Quick trip to Orlando, check-in smooth professional, Front Desk team, Farrah, Darien & Giuliano, perfect, welcoming with a helpful attitude with great informative information that enhanced our stay. The pool bar restaurant was wonderful, staff attentive and professional, my son loved the lazy river!! Tropics Pool bar and grill has an amazing group in their staff, Erika, Michael and Gaylord were just exceptional, professional, fun and service oriented. Enhanced our time at the pool! Kat, the manager, must have a Masters in Customer Service, it’s clear she leads from the front! Just Fantastic! Overall, fantastic stay, due mainly to the staff, room and fantastic fireworks display, best review states: We’ll be back!! Well done Hilton Orlando!!

I stayed at the Hilton during a recent work convention and had a great experience. It is a good hotel and offers a great stay near the downtown Orlando/I-drive area. Staff was pleasant and overall a comfortable stay that met my needs. I would stay here again.

Company I work for hosted a business event at this location. Rooms and toilets were clean. Staff was rude and not helpful. Coffee and Hot Water were barely warm and when we asked to replace it we were told that is as hot as it could be. Lunch also was on a colder side. One guest asked a staff member for bread, that wasn’t included in lunch menu. Staff member rudely responded “this is all we have” and literally walked away. Also I had a negative encounter at bell service. I believe all staff members need to get some training on Customer service.

The Hilton Orlando was the absolute best Hotel I have EVER stayed in!! The Management and their team were top notch and very accommodating I loved how my families stay was their number one priority! The pool areas are absolutely stunning the rooms beds and pillows were very comfy, I can not wait to come back and visit Hilton Orlando amazing experience. Last but not least shot out to Richard H. We were there for a Convention...from May 26 thur 28. Our stay was wonderful everything was perfect...but I must tell you about one experience we had... we were at the pool, my husband is diabetic...hus sugar was low I ran to get someone to get me some juice you have 2 lovely pool bar servers Ashley and Daniel...Ashley immediately got us orange juice with some sugar...I needed more orange juice Daniel immediately brought me some more orange juice and some snacks...they both offered their help for anything else we needed...I could not find them later to personally thank them both for all they did...so I am thanking the Hilton for having some awesome employees...I think they should be rewarded and recognized for helping us... I don't know what I would have if it wasn't for their speedy and caring spirit...thank you Ashley and Daniel.. We will be returning to the Hilton has a wonderful time...…

We have had some of the most amazing and friendly servers here. Melissa and Erika at the pool came around so often you never ever had to wait long for anything. They always had a smile and such wonderful dispositions. Delilah at Fast Break was also amazing, again we never had to wait for a refill she was always there checking on us. I’m so impressed with ladies their work ethic and full attention to their guests made our trip absolute wonderful.
