Allison at the front desk is excellent, knows how things should be and how to get things done. Wonderful personality. Room was quite large, bed comfortable, air conditioner on the quiet side. Staff friendly and efficient. Didn't care for the Applebees built into this location.

We have been coming to this hotel for over 20 years and each time we arrive it’s like coming home. The staff here are fantastic and always stop to say hello. It’s perfectly located with the Disney parks, seaworld and aquatica all a short drive away ! The restaurants near by are fantastic too and many places within walking distance of this hotel. There is also a shuttle bus for those without transport and a timetable can be collected from the front desk. Danny on the front desk is simply the best person for front of house, this hotel would not be the same without Danny and his team, they will go out of their way to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. I believe the hotel has new management and a lot of changes are happening and all for the better. Live music by the pool, which makes the pool atmosphere magical and fun, everyone enjoying the music, tiki bar and chilling with friends and family. The return of managers cocktail party. Soft chairs beside the tiki bar, the hotel just gets better ! There is a cinema room showing family friendly films daily too. The pool has daily activities and the children can win tokens for the games room, Dan and Jesus are here to make the pool more fun for everyone, on the hour every hour you can play fun games. There is a kids water play area, 2 hot tubs and giant chess etc. If you are looking for a hotel in the Orlando area look no further and book this one. You will not be disappointed.…

Fantastic hotel - booked a room here for a couple of days before moving to a Disney resort. While it was relatively inexpensive, it was clean with friendly staff and a great pool and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Close to Disney springs and walking distance of a lot of other restaurants, as well as opposite Walgreens and next to a fab 7-11 . This was a great location to explore Disney. Good range of facilities and would use as a base for exploring Disney and Orlando - a $10 or less Uber to Disney springs. The onsite applebees food was delicious too!

We hosted our wedding in June within walking distance to this resort. We had dozens of friends and relatives who booked to stay here. Everyone had a great time. The pool and the grounds are very clean. Big shout out to Anthony who’s the bartender at the Tiki Bar, one of the best in the business. The room beds are comfortable and never had an issue. Thanks to all the staff for a great week here. We’ll be back when visiting Orlando in the future.

We are South Florida residents with Disney APs, so we go to WDW quite often. This hotel is one of our favorite off property locations to stay at while in the Orlando area. The hotel offers a small store and a beautiful pool area and tiki bar tucked beautifully within an inner "courtyard" that offers a haven from the rigors of the world outside. Dan Stapleton is our "go to" guy when we stay at the hotel. He's always there to make things easy for us, which makes our stay all the better. The hotel is situated within a 10 minute drive to Disney Springs and the WDW parks are also easily accessible from the hotel. You can't go wrong staying here!

The staff was incredibly helpful when needed. Corey, Danny, Fabian and Grecia went out of their way to help us. We had an unfortunate incident not related to the hotel and they assisted us beyond our expectations. Accommodations were great. The location was perfect, close to everything. We will go back again.

Brayan and Niemary are wonderful staffs and make my one week stay a memorable one. I had to ask too many questions about Orlando city as this is the first time I am visiting. They answer all my questions professionally. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely refer a friend and always come back because of the attitude of this two staffs Brayan and Niemary.

The entire hotel staff did an amazing job putting together my cousin, Analia’s Quinceañera party. The food and drinks were first class all the way. The sales manager and party coordinator, Ingrid Díaz, did an amazing job organizing the event. Ingrid insured that every detail went smoothly and that Analia had the party of her dreams. The hotel rooms I booked were spaciousness with a touch of luxury. It’s located minutes from all the major parks and airport. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Resort Lake Buena Vista.

Booked here to attend a Sweet 15 party , had a great time , staff was very interactive, the venue was perfect for the party , the Bartender they had for us was awesome. The hotel is lively but not overly active.
