The rooms were surprisingly nice. The internet was a bit slow, but most of the time was spent at the park. The food was very good, and the resorts amenities were definitely on par with the other Disney Resort Hotels. Will 100% stay at Shades of Green in the future!

I agree with other comments the wi fi needs to be improved, the best spot in our room was in the bathroom. Everyone was very nice to us and the bus schedule was widely known., easy to get to the TTC and the other resorts, you just need to understand the times, and they do leave on time. Great stay.

I had talked with others that had stayed at SOG in the past and wasn't told anything negative, just that it was "kinda old" - well they must have done some work. The lobby and other common areas were very nice. Our room was excellent and a great size. (We had a 2 queen bed w/sleeper sofa). The only complaint...

Now I want to preface this with the note that I've been to SOG several times throughout my life and have always enjoyed visiting Disney. But as I've gotten older and have the opportunity to experience different resorts I don't know if the cost, or lack of, is worth the stay. It's getting older and it's showing it's age. We...

We were there on July 2015. The resort are well kept. The room is clean. We paid for a package that include breakfast & dinner. Our meal daily (breakfast & dinner) came about $30 per person, family of 5, which is a great deal for Disney vacation.

I left a bracelet in my room (worth under $10 but sentimental). Called to see if they found it in my room. No one was willing to look....I kept getting sent to a voice mail. After 24 hours, I called back (still no response to my message) and spoke with a woman who did her best to understand me...although there...

Our extended family of 13 converged at Shades of Green this past week for the third time in several years. This resort offers value that cannot be beat on the Disney property. We had three rooms – one in the newer tower, and two in the older tower. The older rooms were fine. They were well appointed, quiet, and clean....

It's a city within a city which meets most of the vacation needs of military families. It has several golf courses nearby, swimming pools & kids' playgrounds, restaurants & kiosks, a PX, air conditioned rooms are quite spacious, ample parking spaces (daily parking fee of US$7.00), and room rates are charged according to rank. Free shuttle buses to Disney theme...
