Here for a conference and this 'resort' is awful. If you are considering hosting a corporate event here, don't. The rooms are dark, dated, and dirty, the food is inedible, and if you can actually get a beer from the painfully slow bartenders it's going...More
I love this resort...it is my favorite Disney resort. The busses are fabulous from stops 2-3-4. It is beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone. However, bell services leaving us stranded in the middle of the night when we had to catch a bus...More
We stayed for 4 nights the last week of July. Customer Service was fantastic. I had an Amazon Pantry order shipped directly to the hotel to save on packing and they delivered right to our room ($10 charge sine the hotel has a convention center)....More
The overall feel of the property was a good mix of fun and serene. The rooms were too small and very dated - for the price we were expecting better. Lucky for us - it was a Disney weekend vacation and we did not spend...More
We arrived on Friday night for a weekend get away.

8A has a lovely selection of renovated water view and other rooms (am in one now) - less than 2 mins walk to main pool and about 5 mins walk to El Centro. It is, however, closer to the tower building project and has some construction noise 8am - 4pm Mon To Fri.
7A has some views of the car park and is further from both pool and El Centro. No construction noise from main build at all. Benefit of being at an earlier bus stop on the loop which means more of a chance of being seated on a busy bus than at 8A . Ranchos has arguably nicer theming although I prefer Cabanas.
