We stayed here for a week at the beginning of July, for the money it was not worth it and wish I’d stayed at the Waldorf which is where we went the week after. Room tiny for a family of 5, room cleaned every 2 days and for the price we paid is ridiculous. Room never felt clean and the bathroom was so small for a family of 5 it was so hard for us all to use. Staff are ok, but everything has to be done on the Disney App now so instead of helping they tell you to look on that. Ale and compass breakfast average and not work the over $100 bill each time, some of the staff were lovely though. Pool was good that was the only positive. No Disney magic at the Beach House, we didn’t see any characters just an over priced gift store. Would not return, rooms dirty and small and the whole place is overpriced.…
We’ve been to Disney many times but this was our first time at he Beach Club and we loved it!! The pool is amazing! The kids loved the water slide! The staff and service were amazing. Cannot wait to go back!!
I saved approximately $15,000 to stay here with 2 villas. The villas were a little dated and starting to show wear. But my complaint was no fresh towels until day 4 when I put every towel out in the hallway in a huge pile. I had called 4 times to get service. The other thing was the friendship boat that is advertised to take you from the park to the resort. Their was 3 of us and the young guy that came to the gate said we could walk because we were close to the resort and would not let us board. I am almost 70 years old and my feet were hurting from all the blisters and walking. My joints were sore like my knees. We walked back. He was to lazy to make multiple stops. Other than that the resort was sn awesome experience. We will never come back. We cannot afford it. But its great for people with $.…
Loved the location (so close to Epcot's World Showcase) and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The room was nice, but the toilet/shower room was tiny. We didn't like the fact there wasn't a quick service dining option-- just a market & restaurants requiring reservations. We were also not a fan that the buses also serviced Yacht Club. Had the worst bus experience we've ever had at Disney getting from Magic Kingdom back to Beach Club at night. We decided the extra cost wasn't worth it at this resort.
We love everything about the Beach Club! Our favorite amenities include the beautiful pools and the on-site dining is top notch! We always dine at Beaches & Cream during our stay. The kitchen sink is delicious and so much fun! On our last trip we met an employee at Cape May by the name of Larry. He saw that we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and went out of his way to sing a beautiful rendition of Happy Birthday to her! It was so special and such a special memory! Larry is a true asset to the Beach Club and one of the many reasons we will be returning soon.
room was painted brown with brown carpet - presumably to hide the dirt . our room was nothing like any of the pictures on here . tiny balcony which was hemmed in by trees. balcony is too small to sit and have a coffee on. the worst part was housekeeping is not every day !! for $900 a night ? you can stay in a premier inn and get housekeeping every day . pool was packed with no loungers by 10am . its a great location but this does not compensate for very poor accommodation wont stay again
We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit on the ground floor which made getting in and out easy. The unit was roomy and comfortable with a useful kitchen and full sized washer and dryer. We could walk easily to Epcot and could walk or take the boat to Hollywood Studios. The added benefit of our room on the first floor is that we could see the bus stop. The place was clean and well maintained. I met that manager and she was wonderful. The pool is the best pool I’ve ever used with a sand bottom and a great water slide. They could use pool side waiters though because you can’t walk from the bar to your chairs without going a long, winding way.
We had a lovely stay at Beach club! Room was immaculately clean and the staff was beyond friendly! The pool was clean and all the food was good. The kids loved the soda shop! Also, it has the advantage of being able to walk to Epcot and use the sky rail to Hollywood studios. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay at the beach club. The hotel offers nightly events for guests, access to several onsite restaurants and bars and is walking distance to EPCOT, a quick boat ride away from Hollywood Studios and the Boardwalk. The hotel offers buses to take guests to the other parks. We had a bit of a rough check in process as we arrived around 2:30pm and we were told our three rooms were not ready. By 4:30pm we still had not received word that the rooms were ready and called the front office. They released each room about 30 minutes apart and brought the bags up pretty slowly. Once we were settled in we had a good experience. We did eat at Cape May and it was a good option but really pricey for the experience. We also had one dinner at Beaches and Cream which was decent but I would have preferred to just get ice cream from the window. I would recommend eating food along The Boardwalk or inside EPCOT. One of the best perks of the hotel is the size of the rooms and the pool. The pool is massive and has two pool slides. Towels are provided poolside and there are life guards stationed at the pool all day. There are outside restaurants to purchase snacks, food and drinks from. The hotel sells souvenir cups for $20 that you can fill up throughout your stay. They are great for morning coffee, tea, water or soft drinks through the stay. The market on the ground floor sell to-do breakfast and lunch selection. The market has small bottles of adult beverages, snacks, and other items you might need throughout the trip. The highlight of the stay was meeting goofy in the hotel lobby. That was a treat! I would highly recommend downloading the Disney app to help you place to-go orders and navigate the park.…
Came to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our kids. Booked five rooms and requested they be near each other. Didn’t happen! They didn’t even try to put us close. We were scattered all over the property. My son in law got stuck in the elevator for ten minutes, twice. We won’t come back here anymore.
