Tremendous venue. Great food choices the steak at Fiorenzo's. The bar has good wings as well. There is a roof top pool and a side diner. The gym and spa were great. The hotel is massive so you can get turned around at times. The only cons were that there are no coke products anywhere in the hotel.
We have been to this hotel multiple times. It's a great facility but it's the pool area with multiple pools, including for little kids and one for folks who don't want to be around kids at all, and mostly the lazy river that we love.
This is a great hotel with a great location, great pool, great service, and great and clean rooms. A welcoming place to stay with great amenities. Also, located in a great area with access to many restaurants and entertainment options. Also, such a convenient location if you have an event at the Orlando Convention Center. Just a quick walk over via walk ways, not need to fight traffic at events to park.
Super quiet room, we stayed in the King Room with Balcony. I was not pleased when I saw are room was on the backside of the elevator, however, I can say we did not hear the doors open or close nor people in the halls. Very pleased with the room.
We stayed here for the 49th Annual Volleyball tournament and loved how easy it was to get to the convention center. The hotel common areas are pretty and spacious. The food and coffee in the 24-hour market were great! We reserved a king suite with a living room and attached a two queen bedroom. The space was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend anyone to stay here. We'll be back!
The view was good and the pool was nice. However, once again my room was not up to par with cleanliness.when I asked about the sofa bed comforter being dingy and having moldy color within the comforter I was told that’s normal. However, my bed comforter was clean. I just paid and let it go. I didn’t look for the moldy comforter, I went to fold the comforter and once it was in the light my brother seen all the mildew looking “feathers”… But they assured me it was normal. I have many down comforters in my house. I actually did a light test and I did not see anything of what I saw in the sofa bed comforter.
We loved our stay here. My son was in the hospital and my family and I were separated for a few weeks so my husband got us 1 night at a place where us and our kids could unwind and reconnect. It was amazing from the room to the pool! The 24/7 market was so convenient and staff was extremely helpful. Definitely hope to stay again!
The hotel was clean, lots of open space, bed was comfortable, room temps were great! It was very hot outside and everything inside was comfortable. Ease of access to meeting rooms, location of rooms to meetings was easy
Enjoyed my stay with a spacious room and in room coffee with small fridge. The only other areas I experienced was the wonderful steakhouse restaurant that did a fabulous job with a private dinner hosted, the market, Rocks (the lobby bar), and convention area. All were very nice. If you attend a convention here, bring your tennis shoes. It is a HUGE hike from the rooms to the convention area.
The hotel was perfectly acceptable but not for the price. Staff was fine but again not exceptional. The Market with snacks, water, etc was extremely overprices. This place has "resort" prices but hardly the resort experience.
