Soulquest Ayahuasca is a fantastic opportunity to experience ayahuasca within the United States in a legal and safe way, at a price that is much more accessible than most any other current legal ayahuasca retreats in the world. I had already travelled to Rythmia in Costa Rica for my first four ayahuasca ceremonies and also had participated in two Iboga ceremonies in March. With high expectations coming from Rythmia I booked my trip at Soulquest and headed down there for the 7th of June. I was happy to be in an ayahuasca environment again but it was much different from the resort style that one finds at Rythmia. I stayed in basic accommodation which is outside under an awning on a mattress, the same mattress you stay on during ceremony. What I lie about this is though the comfort of a resort is a nice touch, if you are looking for real healing and don't want to or can't pay thousands of dollars for high class accommodation this is a great option. My first ceremony was a rather painful experience as I was undergoing caffeine withdrawal and had only stopped my caffeine intake two days prior. Nevertheless, I still had some insightful visions, but nothing much happened, it was by far the most tame ceremony I had experienced of all my prior six, or so I thought at the time. Since I wasn't planning on participating in the afternoon ceremony the next day I was worried I wouldn't get the experience I had come there for. Lucky for me that's not how it turned out. If you have never drunk with Soulquest before you are required to start your first ceremony off with only a single tablespoon with the option of a booster later on in the night. This is to avoid any unpleasant experiences with someone taking much more than is beneficial for them at first. At my second and last ceremony there on Saturday night I began with three tablespoons, and that ended up being plenty. Not thirty minutes after we had all drunk I was already feeling very trippy, I mean it hit me hard. On my way back to my mattress I entered a whole new realm and met back up with what I can only really describe as my "soul". This last ceremony was by far the deepest I had ever experienced with ayahuasca or Iboga. I gained so many incredible insights, it was truly fantastical. I had made a very important intention which was "Help me feel safe and at home here on Earth," which is something I had struggled with extensively having been depressed for over five years and often feeling suicidal. I am deeply grateful to Soulquest for making this experience safely and openly attainable. In addition to the ceremonies there are also integration circles the following day on Saturday and Sunday, as well as a breathwork ceremony Saturday afternoon. The integration circles were extremely helpful and were of only about 10 or so people. It was a good opportunity to hear others' experiences and share my own while being guided by a facilitator.

had been looking for an alternative to traditional Western medicine. I had ran out of options. They were either not helpful or harmful to me. I was stuck. I knew I needed help. I was willing to consider almost anything. I found this place within about an hour and a half from my house and I thought I'll do this! It took me close to a year to prepare for this option. I had been on some pretty heavy-duty medications. For several decades. I knew the meds were killing me and I needed to get off them.It was a nightmare to do and not for the faint of heart. But there was a glimmer of hope that ahauyasca could help. Once off all the drugs I booked a retreat online. Changed my diet the best I could in preparation for my weekend. I had no idea what to expect when I arrived that Friday afternoon. My registration was completed and I was given a tour and shown my accommodations. From that time all cares, concerns and apprehensions slowly disappeared. Everyone fits here. Everyone is welcome, everyone accepted. I can't Express the level of dedication the staff and facilitators have. There was never a moment I lacked anything. I highly recommend this place if you are considering taking this plant medicine.
