We stayed three days and two nights in a one bedroom DVC room beginning November 11, 2018. This was a newly refurbished room with vinyl floors and great views of the Magic Kingdom. We loved having two bathrooms! This is our Home DVC Resort and we love the location. Only negative

We recently stayed at the Bay Lake Towers for a week. We had 4 adults and 3 children in our party and rented a 2 bedroom villa. It was amazing! It was spotless and everything was up to date and in great condition. There were 3 full bathrooms which really came in handy. The s

Thank you for staying with us at Bay Lake Tower At Disney's Contemporary Resort and also for taking the time to share your stellar review of your holiday! Our Cast Members pride themselves on providing a legendary Guest service experience and I am so glad that this sentiment rang true throughout your vacation. Being just steps away from the Magic Kingdom and also a short walk to Disney's Contemporary Resort does put you in a wonderful location for convenience's sake, but as you mentioned, also allows you to step out of direct flow of many travelers. One of my favorite activities is actually taking the boat, out back, over to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. Even if you are not dining at Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Review or Trail's End it is wonderful to just enjoy the ride and also a walk around the wilderness, in the morning you are likely to see some deer. It is always wonderful to enjoy the vastness of the Disney grounds and all the different properties have to offer. I hope we have an opportunity to welcome you back real soon more another vacation filled with Disney tradition. Janet Disney Social Reviews

Hubby and I stayed one night in a one bedroom DVC unit. It was beautiful, spacious and so convenient to the MK!
I loved the two full bathrooms and our view of the marina was so pretty! The Tower is in great condition. Rooms are not showing age at all! Check in was easy and we w

We love welcoming you home just as much as you love hearing it, Susie! Thanks for sharing this wonderful review. We couldn't agree more that Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort is a special place to stay. While the rooms themselves are beautiful, the convenience of this Resort simply can't be beat. I love hopping on the monorail to visit the Polynesian Village Resort for a Dole Whip on the beach, or taking the ferry over to Fort Wilderness for some horseback riding. No matter how you choose to spend your visit, though, one thing is for certain: you've got a comfy bed and a beautiful view to return to at the end of the day. We look forward to welcoming you home again soon! Rachel Disney Social Reviews

We stayed in a 1-bedroom villa at Bay Lake Tower and we loved every minute of it. All throughout the lobby, hallways, and rooms are subtle Mickey Mouse/Disney touches that really made us smile. We loved the whirlpool tub inside the room (I suggest buying some bath bombs from Gran

From signature dining to views of our nightly entertainment from your room, we aim to provide a luxury experience you can’t find anywhere else. Our iconic Resort has so much to offer, and it certainly sounds like you had a visit to remember. Something that makes this destination a personal favorite of mine is looking for the subtle touches of Disney magic mixed in with the modern theming here, and I’m delighted you appreciated this as well. Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Adam Disney Social Reviews

Where are there vending machines
Most of the food options for Bay Lake Tower are in the Contemporary Hotel. An exception would be the private lounge at the top, but you need to be a DVC member (or their guest). As for specific vending machines, not exactly certain.

Trying to decide between a lake view studio at Bay Lake and a cabin at Fort Wilderness for a New Year's Eve stay. Can anyone give some advice on the pros and cons of each? It will just be my husband and I. We have previously stayed at Bay Lake and loved it. The cabins appeal because they appear peaceful during a busy time of year at Disney. We are doing the Quick Service Dining Plan.
With the amazing fireworks Disney displays during New Year’s, Bay Lake gives you the best possible way to celebrate! You’ll be able to get an amazing view from the resort.

Hi guys. We booked to stay here in a few weeks time. We booked the deluxe disney dining package & I'm wondering can we get room service with it as I haven't seen the bay lake on the list for room service and accepting credits. Our toddler might want to go to bed super early so it would be very handy. Thanks!
Never used it, but I believe so. The staff is always incredibly accommodating. Have a great time!

Hi - I am traveling in a large party and we reserved 2 2-bedroom suites via DVR. Any recommendation on how to request that they are on the same floor or near each other? Also - best floors for toddlers? Thanks! We are so excited!
Call Disney and ask about requesting rooms together. I was just in a 2BR in January on the 12th or 13th floor and it was great. Located in the middle of the tower with a theme park view to view fireworks. We had a 3 year old and she loved it but we weren’t in the room that much.

Are We will have 2 grandaughters with us. 4 year old and 1.5 year old. Prefer not to drag car seats so what are the best options for us? Monorail and bus our best options? I hate to get stuck in long bus lines but it may be better than dragging 2 car seatswhat would be our best option for getting to this resort? That we won’t need car seats?
We also have two girls and we went when they were that age. We opted for walking to and from the magic kingdom, the monorail to epcot, and the bus the rest of the time. They do now have the minnie vans, if you download the lyft app you can request one for a fee (I think $20) and those come with car seats for the kids. We used the minnie vans on our most recent trip and it was well worth the money to avoid the bus lines!
