From the moment you enter the resort you are greeted by name from a staff member. The escort you privately via golf cart to your room. The room was clean and had a view looking at the castle in Magic Kingdom. I have stayed at other Disney resorts and this by far is the best!! I

This was our second stay at the Grand Floridian. This stay we were in the Main Building Club Level. The resort's attention to detail is extraordinary. Our room was clean and spacious with a wonderful view of Magic Kingdom. The staff was very accommodating during the stay.

It was your second stay at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, but in the Royal Palm Club this time?! Sounds to me like your trip was practically perfect in every way. I'm so happy to read you enjoyed your room, as well as the Resort accommodations. What's better than having a Monorail station connected to your Resort? I know, having the Magic Kingdom Park at the next stop! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us with your review. We can't wait to have you back for another grand and miraculous stay! I had heard how great this property is for years. I haven't been to disney in 20 yrs, but this was our first trip with our 5 yr old daughter. Check in was okay but there was confusion when we wanted to add a few park days to our 3 day park pass. The monorail was down while we

There is such a special kind of magic to be found at this Resort, and I’ve found that the details around every corner are a huge part of why that is. I’ll be honest: I’ve never noticed those beautiful topiaries before, so thank you for attaching that photo. I’m going to have to venture out there and track them down! I’m delighted you were able to take advantage of the pools and some of our activities! I encourage each Guest to really take the time to explore their Resort, and it’s grand you found so much to enjoy. Tie it up with outstanding Cast Members and you’ve got yourself one wonderful vacation! Thanks for sharing a review with us. We hope to see you soon, too! Jenn Disney Social Reviews

This trip was with my wife and 2 friends. The magic started as we pulled in to park and a monorail was parked at the loading area. I couldn't believe we were actually going to stay at the Grand Floridian. We checked in early, so there was no line and check-in was very easy.

Hi there, Carl! Your review describes my idea of a perfect vacation. Whenever I set foot in this Resort, I feel the same way you did! The beauty, sophistication, and luxury coupled with the sounds of a live orchestra in the lobby let you know right away that you are in for a magical experience! I am delighted that you were able to enjoy the fireworks from your very own balcony, and I just love the Electrical Water Pageant! What a magical way to end the day! Afternoon Tea is an experience worth splurging for! Give me scones with lemon curd and my own pot of tea and I will be happy for the rest of the day! I do hope that you try some of the other restaurants during your next visit with us! The Supercalifragilistic Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare is unforgettable, and has a few surprises on the menu! My favorite dish is the Floridian Strawberry Soup! I sincerely appreciate this review and look forward to your next visit! It is sure to be grand! Heather Disney Social Reviews

Yes they do. You'll find them by the TV. I'd bring a wall plug if you need it near the bed.

Alcohol is served in the evenings and at night (cordials and desserts until 10PM) There is no charge. I used to take a glass of wine down to the lobby and enjoy it while listening to the live music played by the band and piano player. Check schedule for times of nightly performances. Club level main building serves full breakfast with large selection of items. Midday offerings are enough to forgo lunch. Lovely salads, finger sandwiches , and bread with assorted meats to assemble your own. There are veggies and lots of side dishes. Evening tapas are delightful too. By far the best offerings of any Disney Club floor. Boardwalk is a close second but there's a reason why they call it the "Grand" and service is outstanding. Hope this helps!
