My check-in experience truly set the tone for my stay. Dolton checked me in and truly delivered customer service that was top notch. I was there on business and got a corner room and each night it was so quiet. I ordered room service that was top notch. I used to struggle finding a nice place to stay in Orlando but not anymore. Thanks Dolton and the staff for a great stay. Greg

Arrived just before Memorial Day weekend and got a Disney /pool side facing room for an extra $50 per night. Bonnet creek is at the Disney end of Orlando and the hotel is affiliated so has a feee shuttle bus in and out of all the Disney parks and you get access to the magic hours when the parks are only accessible to hotel guests which is a great thing to avoid the crowds that are fully present later on. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are friendly and v v helpful. We got great service from the concierge James who sorted me out with a scooter and gave us all the tips for our visits out. Soooo kind and helpful. Also got to say that Joshua at the poolside deserves a medal - Memorial Day weekend was rammed and the guy didn’t stop all day helping people in the 97c heat - he really stood out in the team down on the ground floor, if he’s not the boss down there he should be. The poolside is great - lots of beds and space - although some people brought their own music as the hotel does not pipe anything out. Great thing is you can use all the facilities of the Hilton next door which has a different more Laid back Vice at it’s pool - a lazy river and hoops for the kids to swim in. There is a pretty lake out front and a walkway between the two hotels and an inside walkway too. The beds are v comfortable and everything you need is in the room for you - the rooms are quiet and the air con is perfect. They could probably do with a few usb charge stations but otherwise beautiful. The food and drink is pricey but to be expected. Eyes watered at a few of our bills but it’s all so delicious. The breakfast at oscars was exquisite and something we’d all look forward to. We also went to La Luce Italian at the Hilton which was gorgeous. Again great staff. This place is highly highly recommended but you will need a lot of money for the food.

As is most Hilton Waldorf properties this location is no exception regarding excellence, it is uniquely situated on a golf-course , and connected to a convention center facility. We a had a great time in the pool area and the food was quality!

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights during a family Disney World trip from March 8-13th. The rest of my family stayed on Disney property but we didn't want to be surrounded by Disney 24/7. We found the Waldorf to be a PERFECT getaway from the noise and commotion of the Disney properties and can't wait to return in the future. Our room was spotless and very well-appointed, service from the desk and bell staff was top notch, and both Oscars and Peacock Alley were fantastic in terms of both food and service. We utilized the Disney shuttle service on a few occasions without any issues, but used UBER/Lyft a lot too as we didn't always have time to wait for the next shuttle to or from. We had a top floor room with views of the parks so we were able to see the fireworks on a few nights that we returned to the hotel earlier. Location-wise, the Waldorf is in a great position between Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. No rides to the parks took more than 15 minutes. We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed everything put out by the property. I would recommend to a friend or colleague in a heartbeat.

Although I’m Florida resident I find myself here a few times every year. The property is spotless and oozes quality, although it is still family friendly. Bring your wallet for dinner at the Bull & Bear, and note that you can walk over to the Hilton right next door for more options. We really love it here!
