This resort is beautiful. We were in tower one with a pool view. The one bedroom unit was huge with a large balcony. The grounds were immaculate. Did not seem too crowded. We always went to the larger pool. Plenty of empty chairs. Took a morning walk around the lake each morning. About 3/4 mile once around. We did 2 laps. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Plan ob going back in 2 years
My family LOVES this property! We can trust our kids walk around the property and feel they will be safe. Being a gated property with security not allowing anybody in that doesn’t below is great. We had a family member visit with us and security stop them immediately upon entry until they got a guest parking pass. That reassured me of our safety. Even pre-Covid they keep everything cleaned. Now I’ve seen them sanitize things more often. The property is just far enough away from all the “action” that it’s still quiet and off the road. New building have popped up but it hasn’t affected traffic and an added bonus to have Target and Chick-fil-A right down the street. The property is only about 15 minutes from Disney and Universal who’s is perfect. We also love the new Samsung appliances. It took a minute to figure out how to use the washer and dryer but once we did it was so easy. It’s also nice that Super Walmart is only about a 10 minute drive if that and we like to grocery shop there. The Starbucks on the property is always great, but the coffee in the room is awful!! They should’ve stuck with the original brand because the current one is disgusting. That was my only complaint. I love the texting feature used to communicate your needs with staff. We needed towels one day and in less than 5 minutes staff was knocking on my door with the towels. Then I got a follow up call to make sure I revived my items and to see if we needed anything else. Pool and slide are great! This year the kids even talked me into going down and it was great. They kids love the playground and I feel safe letting them play on the equipment. I have no complaints about this hotel. …
To our fellow Travelers and Time Share Seekers, this is our experience at the Hilton Grand Vacation Seminar we attended. Again this was our experience On February 26th 2023, we were invited to a Hilton Vacation Presentation in Orlando. We understand the concept of these interactions. Although the experience was good, we did have some concerns about the presentation Our presentation started off very well, our initial sales rep was great. However, after having a lengthy discussion with him he called in his manager for the final close / sale of the time share. After hearing the initial offer, The Manager asked us to apply for Hilton Honors AE card. We tried unsuccessfully to assure him that we recently applied for this card and we were already card holders and we showed him our cards. He continued to pressure more and more about applying. At which point he took my spouses license and left the cubicle. After 15 minutes of waiting, we inquired as to where the manager was and we were advised that he was servicing other customers, another 10 minutes passed and we advised our original sales rep that we were no longer interested as it appeared we were being trapped into additional sales discussions while waiting for her ID. I quickly caught on to this sales technique and to be honest was not happy that we were stuck waiting for her identification. In fact, we were both upset as we were on the fence considering a package but the more and more we waited we considered this a pretty shady move to keep us in the building. Close to 30 minutes passed when the manager returned presenting an additional offer. At this point our decision was already made as we were both upset that we had to wait as long as we did for the ID to be returned. After we told the Sales Manager not interested, he thanked us for coming and proceeded to leave the cubicle, when we had to stop him again and ask for the ID. This strategy may work on some customers but was a definite turn off for us. Be advised this is a time share opportunity, I would for sure do some homework on other time share developments if this is something you are interested in…
We stay at Parc solely every chance we get. The property is clean and the staff is exceptional at service. We usually stay in a two bedroom unit with another couple. The unit is spacious and always clean and quiet.
Avoid at all cost. Just because it has Hilton in the name, it is still the same group of dishonest people selling time share. Been fighting with them for over two weeks trying to get what was promised when we took the tour. They keep saying 24-48 hours. Room was decent, but bed was hard as rocks. If it starts out this bad, can't imagine what it would be like if we had bought.
We rented an efficiency unit this trip where we had rented a one bedroom lockoff our first time. Efficiencies are marginal, at best. While the resort is in a great location and very well kept with a very friendly staff the efficiency units are not comfortable. There is no place to sit except two kitchen table chairs around a small table with no lighting and no balcony access. The pool is convenient and for efficiency guests there are washers and driers at various floors. (The one bedroom lock offs have a washer dryer in the unit.) I cannot recommend renting an efficiency only. Make sure you rent at least a one bedroom lock off if any are available. This is a busy and well trafficked resort. It is one the better resorts in this part of town unless you stay in an efficiency unit.
We’ve been coming to Parc Soleil for 12 years and have always enjoyed our stay. The resort is beautiful and always well kept. Rooms are nicely furnished and decorated. They are always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They’ve started to plate breakfasts which are very tasty. Other meals are still served in styrofoam containers which is a disappointment. The Wi-Fi is not great. Nonetheless, Parc Soleil remains one of our favorite resorts.
We stayed in Tower 2, 11th floor, and had a perfect view of the Disney fireworks every night! Beautiful, clean, condo, would certainly recommend. Maid service was provided every 3rd night. Very nice spa quality toiletries.
Terrific couples getaway - had spacious 1 bedroom with full kitchen - lots of new restaurants opening within 5 mins. Outlet mall nearby and short drives to Universal CityWalk and Downtown Disney! Very comfortable beds! Very peaceful property! Great amenities! Would stay again!
My husband and I had a quiet nice stay at the Parc Soleil. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms very nice. We checked in late and had a room on the ground floor with a small window and no balcony. So the lighting was rather dark. However the pool and grounds and facility were peaceful and quiet. Would stay again.
