Stayed in the Old Billiard room. Big room with huge Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. It was a very hot day and it took a while for the room to cool off, but by late evening it was great. The breakfast spread was very good. Bagels, English muffins, fresh fruit, two egg dishes, coffee, tea, etc. Young woman who greeted...

We stayed for three nights at the Inn at the end of March and were sorry to leave; this is an oasis in a busy city. We couldn’t fault the service and attention and our comfortable, large room in the I.W. Phillips building overlooking the courtyard was ideal. The breakfast was good and varied and we enjoyed our leisurely breakfast...

We stayed overnight here while visiting Orlando for a concert. This quaint hotel is located close to downtown and loaded with history. The grounds are beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The staff is very accommodating. I plan to visit again.

I stayed there with my family on April 16, 2017. There was plenty of room for all of us and we appreciated not being in a cramped hotel room. Both beds were comfortable and the internet worked well. It is very close to downtown Orlando which is great if you want to see the city. Also, it is only 20...

We stayed at the Norment Parry House...a bit of a chore to get there via map quest ( I puts you at an abandoned house about a block away...actually it was a bit funny !!) Very nice student staff..great happy hour in the old parlor..there was a beautiful courtyard where we enjoyed a glass of red and sat among the...

This was my second time staying at the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne and it was honestly hard for me to leave. The atmosphere is unlike any other. I spent many hours just sitting in the courtyard reading or working and playing with the cats (mostly playing with the cats). My room was essentially a two bedroom apartment and made me...

Had a really nice stay but room #204 in the Phillips House had an old, non supportive mattress. Was also at the back of the building along the highway but the noise was not so bad and we were able to sleep. Service was great and the grounds and location are excellent. Would return again but only if we were...

First the good...convenient location to downtown Orlando. Very attractive courtyard, around which three of the buildings are located. Interesting late 19th century buildings. Breakfast room seems very historic, which some historic paintings. Front office staff friendly and helpful. Nice to be able to ask for a glass of wine. They advertise a continental breakfast, so maybe I shouldn't expect a...

Last Fall my wife and I were bike riding through Orlando and stumbled upon this quaint B&B. It must have been slow for them because the girl behind the counter gave us 3-4 keys to look at rooms in different buildings on site. We particularly loved a room in the building in the back with a beautiful outside balcony that...

Hi Steve, I'm very sorry that your experience here with us wasn't a pleasant one. We only move people around if there's a major maintenance issue in a room or another factor beyond our control. When we do though, it's always to an upgraded room. The room we moved you to was a premium room in the Dr. Phillips house....
