We stayed here as a family when visiting Disney and Universal and had a very good experience. The hotel was clean, had good service, good amenities (including nice family pool resort area), convenient to the parks, and held up to what I have become accustomed to in staying at Hilton hotels over the past several years. The lobby and front area were under renovation, but rooms were quiet and other areas of the resort were nice. This will be even nicer once renovations are complete. Overall a great hotel and lived up to what I expect for a Hilton.
We stayed here in November and had the most amazing time. The hotel is so close to Disney and the free bus service the hotel provides ran so well. - they were always on time and there were plenty of seats available. Throughout our stay we had the breakfast buffet. The waiters were amazing- so friendly, polite and cheerful. They are the best waiters we’ve ever had and are a credit to your hotel. We can’t wait to stay at the hotel again.
I wanted to take my entire family (all 24 of them!) on a memorable vacation because unfortunately, I have cancer and I wanted to make a great memory for them. The staff at the hotel was so accommodating and their kindness and professionalism made the trip all I could’ve hoped for. The rooms were perfect, the meals were top quality, and the service was impeccable. The grandkids loved the pool and lazy river, the scuba lessons and of course the poolside food. The cabanas were roomy and the pool staff kept the fridges stocked with sodas and bottled waters. I used to take the family exclusively to Disney’s Polynesian or Wilderness Lodge Hotels. No more. I am a now Hilton devotee! I am already planning our next trip there! Great job Hilton Management and staff!! Frank Porricelli and Family…
We just want to send a HUGE compliment to our server at breakfast this morning. We were at the Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando and Omar was incredibly kind, genuine, and really started our day off right. I work in hospitality management and I can say that his customer service is some of the best I've experienced or trained. Thank you, Omar!! Only reason for not giving 5 stars was that we were not told the hotel was in the midst of a massive lobby renovation, which was an unexpected surprise. The temporary front desk was very far from the elevators and through a very narrow makeshift corridor alongside the old lobby. With all the tourists with luggage and convention attendees, it was a tight squeeze. The tub in the room was also comically small with a shower curtain that was impossible to keep from sticking onto you. Between the curtain and the handrails it was an incredibly narrow shower. Hilton needs to re-evaluate what “accessible” means when describing a shower.…
The staff are friendly. And helpful. A few names brenda at breakfast was so amazing. She went out of her way to remember our likes. And gave service with a smile. The bell boy spencer was so great. The lady on the harvest desk was so helpful. It was a comfortable stay. The pool is amazing kids spent hours in there.
An incredible Team of Customer-focused Professionals, great food, comfy room, fireworks view, sunshine on a float-tube in the lazy river, and cold beverages poolside (in between naps. Lol). A little piece of Heaven. Thanks for a wonderful experience and for helping Us relax and rejuvenate.
Great hotel for a get away to relax. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The lazy river was great and the Beech Bar by the pool had good food and drinks. Not far from Disney Springs if you want to go out.
I'm deeply saddened to say that my favorite hotel has diminished to the point that I dread being in it for the next week. My son and I come here for our annual vacation. One of the highlights is the walk into the lobby with the familiar scent used at the property. Imagine our surprise to find neither when we arrived today. Branded hotel's usually have a banner on the landing page of the website warning you of renovations. No such courtesy was extended at this property. Thanks guys. Not as if we plan all year for this or anything. The affect of this is compounded as guests are now compacted into the remaining dining options. Renovations are a part of hotel life. After 20+ years in hotel operations, I get that better than most. I also get that inconveniences are always better received when they are made known before arrival. It will be a memorable vacation, but not for the reasons I had hoped.…
A quick review for anyone worried about reported construction.. We booked this hotel many months in advance and were v worried more recently to hear about construction on site and came close to cancelling. We were v relieved to find the construction has been well managed, with temporary lobby on side of building and smart corridor created through main building works which is pleasant to walk through, large images of what the finished refurb will like. The pool area is not impacted by the works apart from the odd sign indicating no entry to adjacent area. We've not been disrupted while relaxing in the pool area. There is however an unusual level of leaves and debris in the pool from the lush gardens around the pool area but this is not construction related. They could definitely improve the cleanliness of the pool in terms of leaves but it's not so bad to put off lots of people using the pools which are connected by a gentle lazy river with separate water slide. The pool area generally is all as clean as it shoulc be, just that there are the odd leaves floating about which other hotels would normally catch through their filter systems or old fashioned pool dipper to fish leaves out.…
We had a great family stay here. We booked for 10 days in order to cover the Disney and other parks. It was a great location, lovely rooms and the staff were super helpful. Would highly recommend staying at this resort if you want a mix of both theme parks and able to rest around the lovely pool area.
