I really am in 2 minds about this property - yes its nice and secure, behind a guarded gate 24/7, the suites are large and modern and the pool area looks great but, beneath the surface its a little different. The property is split into 2 buildings, plus an welcome centre with reception and a business centre - these are separated by the pool area. After hours on an evening the whole premises goes into lockdown overnight, to stop people getting near the pool, but this also means that you can't get between building and reception until between 6 and 7 am unless you exit through the multi-storey car park and walk on the road around the perimeter to the welcome centre - which I did not like at all - but appreciate it probably won't affect many people. The property apparently does not offer an early checkin at all, its just first come first served(!?) and check out is 10am which is inordinately early in 2022. The pools are very nice and do get very busy - but the killer is they just aren't clean at all - the filtration is poor and the chemical balance is next to zero. Lots of hair and debris in the pool, the water is cloudier than it should be and all around the edges are a couple of inches of scum not being collected into the filters. The pool also seems to close randomly - this was reported to be for weather / storms but was over 4hrs before the storm actually arrived - and wasn't forecast etc. Housekeeping remains poor with Covid being used as an excuse to not service rooms, where as most hotels have reverted to a 1 on 1 off approach. Here if you stay less than 5n, no servicing which is poor. The property also dont recognise HHonors at all, no reference was made to my Diamond status, no offers of upgrades (even though lots of availability), no breakfast, no compensation for this, it goes on and on. I was asked to attend a presentation of some new properties coming online, I advised I would consider it but as I was working while at resort I may not - I informed the sales desk the day before and day of I wouldnt be attending due to busyness, I was then called 3 times, the third time almost begging me to attend - this doesn't sit well with me and I was informed my room rate would change as I was not attending, even though my rate was not connected with attendance in any way and was a diamond rate - needless to say it didnt. Im honestly in 2 minds, I have a reservation to go back later in the year, and not sure whether to cancel and go elsewhere.…
My family LOVES this property! We can trust our kids walk around the property and feel they will be safe. Being a gated property with security not allowing anybody in that doesn’t below is great. We had a family member visit with us and security stop them immediately upon entry until they got a guest parking pass. That reassured me of our safety. Even pre-Covid they keep everything cleaned. Now I’ve seen them sanitize things more often. The property is just far enough away from all the “action” that it’s still quiet and off the road. New building have popped up but it hasn’t affected traffic and an added bonus to have Target and Chick-fil-A right down the street. The property is only about 15 minutes from Disney and Universal who’s is perfect. We also love the new Samsung appliances. It took a minute to figure out how to use the washer and dryer but once we did it was so easy. It’s also nice that Super Walmart is only about a 10 minute drive if that and we like to grocery shop there. The Starbucks on the property is always great, but the coffee in the room is awful!! They should’ve stuck with the original brand because the current one is disgusting. That was my only complaint. I love the texting feature used to communicate your needs with staff. We needed towels one day and in less than 5 minutes staff was knocking on my door with the towels. Then I got a follow up call to make sure I revived my items and to see if we needed anything else. Pool and slide are great! This year the kids even talked me into going down and it was great. They kids love the playground and I feel safe letting them play on the equipment. I have no complaints about this hotel. …
Currently staying at this property due to a computer malfunction in the Hilton system. Originally planed to stay at the Lake Buena Vista property and ended up needing to stay here on the recommendation of the Hilton agent. Upon arriving we had felt good about the change in locations. The area is secured and a lot of new businesses around the area make the location very convenient. Unfortunately after letting my 10 month old crawl around we realized the floors were filthy. My husband had used a rag to hand wash the floors, then used Clorox wipes we packed as a 2nd round of cleaning. The results are, appalling. The fact that the floors are this dirty at our initial check in makes me think they were definitely not mopped and sanitized as advertised. Also to note, since we have a baby we do not wear our shoes upon entering in hopes to keep the floors clean for her.…
We vist this location about twice a year Always relaxing, clean, centrally located . Awesome, Comfortable, Delightful staff Something for everyone. Will continue to visit! One of my Favorite places to stay!!!
I made an error when booking a spontaneous trip with my kids to this property and arrived without a valid reservation. Mariyam Zamzami went above and beyond to think outside the box. She took the time to secure us a room at Parc Soliel when this and the surrounding Hilton Grand Vacation properties were showing completely booked. We had a lovely time. Thank you!
It is now our 5th time staying at this hotel. Rooms are great, pool is huge - actually there would be really nothing to complain about except: 1. with an 8-night stay, we get exactly one time a room cleaning (which was on day 3). Calling guest services asking for at least a second time for a room cleaning (fresh towels etc) - „this will be an extra charge of USD 25.00“ !!!This sucks and has nothing to do with Covid!!! - this is pure extra money that they want to charge. 2. The restaurant at the pool opens only at noon. Not that bad at all, but I remember a couple years back how nice it was to have breakfast directly at the pool in the morning. Don’t get me wrong, we consider to come back, as the rooms are great and the vicinity of the hotel has everything to offer what you need. However to save on cleanliness is I think the wrong way to attract new guest.…
My family stayed at the Orlando property for 4 nights. Property was clean. Felt like home. Plenty of space. Kitchen was fully equipped with utensils. Pool stays open until 11pm. Has a water slide. Which the kids enjoyed. My kids didn’t want to leave the property. Property close to all the theme parks. Just awesome. Will definitely come back next time in town. And will recommend to family and friends.
Good value l, nice accommodations and easy access to lots of activities. Value addded with free parking in a nice garage! Many options for door dash and Amazon fresh delivery. Loved having a microwave, fridge and kitchen sink. The coffee maker is the worst so I did not use it! It is weird and does not work! Took too long messing with it too.
My wife and I made a last minute get away to the Parc Soleil Orlando. We had a fantastic stay. The one-bedroom unit was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool and pool grill were both great. The staff was extremely attentive and checked in with us to confirm all was good. Which it was. I would recommend the Parc Soliel and look forward our next stay at the resort.
Stayed 6/24-6/27/22. Being a HGV member, we were able to reserve pool chairs a few days before which was a very nice touch. We had a one bedroom suite which was very nice. We had views of both pools and the room was exceptionally clean. They have continuing daily activities mainly for children but it kept them busy! The on-site restaurant had excellent food and it was not that expensive. This is my favorite place to stay in Orlando
