Disney def make you know and feel you are poor at this resort. You definitely treated differently then if you stayed mid ter resort. Even the bus schedule run slower. You def will hate this place if you have stayed at other disney resorts. The also nickel and dime you / act as if you are stealing vs if you stay at a mid tier resort. You will def feel aa if your at a lower quality walmart the entire time.

After 3 nights of stay, we don’t receive yet any maid service, we expect at least 1 in mid stay. We expend all our day in their parks and when we back we only want rest in a good and clean room. Certainly I don’t expect this “standar service” from a Disney Hotel

Fantastic experience. The resort is incredible and affordable. Although the room a little squishy with 2 adults and 2 small kids, we made it work. The food on site is fantastic, The bus shuttle service to the parks was an absolute treat. Staff friendly and really happy with our stay. Will be back for sure

We were there for a cheerleading competition. 4 of us in a small, nicely appointed room. Disney All Star Music is no frills with big character and musical instrument scultures: cute and kind of kitschy. Helpful, efficient staff, lovely pool, everything is clean. One huge negative is the terrible, over-priced food. It's bad (by bad I mean not fresh, poor quality, mostly fried/and or processed options). So be prepared to make reservations elsewhere.

My husband and I had our first getaway alone to Disney. It was our first time staying at a Disney resort and All star movie was perfect! We were in the dalmations building in the back. It was super quiet and peaceful. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on ! I slept so good!! The pools were awesome. I especially loved the mighty ducks pool . It was never crowded and so quaint. The buses were clutch to get around!! The food in the food court was decent. We especially loved the cute Mickey waffles and the amazing Mickey cheesecake!! For a value resort I would give this place a 10! Staff is amazing and place is spotless!

I visit Disney World about once a year and I've stayed at almost every Disney resort. I had stayed at the All Star Sports over a decade ago so I was coming in with low expectations. Wow! I was blown away with how nice All Star Movies was, especially now that the rooms have been renovated. Starting off with the rooms, they are so clean and they are efficient with their space. When the murphy bed is down the room is pretty tight, but it was still very manageable. The giant TV and the coffee/fridge stand were excellent touches. Really elevated this room. I do recommend paying the small upcharge for a "preferred room" so you have less walking to do. We stayed in the Fantasia section. We loved being close to the pool, and we were able to be at the bus stop within 3-4 min of leaving our room. The grounds are so well maintained and clean. We were impressed with the friendly staff cheering us every morning as we went to the buses, and the custodians making Disney characters on the ground with water. The cast members seemed to truly love working at All Star Movies. I also loved this property because it wasn't so massive like the moderates or Pop Century. My daughter took full advantage of their pool area and the marshmallow roasting station. Such a lovely area! My only tip is to avoid the cafeteria if you can. Disney has great food everywhere, just not here. We ordered some groceries to help us with breakfasts so we didn't have to deal with the madness of the morning rush in the cafeteria.

Its been over 7 years since I last stayed at this resort. I totally see why I loved it. I did check in via the app which worked great. On my drive up, I received my room number. I was in Dalmatian building on the first floor. When I arrived, the AC was broken. I called and within 10min, they had a tech in the room and he knew what it was. He changed a part and the AC was up and running. (Disney Service is amazing) ROOM: Well, they are super clean and very comfortable. Loved to see my name on the TV screen welcoming me. Bathroom has a large shower head which gave you a spa feeling while you showered. Loved they still have H2O products. Room had all you need including a small fridge and coffee maker. Rooms are not large, but for the time you are going to be in them, its perfect. Now going to be honest and this is not a negative. Just my preference. I do miss the old themed rooms. I know that Disney has gone down this modern-Ikea type room look. And nothing wrong with that, except that I can get that at any Marriott or Hilton. I come to a theme Disney report for the theme. Good news, the property is themed. It really is great to walk around and take pictures with so many oversize characters. I love the grounds which are beautifully kept. DINNING: I was very happy with the food court options. First night I had the chicken parmesan pasta , which was delicious. Second night i tried the Stir Fry and also amazing taste. Breakfast I did via mobile order and had it in my room. The dinning area is packed with the morning rush. Transportation: This was a Magic Kingdom trip...so bus transport was important. The resort buses leave you right at the entrance of Magic Kingdom. This is so worth it versus driving. And All Star Movies has its own direct bus. In other words, it does not stop at any of the other All Star Resorts. :-) And lastly, the CAST MEMBERS!!!!!!! What can I say. The cast members that I encountered were amazing. They really go out of their way to make sure you have a great vacation. Each morning they played music and danced while guest walked into the main building (helped wake us up). Every time I walked around the property, I always was greeted. Security were driving around the parking lot and the property. I have stayed at all Disney Properties and can tell you that All Star Movies is one of my top Disney Hotel options. I would highly recommend this property.

Easily booked!! Went for a mixture of anniversary/birthday. They had the tv set up for us with our names and special surprises for us! It may be on the cheaper option side for Disney, but overall a wonderful experience! Buses will take you to Disney springs, magic kingdom(directly, no monorails here) Epcot, animal kingdom, and Hollywood studios. So many interesting places on sight to explore, such as the huge buzz lightyear and woody dolls and you get to walk right by Andy’s door! The cafeteria is lovely and has many options to choose from and their pizza for takeout is amazing for the price!!!!

It was hard to find our room. Then I had to go back and move the car all the way around a bunch of buildings, then I had to go all the way back to the lobby for the luggage cart and wheel it all the way back to the car then two trips to unload the stuff. The room door was so heavy that is was impossible to get the scooter in with mom on it. I had to get her off the scooter outside and use her walker. It was really difficult. She didn’t get a shower at all because I couldn’t get her into the bathtub style shower. I asked when I made the reservation, and they told me I could roll her in the shower. Everyone was so friendly. MK was so crowded and hard to get from point A to point B with a scooter. The kids had a good time and we haven’t seen them for a few years so Disney was a good place to spend time with them🥰 it was good that we were able to bring our own food and frozen water bottles. find a bag that fits over the back of the scooter for your stuff. The Genie didn’t seem to be that helpful when we finally got to a ride ( with the crowds) the RIDES were closed. We ate most of our meals in the food court at the hotel. It was less crowded and we could find a table for 6 & scooter room. The doors from the food court to the outside/pool area are not handicapped accessible there isn’t a button to open the doors or keep them open. The pool did not have a lift either. Go to all star music their doors and pool have h/c access.

Truly had some of the best Disney customer service while staying here - all Cast Members were incredibly friendly and helpful, resort and room were both clean and comfortable - what more could you ask for? Loved the theming of this resort! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
