Others have very accurately described the decor of this brand new hotel and it is tastefully done and beautiful. Room was really nice with a super comfy bed and great bath with nice Beekman amenities. Depending on room location you do hear some car noise from the room but nothing terrible. Nice bar downstairs that had music at night, however we had a bad experience just trying to get a cup of coffee in the morning. For a place that does not offer free coffee, I do expect servers to be attentive when I am paying $3-5 for a small cup. Waitresses were very nice but we sat down and ordered coffee and it took 20 minutes to be brought out. We were just about to give up and leave. Never got offered refills or asked if we needed anything else and had to chase her down to get our bill. It was not at all crowded at the time so really there was no excuse for this. Front desk staff was very friendly but we received no acknowledgement of our Gold status at all, did not come here expecting a room upgrade but a thank you for your loyalty would have been nice. I want to support UCF and ensure success at this hotel but hope these kinks get worked out because there are many other hotels in the area that are equally as nice.

The hotel appreciates the time you have taken to inform us of you most recent experience at our hotel. Feedback such as yours is invaluable for monitoring our operations. I deeply apologize for the issue you encountered and the inconvenience caused to you during your stay. I have brought your comments regarding your dining experience to the attention of our Food and Beverage Managers and Staff. I also spoke to the Front Desk Supervisor about your check in experience. Situations such as this are not indicative of the service standards we have set and strive to maintain for our hotel and Tribute by Marriott. I will work closely with our managers and staff to ensure similar situations do not occur in the near future. I truly hope we will have the pleasure of having you here again soon so that we may restore your confidence in us.

I loved the modern and fun theme of the decor. Not just the lobby and common areas but the rooms too. I appreciate that because some hotels seem to put all of their effort in making the lobby look nice yet the rooms tend to not be equally impressive. This was not the case here as the rooms had the same modern elegance of the hotel as a whole. Everything was clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing.

The guest service was equally impressive. I enjoyed my interactions with all of the front desk staff. They were very welcoming upon check-in and super helpful and accommodating when I came down to make certain requests. Good service should be a given in the hotel industry but, unfortunately, is something I have come to find increasingly rare in my recent travels. So, I very much appreciated being made to feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.

Lastly, I enjoyed the amenities. The rooms are equipped with a mini fridge and a Keurig. I loved that they stocked it with International Delights half n half and vanilla flavored liquid creamer. The four star hotel I stayed in during my last trip only provided the powdered stuff in a packet (not to be nitpicky but its the little things in life, you know?). So, I was pleasantly surprised to have something nicer to go in my coffee. The only thing that might be a drawback for some is that the rooms do not have microwaves in them. This wasn't a problem for me personally but just wanted to give a heads up to those who are used to having the use of a microwave during their hotel stay..

The pool area was also well designed and really inviting. I liked that their fitness center had giant windows facing that area so I had a pool view while on the treadmill (again, its the little things). The only room for improvement would be to limit the volume or the times that music is played in the pool/outdoor lounge area. This may just be an issue to those with pool view rooms but you can hear the music through your window which wasn't really bad in the early evening as it provided some ambience but was a little annoying in the late morning time/early noon time. Other than that, everything was on point with this property and I would definitely stay here again.

We were so excited to see The Celeste Is now open. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is super friendly and efficient! They are doing a great job with COVID. Everything about this hotel was excellent! Loved the celestial decor, the pool area with cabanas, bar and even live music in the evening! Rooms were very comfortable, beds and the eye mask that had a slight hint of lavender and warmed when you put it over your eyes!!!
Towels were super nice ... I could go on and on. Will always make this our stay for all UCF events

I recently stayed here for a work trip to Orlando. My training site was on UCF property, so this location was a no-brainer. Check in was easy and nice and the staff was great. The property looks new and has a a very nice bar, restaurant, and pool area. They also have a small gift shop. They offer valet or self park for a fee and provide bellmen with luggage carts to assist. The location has a space theme throughout the property and inside the guest rooms and I thought it was all well done.

Decor was nice and modern and my room was very comfortable and quiet, however a little small in overall size. Bathroom was excellent with great water pressure. Bed was comfortable, but I like my sheets a little thicker / warmer. I was hoping for an upgrade as a platinum member, but didn't get one, but they did offer my a $10 food credit. The staff was excellent during my entire stay and they should all be commended, If I ever need to be close to the UCF area again, I would choose this location to stay for sure!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We are happy to offer a modern, celestial-inspired experience to any who visit Orlando, but it is especially convenient for those visiting the UCF campus. I am glad you were pleased with our amenities and customer service throughout your stay. We love to show our appreciation for our Platinum members, and I am sorry to hear that a suite upgrade was unavailable at your time of arrival! I know those days were quite busy due to the college graduation, and sadly those suites tend to fill up quickly. However, I am glad that your status was recognized and that you did receive a welcome gift! We hope you will stay with us at the Celeste Hotel again soon!

We held our daughters sweet 16, utilized their ballroom and we were so blown away with the professionalism from the moment of booking until the end of the night. Sarah Ehmke , Director of Sales,is detail oriented and cares the event turns out well.

Cesar, the Banquet Manager and his team, especially Jose, and Jesus were there to make sure everything in your event goes on without an issue. They trouble shoot anything that may arise with a smile on their face.

Chef Mike not only ensures his food is presented well but executes the different delicious dishes with a burst of best tasting food. Would highly recommend utilizing The Celeste for your next event .

This is a new hotel under the Marriott Label and we recently stayed and were overwhelmed by the superb accommodations and overall design of this hotel. It has a celestial theme throughout, including the bedrooms which feature celestial pictures and designs (see pics attached). The amenities in your room include their own CELESTE bottled waters, lotions and shampoos which were fantastic!

We HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Orlando area or visiting family at UCF as it's located directly on the campus of UCF and centrally located to restaurants and stores.

Thank you for taking the time to inform us about your most recent stay at the Celeste Hotel. We are very happy to hear you enjoyed the superb accommodations and the overall design of the hotel. The artwork in the guest rooms came from the UCF Art Department. Each piece was crafted by the students who attend the school. You can truly see the attention to detail of each piece and how it ties into the celestial theme of the hotel. The hotel does have one of kind amenities as well. We are so glad you enjoyed them throughout your stay. We truly hope we will have the pleasure of having you here again soon.

I reside about 40 minutes away from the hotel location and was looking for a staycation so I booked a room at the newly opened Hotel Celeste in East Orlando. I was able to complete my check in on the mobile app and was assigned my room and mobile key fairly quickly. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by the friendly staff and proceeded to my room which was a corner suite and it was a wonderful room with a real at home feel. The amazing hotel staff went out of their way and left me a box of their wonderful chocolates and a card thanking me for my titanium status with Marriott. I loved the large walk-in shower and separate bedroom and living room. The room I had also had 4 large windows which allowed lots of light to come in.

Breakfast in the Aurora restaurant is amazing, anything you order will be a good pick and their coffee is amazing as well. The server was attentive and very friendly!

Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a new clean hotel with staff who will go about and beyond to show their appreciation for your business!

Those that follow my postings, know that as a Lifetime Titanium and current Ambassador, I have the highest of high expectations. It’s very unusual for me to not have some small (or LARGE) piece of change Feedback. Not so here at the Celeste Hotel in Orlando. It’s Incredible!

After 35 years as a Marriott customer, this is my first time staying at a Tribute Portfolio property. Everything has been absolutely outstanding.

The front desk clerk’s were engaging and welcoming, immediately recognizing me as an Ambassador Guest. I was excited when I went to my room to discover that I had been upgraded to a one bedroom, junior suite. The suite (343) encompass the entire end of one floor. Nearly floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom made it incredibly light and airy. The decor is fresh and contemporary. I finally put two into together when I noticed all of the celestial and constellation images sprinkled throughout my room, This helped me understand the name of this property being “Celeste“ – TIAL.

The room was immaculately clean. Unlike many of my post Covid stays, all of my request for extra pillows and extra towels were completed before my arrival, which is very much appreciated.

The bathroom was bright and fresh, with a huge, walk-in shower, with both a showerhead, and a handheld shower sprayer.

The living room and bedroom both had very large wall-mounted televisions. And had the latest BonVoy streaming technology complete with Prime, YouTube, Netflix, etc.

My bedroom overlooked an oversize pool, which again was immaculately clean with nearly floor to ceiling windows.

Breakfast in the Aurora hotel was complementary for me as an ambassador, and based on the menu. While I would never intentionally take advantage of such an offering, it was nice to be able to order an omelette along with some fruit and granola, coffee, and juice all complementary. This allowed me to leave a substantial gratuity for the excellent service I received each day.

Since I travel primarily alone, I’m not one to hang out in the bar in the evening, but each time I walked past the bar on my way to the room, it seemed lively and engaging, with what appeared to be some very interesting craft cocktails prepared with all the fancy accoutrements, such as smoking, guns, etc.

Again, it is such a delight to be able to leave a gushing and glowingly positive review of a property.

I’m going to make it a point to purposefully check for Tribute Portfolio properties in the future to see if other hotels, residing under this Bonvoy family of brands delivers a similar experience.

Bad customer service from Zach at the front desk. We came to the hotel to view the grounds to book for a family reunion as well as dine at the restaurant. After finishing dinner it was pouring rain and the front desk provided umbrellas to borrow for guests. When we requested one as well just to get to our car and would bring it right back under the covered entrance we were advised by Zach at the front desk that he would NOT let us borrow the umbrella for 5 minutes to get to our car in the pouring rain. Even though we spent over $250 at the restaurant and were planning on booking over 15 rooms for the reunion. Even though it would be 5 minutes to borrow the umbrella and my husband would wait for me to get the car or even leave a credit card or ID hewould not let us borrow an umbrella. This was completely wrong for customer service to a customer. Especially that their slogan is "Customer service that is out of this world". Horrible customer service and completely bad at being a nice human. We will not book our uocoming family reunion here and even though dinner was excellent we will not be back to the restaurant due to the hotel front desk lack of compassion. As a local resident I will look for better customer service at another hotel. Zach ruined our experience.

An excellent stay! Service was impeccable. Extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautifully maintained and their “celestial theme “ is evident throughout.
We were upgraded to a junior suite, large and comfortable, the windows are great and would allow a great view of a rocket taking off from the Cape. Loved the window treatments, beautiful shades, no chance of a crack of light waking me up early in the morning

It’s a large suite to start and it’s definitely clean. It’s still a Pullout though so your mattress is only a few inches. I’d ask for another comforter or feather down duvet or something to put over it if you’re concerned. They’re great, just ask in the BONVOY chat. Where possible, the “43” ending he suites have a look at the pool and university, my favorite room is 443.
