The room was standard in terms of size, with good finishes, but noticeably aging. I loved the bath products and the pressure in the shower was good. Housekeeping would come at the most erratic times. They are supposed to come twice a day, including the evening for turndown service. We would go out the entire day and come back at around 5 or 6 and they still hadn't come. When they did come, we would go and hang out in the lobby and then 1-3 hours later, they would come back for the evening turndown. Maybe they are understaffed. It was more annoying than anything else. I was there for a week and they came at different times in the evening every day. The shuttle bus to the parks/Disney Springs is convenient but limiting. You know when the shuttles are coming but they aren't so frequent. You kind of have to take the shuttles to get anywhere because you can't really walk anywhere, except for the adjacent Hilton hotel, which has additional options for restaurants. The gym downstairs so large and has everything. It is one of the best hotel gyms I have ever seen.

Such an awesome experience we had for our 3 day stay 7/6-7/9 at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. Every person we made contact with were professional, courteous, and kind! Names that come to my mind are Alexia, I know there are two, Leilani, Jiselle, & Steven our Bellman, that’s just at the front desk…. We also received above and beyond treatment from Valentina at the pool, Rene& Summer from Aquamarine, and a pool attendant named Asymen who found us chilled cans of Perrier. Everyone we encountered had genuine smiles on their face. We met different families during our stay that told us they have been coming to your property many repeat times, I can defiantly see why. I met Leilani yesterday to ask her about availability in August, I told her that I canceled a reservation in Dallas to come to the Waldorf Orlando instead. I mentioned that my wife and I would be celebrating my 60th. and we would love to experience it there. She told me she was born in August also and the rest is history! Alexa and Jiselle bent over backwards to book a reservation at Bull & Bear Steakhouse too! I can go on for hours…. I know I'm forgeting more names so please forgive me.. One more thing, our room was always spotless and whatever we need was always a text away! We will be praying that God allows us the blessing of enjoying this special time in my life at your property.. God bless you all at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando and see you in August.

Booked early September 2022 two suites for beginning January 2023 online via Hilton webpage with flexible rates. WA Orlando charged credit card in full for both suites for the whole stay immediately, also applying the non HH member rate which is slightly higher than the reduced booked, flexible HH rate as a member. No cc holding charge was applied as usual for a flexible rate. When trying to address this on phone with front desk member, one was faced with an arrogant condescending attitude, outlining whatever charged was not consumed would be credited..... As a HiltonHonours Lifetime Diamond member I really do not appreciate this unprofessional experience. No surprise reservation was canceled, incl. Bull & Bear table. What an avoidable non-performance.

Just checked out of the Waldorf. First experience was not great. My husband said he would take our bags as he did not have cash. The manager of the bellboys (lovely man) said not to worry that it was more important we had a good time and he would send the bags up. The guy that bought the bags up complained that people don’t tip anymore and that he was on 5 dollars an hour. My husband said that during our stay he would see the gentleman right. An hour later we left the room to go to the lobby to meet our son, we passed the bell man who asked my husband if he would like him to show his where the ATM was!!!!!! I was completely shocked! Hotel is nice and beds are super comfortable, however me and my daughter used this as a base only. On checking out we were presented with a 50 dollar plus taxes room charge per night!!! With that sort of charge I would expect the bell service to be free. They also have building works going on so the pool is noisy and not relaxing as my husband found out when he tried it. We have a great video showing how Impossibly noisy it was If you are going to just do the parks and not use the hotel don’t stay here it is not worth the costs there are plenty of comfortable hotels that give park transportation for way less. We generally stay in Disney and never pay this amount. This hotel is simply not worth it and we won’t be back

The Orlando Waldorf— is the best resort for a DisneyWorld vacation, if you are not staying on property. The Waldorf is a luxury resort with amazing views of Magic Kingdom’s firework show & a 10 minute town-car ride to Downtown Disney. The resort suite accommodations are excellent for a family of three. A master bedroom with an ensuite, a living room, powder room, kitchenette & a walkout balcony. The resort retail shopping has everything From Lily Pulitzer to Mickey & friends. The pool, spa and fitness center are all 5-stars. In room dinning was exceptional. The entire hotel staff treated us like royalty. We will happily return!

Lovely Waldorf situated within the Disney complex, yet you'd never know it! Very quiet and peaceful retreat. The room was clean with a fantastic bed and excellent quality bedding. The bathroom is very spacious with separate tub and shower. The towels are large and fluffy. Excellent quality bathrobes. One call to the front desk brought a quickly delivered complimentary shaver and slippers to the room.....nicely done! The Bull & Bear restaurant is absolutely superb! The main bar area in the center of the lobby is welcoming and it serves a complimentary nut/olive snack with your drinks. The pool bar serves quality food and staff is incredibly attentive. The pool and adjoining grounds are clean and most relaxing. There is a mini-golf and bean-bag-toss and ping-pong table on the grounds next to the pool, which is very fun when enjoying a "hang out at the pool" day. Every staff person I encountered was extremely professional. There were a few misses, which did not damage my overall stay, but they are the sort of things I'd expect to happen at a Hampton Inn and not a Waldorf. Is it possible these are still a holdover from Covid staffing issues?? Perhaps. Despite these issues would I still stay here in the future...Yes. The issues were as follows: 1. Called ahead to ensure the room was to be hypoallergenic. At check in I was told this was done. At 10 pm that evening my husband began having an allergenic reaction. I inspected the pillows and found they were feather. I called and immediately the head housekeeper arrived and completely switched out all bedding. She was very professional about it. The next day I also received an email from the head of housekeeping apologizing for the error. ( Nicely done.). 2. Upon arrival in the room with the bellman I asked where my 2 complimentary water bottles were (I have Diamond status). The bellmen looked at the spot where they were suppose to be and stated they were forgotten. He told me to take the 2 bottles that had $6 price tags on them. I asked if there was going to be an issue with my being charged. He got on his phone, spoke to the front desk, advised them of the situation and then told me there would be no issues. My final bill at check out showed no charges. A few days later I looked at my charge card and found a 12$ charge. When I called the hotel I was told I was being charged for the water. (They did correct the issue and I saw the credit within 48 hours, but this really should not have happened.). 3. The breakfast buffet has a few nice items on it, but the only made to order items are eggs. All other hot foods are served via heat lamps and it shows. This was extremely disappointing. Bacon lukewarm and taste as if it's been resting in grease . Waffle cold. Even the majority of pastries had a packaged vs. kitchen made taste (reminded me of Garden Inn type pastries) At roughly 85$ for 2 people it is most certainly lacking and one area of the hotel I would not utilize in the future. It would be better to serve a smaller buffet of high quality made to order items (or just have menu only ordering) vs. having a buffet of heat lamps and cereal boxes. I had a much better breakfast two mornings at Perkins than at the Waldorf.

Excellent location! Beautiful hotel and grounds! Great pool! Convenient transportation to all parks! (just keep in mind that it does multiple drop offs and pick ups from park to park, therefore plan your genie plus accordingly - we almost didn’t make it once). Unfortunately, old , tired, dusty rooms that require a good cleaning and refreshing!

Stayed over labor day weekend with my kids. For a Waldorf property I was honestly underwhelmed. The pool was average at best. Thankfully you do have access to the lazy river at the Signia next door. However, tubes were hard to come by and people were hoarding them. There was no staff to make sure there were enough tubes for guests. Service at the main lobby restaurant/bar was very slow. Kids club was closed as well. Not a lot of quick dining/snack options for a hotel this size. For the price you can find a much better property in Orlando.

A great hotel in a great location and exceptional staff - BUT 50-% of the Goof course closed, no self parking, construction work at the front and rear of the hotel - none of the above disclosed when booking - and in terms of facilities and choice this joint resort is lacking 2-3 coffee shops or small cafe/bakeries … for a hotel that has massive conferencing facilities I was totally surprised

Amazing resort, amenities, and staff. Would like to especially praise our server DJ Prince. This young man exemplifies the level of service one would expect from a Waldorf resort. It was a pleasure speaking to this young man about his home country of Haiti and our home state of North Carolina.
