Booked here because our usual hotels near our office were sold out. I will agree with other reviewers, Fabio at the front desk is great. Excellent customer service, I can see that kid going places. The rooms.....ehhhh.....I must have gotten one of the sub-standard ones because I didn't have a walk in shower or balcony. I did had an OLD...

Very nice for 'suite' type of room -- great bathroom and walk in shower. Like the layout of the grand suite. One noticable thing was the water running when toilets flushed somewhere on the floor(s) above us. Only really heard it late at night/early a.m. Nice breakfast buffet. Parking was not the best situation.

Stayed here for 4 days in April 2012 and wished we had booked the whole 14 days. Accomodation faultless, first class. Pool very quite during the day as it was mostly business people that used the hotel. Breakfast area could get very busy early in the morning and tables were limited, but as we were in no rush we would...

Found this hotel on Trip Advisor, and got a tremendous rate for an Executive Suite. The property looks like a failed condo development, with a variety of room options, a pool with a bar and restauraunt, shuttle service to the parks (though after opening times), a breakfast buffet that probably isn't worth it ($10.95 for adult, $6.95 for kids). The...

We stayed here for 7 nights. Checkin was easy & the staff were very friendly. The 1 bedroom suite was great with the full kitchen with washer & dryer. The bedsettee was not very comfortable for my 8 year old daughter but we just asked for an extra mattress, that was brought immediately & the problem was solved. The separate...

It was not a bedroom only, but a complete apartment: kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and even a living room. The 'apartment', includes even wash machine. Couldn't have more. I choose this hotel due it's proximity to Universal Orlando and really it's a walking (ok, long walking) distance. The shuttle is not a good option since only available early in the morning...

We recently stayed at the Point Orlando hotel for a week. The Single bedroom suite was clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed for meals when we chose not to eat at a restaurant. It is a short drive from Universal and in a convenient part of town, close to highways. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Safety...

This is a nice, newer hotel, slightly off the main path. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Loved having a Keurig coffee maker in the room. The sofa sleep was not very comfortable, but it was worth the full kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Spa/tub, do I need to say more?? Easy...

This place is wonderful for location. You can walk to restaurants or take the I trolley. If you are a walker like us you can walk to many locations on international drive. The oulet mall is easy to walk to-but you will have to take the I trolley back if you shop alot. The only only downside that I can...
