It was an amazing experience! Stuff, facilities, organization, all over all it was magical! Swimming pool area is super nice everything is very clear, Marshmallow roasting was complimentary and also amazing. Laundry corner is super useful at good price for longer stays ($2.5 for wash and $2.5 for drying clothes). We had Walmart delivery for snacks and drinks, and also McDonalds is around 15 minutes by foot from this hotel which kids loved. We loved everything about All star Music hotel!

We checked in 1/11/23 for one night. We haven't been to this resort since 2018, and the changes are minimal and great. You can now check in on the app, get your room number, and unlock your door with your phone or Magic band. You can also check out on the app, seeing all of your charges on the app. No more human interaction or paper. When we arrived at the security gate, we gave our name & the guard checked our ID. Prior to 1/10, parking was $15 a night - it had been free the many times we stayed here, but during and after CoVid, all resorts started to charge for parking. Now the parking fees are nonexistent, effective 1/10/23. We pulled up the map on our phone, found our building and parked. It was a short walk to our room on the second floor. This section looked new to us. Or staying in the front area so many times in years past, we didn’t notice the buildings in the back (Rock, Broadway). The room was a good size for 2 people. In addition to our queen bed, we also had a Murphy bed. That’s probably why we had 8 pillows! The flat screen was on, welcoming us to our room. When we switched it to TV channels, it had a multitude of channels, especially Disney channels. Our room had a table (base of Murphy bed), 2 chairs, hooks for jackets & hats, a coffee maker, a selection of coffees and teas with creamers and sugars, a small fridge, drawers, a closet, and an iron with ironing board. I have balance issues, so this bathroom had bars around the toilet and a seat in the walk in shower with bars on the wall. Shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap dispensers were on the wall. It had two shower heads - one on the wall and one hand held head. Hot water was good, but in the sink area, the hot side was barely warm. I liked the lighted makeup mirror (2 sides) and the nightlight built into the outlets. Bar soap, Kleenex, and a hair dryer were also provided. We had a comfortable sleep in the bed, with only minimal noise outside. A cheer event had a tent on site so we saw an abundance of young people on the property. Some of them didn’t go to bed as early as we did, and we could barely hear them outside until around 1AM. The elevator and ice machine were around the corner from our room - very convenient. This is one of 3 budget hotels on Disney property, but it does not feel like it. We enjoyed our stay this time, as much as we had enjoyed our stays here the many times before.…

One of the best places to stay at on the country- if you are looking for a VALUE property- that offers the cleanest rooms anywhere (anywhere, any brand, no matter the rating/classification). And- you get so many nice amenities- two pools, great life guards (safety and no riff/raff) and tons of chairs and towels for poolside lounging. Pool bars… washing / dryer machines if need be for travelers. Early hours for hotel guests- and ALWAYS priced right for budget or family conscience spenders. Convenient location- busses and or Uber. I’ve stayed at Four Seasons, Ritz, Hilton’s, Westins, Marriott, and more- my whole life, and this is the best bed, cleanest room, and loads of fun- all for cheap! Just got back last night and thought I should share my thoughts and opinions as I noticed the value resorts seem to get a lot of hate. We absolutely LOVED our stay at Disney’s All Star Music Resort in the Jazz Inn building. There were three adults, one teen, and one child so we were in a family suite, which happened to have plenty of room for the five of us. We stayed from May 10 - May 16 and only have one tiny complaint and that was of housekeeping. I already knew before going that they came around every other day but they didn't really do much other than take our trash and trade out the used towels for clean ones. But one day my mom decided to walk to the lobby and ask about an extra blanket and they were very accommodating and offered to replenish anything else needed. We only ate at the resort's dining hall one time and the food was pretty blah, but we had been eating at the parks all week and feel like that had probably spoiled us. The main pool area was very nice and had plenty of activities for my kids. We didn’t really make use of it though, as we spent most of our time in the parks. We didn't really explore our resort but were very pleased that our walks to the bus stop and lobby were very short. Bus transportation was wonderful – absolutely no complaints here - and we seemed to hit the bus stop at the perfect time each morning as we never waited more than 5 minutes for one to arrive. Every bus driver we had was super friendly and they all had excellent driving. We did, however, get a Minnie Van to leave Magic Kingdom as the bus station was very chaotic. This was our very first stay in the Disney bubble and really feel like we will stay value again next year. Every cast member we came across was super friendly and helpful. Worst Disney trip ever. This was our third year in a row coming to Disney for D2 summit. This was by far our worst trip ever and the reason was staying at a Disney Allstar Resort. In previous years, we always did a commuter package this year we thought we would splurge and do a Disney resort. Our room was so small that with the second bed down, you couldn’t even fit the two chairs that were provided for the table. They literally had to go in the bathroom. The vending machines in our building number six only one of the three worked and it was out of water. we had to walk almost a half a mile to go to the lobby to get a bottle of water for $4.50, everything was extremely overpriced, extremely cramped and difficult to get anywhere, long waits to use the shuttles. The food was over priced, bland and not worth the money. Save your money and stay off resort. Rent A Car and save yourself time. I will never again stay at a Disney in Resort. Literally felt like I was trapped in Disney hell! …

All Movies we enjoyed very much. Good food Court, Not too noisy, Good transportation. Large Pool. Many Activities. Nice little shop. We thought the price was ok. They put our group together which was very nice.

Very disappointed with this hotel having spent the previous week at a Universal hotel. We needed an accessable room but none was availble for the first night of our stay. ( Bigger room was available at a cost though.) The room was a long distance from the hotel for a disabled person. The room we were given intially was cramped and not workable for the disabled member of our party. The bed was too high and the shower wasn't walk in. The room was not clean. It was very sticky. Room was only cleaned every other day. ( Covid stops daily cleaning according to desk staff) Strange our room in Universal was serviced everyday. Very poor

Traveled down to Disney World this past week with my parents and boyfriend and stayed in the family suite. Cast members welcoming and kind as always , helped us in getting our room since we arrived earlier then the check in time. The suite was spacious and super clean , perfect for the 4 of us. Resort grounds were well maintained and beautiful. The food in the food court was great and reasonably priced. Buses to the parks arrived timely every day. We all really enjoyed the trip and will definitely consider re booking the family suites for our next Disney trip later in the year ! Thank you to Disney for an always wonderful stay !

the rooms had pull down beds that were really easy to set up. it had a pretty big fridge and the bathrooms were very nice. the pools were also great. we tried to order groceries to the reception twice but neither times worked. i think it would have worked with an american phone number though. the food court had cereal bowls and yoghurt which was useful for when the groceries didn't come. it had regular shuttles to all the disney parks. the disney theme decorations on all the buildings looked cool.

It is a value hotel. It you go in April when cheerleading competition is going on, you have to park quite a ways from your rooms. There are teenagers all over without adult supervision. The hotel is nothing special except for early entry into Disney and the Transportation. It is worth it for the value price. Just be prepared there are no characters or anything really special,
