure to print up new QR codes today and address all of your concerns in our team meeting before dinner service starts today. This is certainly not our standard and we appreciate you letting us know so we can improve.

I’ve stayed in many hotels in the world, ranging from 3-5 stars - and this one is in my Top 10. It’s just very well designed and appointed, and the staff is terrific. I selected it, since it was brand new and in a great location near where I used to live, for my first re-entry since living in Japan for 4 years. All my needs for a two-week stay were met - smart mini fridge, microwave on my floor, plenty of USB outlets, well designed space and nice finishes, comfortable lobby, great 24 hour fitness center, outdoor bar - all at a great price!
