All Front Desk Staffs were very friendly and attentive, on first few days Jono helped us by guiding and providing with different amenities that the resort hotel has in offer. Enjoyed the pool, it's quite huge and had enough space even in busy labor day weekend. the food options at Central Pantry were good. Tried breakfast at Siro, which was open on Sat, Sun and Mon, on Saturday. Starbucks was open Thursday-Monday mornings.

The place was dirty looked like the hallways haven’t been cleaned or maintained in months. Parking is a 1/2 mile away you have to take a shuttle unless u valet park. Most restaurants & bars within resort are closed. I confirmed my Bonvoy member number with the front desk upon check in but still they refuse to validate my stay for my Marriott rewards points. I will never stay here again in the past we have stayed here many times but it has gone down hill now I do not recommend this marriot hotel.

My wife and myself just returned from staying two nights at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are great, prices are a little high. We stayed on the 28 floor and did not see anyone else on our floor. Restaurants were closed and the cafe downstairs opened at 7am. Unfortunately we had an early tee time so we skipped that the first day. We did drive 5 minutes down the street to a great seafood restaurant where we ate one night and a steakhouse right next to it for the second night. Both were fantastic. 7-11 down the street for a good coffee and fresh donut at reasonable price. The hotel which is huge had just the main part open and it was very quiet. Not many guests for a large hotel. Several hotels in the area were closed so the pandemic is hurting. Hotel is in great location to Disney and restaurants and outlet stores. Would be stay again.

My children and I are staying at the adjacent Imperial Palms villas, and it’s beautiful. Today we headed to the main pool to enjoy the slides and relax by the pool. “Relax”?? No. We left almost immediately due to overcrowding, tons of people in the pool, and tons of people walking around without masks, coughing, and sneezing. Sure, some had masks, but many didn’t as they went to the bar, the slide, or casually wandered around. The lines for the waterslide were jammed with people — no one was six feet apart. So we left after 20 minutes, totally frightened for our health! I told the concierge, who sent me to explain my concerns to the front desk, and the sour-faced middle-aged man working the desk at 2pm on Saturday, August 15 was dismissive of my concerns. No empathy, and instead rolled his eyes and said “yeah, I’ll let Pool Leadership know your concerns...” Luckily we found a lovely woman to help us, who happened to be his manager, and she took our concerns seriously. I hope she replaces the man at the front desk because “people skills” is not his strong suit. Put him in the back office, please. In summary: if you’re at all concerned about the COVID-19 pandemic and whether the hotel is taking your health seriously, the answer is NO, they are not. Not at the pool, anyway. Advice to the hotel: We are a Marriott Gold Elite family and stay at Marriotts often but PLEASE limit the amount of people at the pool!!!! No more than 75-80 people! You can do better. Shameful.
