Every year we do a trip to Florida, This year we did the Parc Soleil twice the Hilton beach resort Marco island and Hilton Bonnet Creek and others up and down I95. I feel it's important to do the reviews because it helps others and I use trip advisor. Ill start with I'll be a Hilton diamond member this year after 3 more stays. Our first stay was great we got in our room early It was what we booked and the room was great. They updated all the furnishing and appliances and they are really cool. We always get a pool view so we can see I4 and the Orlando sky line. Then if we want to hit the hot tubs we can see if they are loaded up or not before we go down or not. Check in was fast I was greeted as a Hilton gold member and we got a waters and coffee vouchers. The parking garages add HC spaces so that was good. The stay was great as always. We then headed for Marco. We returned eight days later. We came in later in the day I went in the check in and it all started to fall apart from there. I was not greeted at all as nothing, no water, no coffee and I was told they could not give me the room I booked with a pool view . Well that was ok at this point it was valentines day and I had plans to have fun in the cool bathroom with my wife. I had all kinds of nice stuff to do up the room. We walked in and it was an accessible room with poor bathroom and it just got worst from there the room was not good at all it had several issues. But lets just say if it wasn't so late I would not have stay. I sent a text to the front desk and asked to move but they could not move us. They said they would contact us in the am and see if we could move but that never happened. We check out that day and went to Bonnet Creek. Three days before we got there I did requested the room I wanted. So I think I should have got it. I have stayed at the Parc 12 years in a row I and I would think that would stand for something but I guess not. I did not book an accessible room and if I known I was getting one I wouldn't have check in. I will go back next year but If it ends like this it will be the last.

Hotel's Favorite
Obviously, people are skeptical about traveling right now, but I think in terms of how to navigate the post-COVID waters, this place is doing it right. The rooms were all tagged with door stickers that break upon opening the door seal, so you can be assured that the last person in your room was the maid staff, who did the cleaning. Everything was clean and immaculate, and the resort itself was sparsely populated, so it made for a really nice stay. We often times had the pool and hot tub to ourselves, which the kids really enjoyed. The rooms are extra roomy and filled with all the things you need for a large family vacation. One of my favorite places to stay in Orlando, I'll definitely be back.

I travel to Orlando a lot and love to stay in condo/resort properties. usually we have more family and prefer a w bedroom but decided as a couple to give Hilton Parc Soleil a try. a few months ago I tried Hilton Grand Vacations which was nice but I liked this better. Loved the room, the bed was awesome. Staff were great. It was a short stay so didn’t really get to enjoy the whole resort but plan to return another time. Only reason i didn’t give it 5 stars was because all the dishes were in dishwasher and had a label they were all sanitized. we grabbed some glasses for drinks the first night and coffee mugs in the first morning..then realized after looking at plates the dishwasher had not been run! So we used dirty dishes. A bit upsetting in a time of Covid. But the staff were great about it and we just ran the dishwasher....but it left us without dishes to make our breakfast so we had to leave property and waste the food we had brought to cook. But we would still stay again for sure

We stay at a lot of impressive properties, and Parc Soleil is up there among the nicest GV Clubs. The grounds are beautiful, the room spectacular! It is spacious and nicely decorated. The washer/dryer unit inside the room was appreciated. The bathtub blew my mind when I went to fill it and the water came from the ceiling! I found it a little inconvenient that there were only ice machines on two floors and the icemaker in the fridge wasn't connected. The amount of storage in the drawers was more than substantial. The bathroom was huge, and I always appreciate places where the toilet is in its own separate room. Lots of counter space too. Our room overlooked the parking lot, but the view beyond that offered two of the Disney parks, beautiful at night.

I am a Hilton diamond member just wrapping up a two week stay at the Hilton Parc Soleil in Orlando. We were beyond impressed with this resort and it’s service. During this challenging time with COVID this property did everything right. We never felt unsafe during our stay. There are social distancing cues everywhere, and hand sanitizing stations as well. The communication from the staff here is the best I have ever experienced at ANY Hilton resort! You just send a text with your request and the response is almost immediate! Every staff member we have encountered has been so polite and professional. The one bedroom unit was well equipped and beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfortable and this was invaluable as we were staying for two weeks! We had housekeeping service twice a week and they did a tremendous job. For those wishing to visit the Disney parks it is an easy 15 minute drive. In closing let me say we were never pressured for a timeshare pitch. Please don’t let that be a deterrent in booking a stay here. We were asked upon check in and politely declined. That was the end of it. No one kept bothering us with calls as some other reviews have indicated. This property is a great choice for couples or families . We very much look forward to a return visit. Special thanks to Will, Javier, Alysa and others for your top notch service!!
