We originally had a reservation for a different hotel, but I read that it was closed the day before we were supposed to stay there. This hotel met all of our needs. The staff and management were patient and kind while helping us with our crazy situation. The rooms were clean and gave us plenty of space to spread out. My kids loved the pool, and we were almost the only ones in it every time. There was a breakfast snack you can pick up every morning in place of a continental breakfast. I am very appreciative of the staff and their friendliness. The location is also super close to places to get food such as Papa John's and Steak and Shake.

After driving 3 hours to reach out destination we were very exhausted. The hotel front desk was very nice, the customer service is exceptional. The rooms are nice, extremely clean. We did have a slight issue on the first night, we were on the first floor and at 3:30 am (after arriving at 1:00am) the people upstairs were up and the kids were running around and you could hear it for about 3 hours, needless to say no sleep for that night. When I spoke with the front desk in the morning they were more than happy to provide us another room on the 3rd floor. The only bad thing about this hotel is there is no elevators and you have to pay for parking even though there is never any parking. We had to park at the dollar tree across the street to be able to have parking because the parking lot is very small and there was certainly not enough parking for everyone who was staying. I would say that's my only complaint. Considering they charge you for parking, I believe they should give free parking because you can't park anywhere near your room or in their parking lot. Other than that, we would consider staying here again. We love Sonesta!…

I recently stayed at staybridge with some co workers, we also work at a hotel. And upon checking in, the atmosphere is amazing! Beautiful layout of the rooms. Rooms were super clean and all the staff was very nice. I want to shoutout the GM Julie for really going above and beyond for me. I left my wallet in the room and she reached out to me and personally went to UPS to send it back to me. Top notch customer service !!!

I had a phenomenal stay here. The rooms were so nice and very clean, my group loved everybody at the resort. The pool was my favorite part, the whole area was beautifully decorated and the seating was really nice. It’s in a great area with lots of stuff available around, like grocery stores and Tesla chargers. The grounds keepers do a very great job, the property looked very well taken care of. I would recommend this place to any type of family looking to get away from normal life.

I stayed here with a group from work and what a pleasant surprise! Our room was very spacious, clean and modern. The property grounds were well taken care of and anyone you came in contact with were super friendly. We were taken care of as if we were VIP's. My favorite part was relaxing by the pool... Super clean and quite large. There are also many great restaurants in the area to choose from. Thank you to Julie, Caesar, Julio & the Housekeeping manager (Sorry, I forgot her name). I will definitely return with my family next time!
