Great resort! Sand bottom pools were amazing and location can't be beat if visiting Epcot. Expensive, but other than that, nothing negetive to report. Beaches and Cream was alright, but kind of expected bettwr quality of food. Cape May Cafe was really good for breakfast!

Could have been SO MUCH better. A much needed vacation for our 25th anniversary, thought we’d something special, but at $500 a night this missed the mark to the point that we will be staying off property from now on. Feeling nickeled and dimed by Disney to the point of misery. Self park $25, enjoy the walk to your car if you need anything. No complimentary magic bands but ours were lost in the mail. We chat Disney and they blame their third party vendor. Now we end up with replacement random color bands that we don’t want (neon green and bright pink the complete opposite of what we ordered). We paid extra for a woods/courtyard view. We have a view of bushes. There is NO VIEW of ANYTHING. I cannot believe I paid extra to look at a tree from a pretend balcony that doesn’t even fit 2 people. Our room is dark and smaller than a standard room as well. We don’t have the extra bathroom space with the double vanity outside the shower/toilet. It’s all jammed into one tiny bathroom that doesn’t fit two people, the door comes within 1/2” of the toilet. Our room has stained carpet, loose closet knobs, a switch plate came off the wall, and did I mention it’s dark? Very little natural light gets in here. We can hear the people in the connecting room clear as day which is awful. So just know if you have a connecting room you will hear EVERYTHING (yes everything). Do NOT be fooled by the on line photos. It’s a 5 minute walk to the lobby, to the elevator (there’s only TWO banks of them by the way) to the food, and to the pool. It’s not an awful place but this so not worth $500 a night. We paid $125 last night for a beautiful Marriott. Feeling quite ripped off. Management said they had no other rooms available so we are stuck here in this small dark room in the far corner of the resort.

Room Tip: Good luck with room location. Try to get something closer to the lobby.

Check in process was fantastic. We were able to check in online and go directly to our room without stopping by the front desk. Room was clean, decently sized, and had a comfy bed. We had a great balcony, but did notice a lot of rooms had Juliet balconies or looked out onto weird intermediate areas, rooftops, backstage, etc. It's Disney so it's expensive - room, food and beverages, everything. We picked this hotel because of it's location, you can walk to two theme parks and multiple restaurants. We had a great brunch at Ale and Compass. All of the food was delicious, our server was fantastic, and their pressed pot coffee from Peru was probably the best coffee I've ever had. Based on the location I thought the price was fair (still expensive). You are definitely paying for the location though.

This was my 15th trip to Disney and my first time staying at Beach Club. Immediately my 10 year old fell in love with the smell of the lobby. The shopping area and food options were great. Beaches and Cream was such a fun lunch. We did the Mickey kitchen sink and the kids (it was a birthday trip for my daughter and her friend) got cute ice cream cone people. The staff was so nice and the pool was beautiful. There is so much pool it never got crowded. The hot tub and lazy river were perfect for me, and the kids loved the huge pirate ship with the water slide, the whirl pool, and the the sand pool. Hurricane Hanna’s was a perfect poolside lunch barefoot and in bathing suits, plus there was a bar next to it (yay!). The elevators came quick and the inside of the hotel was nice and clean. They let us do late check out for no extra charge and the room was ready early when we arrived. It was such a quick walk to the Boardwalk and Epcot, and a fast boat ride to Hollywood Studios. The bus to Magic Kingdom was never packed and came pretty quickly. 10/10 suggest!

We stayed here in late August with three kids. Our standard room had a 5th sleeper, and we all slept comfortably. We were on the first floor with a patio door to the outside, and were right next to one of the smaller pools (without lifeguards). Room was pretty quiet. One of the main reasons we chose the hotel were the pools, and they didn't disappoint. The kids loved the waterslide, and it seemed like there was a lifeguard for every three guests. The only complaint is that it was too big and spread out with bridges all over the place - sometimes finding your kids when you were ready to go was a challenge. For the kids, there are plenty of activities around the hotel and the pool. We were either at the pool or park, so we didn't take advantage of many of them. The food options were OK. Cape May Cafe was decent for breakfast. But you can get the same exact food from the marketplace on site. The best reason for this hotel is the location. Its just a short walk to Epcot and the Skyliner to Hollywood Studios. Overall, the vibe from the hotel was...OK. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great. But it did feel a lot more like a standard hotel than a Disney one. Overall for the location. staff and experience, we would recommend and go again ourselves.
