WorldQuest Orlando Resort offers a mixed bag for its visitors. While guests have called out the hotel's clean, well-maintained premises and spacious rooms, concerns have been raised about additional costs, such as overpriced onsite shopping options. The atmosphere receives a split verdict; some guests find it comfortably spacious yet in need of an update. Service at the resort generally garners positive remarks for its helpful staff, though some inconsistency is noted. The location earns praise for being conveniently close to Disney parks, making it a popular choice for theme park enthusiasts.

Sorry for the mediocre review but we found the resort to be a little tired. It needs some updating. The pillows and bed were mediocre and to us that is the most important part of our stay. The toilet was iffy and finally plugged the last day of our stay. The room was completely out of shower gel, shampoo and cream rinse when we got there. They’re the refillable bottles on the shower wall. On the flip side the grounds are pretty. Service was good. They brought us the shower supplies pretty quickly as well as the extra towels and pillows we requested. The staff was pleasant. We appreciated all that. Oh but the worst part for us was the parking. We had to park very far from our room most nights. And we were home by 8 each night. Since it rained most of our stay we had to walk to & from our room at night in the rain and cold. Not for us.

my husband and I astayed in a two bedroom condo at WorldQuest. We were visiting Disney World so it was convenient. We travelled with Tui premium, which was good and you get the Lounges in the offer. We landed in Melbourne. We were quickly on our way from the airport but it was quite a journey. Our condo had a pool view and we could see the lake. It was very roomy and we had a full kitchen and washer/drier. It was clean but there were stains on a bench and on the sofa and the blinds on the balcony door were broken but nothing we couldn’t live with. I do wish there were instructions with the cookers/microwaves and waste disposal units. I know how to use the waste disposal but many wouldn’t know and the cookers can be complicated. We managed and cooked a few meals. The bed was huge and comfortable and the en-suite was massive with and Jack and Jill basins, jacuzzi bath and roomy shower. There was plenty of parking space. The pool was large and the sun loungers were plush cushioned and comfortable. We were entertained by a singer on the Friday. It was a shame it was so cold the weeks we were there but the condo was warm. We enjoyed our stay. The downside was that there were no shops or eateries within walking distance so you would need a car but we had a hire car. They did run a shuttle bus to Disney and Universal.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment as a package deal with TUI. Wasn't impressed at all. Our apartment was in Building 1 on the first floor by the stairs. Upon entering, the lock had loose and flimsy screws, at one point the bit that's built into the door frame even fell off, which we had to push back in. Anyone with a little strength could've just pushed the door in. Kitchen: 2 slice toaster with no buttons and melted plastic cover. In case we wanted to cancel the toasting process we had to unplug it from the wall to pop the toast out before it's time ( whatever the time was). Come on! A new toaster doesn't cost much , it seemed 30 years old but the owner clearly couldn't be bothered. 2 medium sized ovenproof glass dish, no trays to put a pizza on. One night the aircon turned on the heating programme due to temperature drop outside and with that, the fire alarm went off due to the dirt and dust built up inside the aircon pipes which started burning and the smoke set the fire alarm off at 1.30 am, which made our daughters jump out of their skin. No one checked on us afterwards. Swimming pool is nice and spacious, but not spacious enough for jumping and water polo, which we encountered by about 25 younger guests. All families were chased out of the pool due to no one enforcing rules. Carpets looked like they've never been cleaned since the buildings exsitence. It's 5 minutes drive from Disney property and that's the only positive I can say and so I kept 2 stars for it. Also beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. Some apartments were nicely maintained but probably not the ones you get in a package deal. When we complained at reception about the state of our apartment, we were told that every apartment had different owners and it was up to them to keep it in an acceptable state or not. We mainly just slept there as we spent a lot of our time out, but it would've been nice to have a well kept apartment. Proceed with caution!

Really great property! Clean, no smells (like marijuana being smoked nearby), and a cordial front desk staff. Our only problem was no hot water. Could maybe get 1.5 hot water showers per night before frigidity set in. Too bad we had 6 showers to take. Will DEFINITELY stay here again! Proximity and amenities are stellar. Staff and noise level and no odors are a must! Great job Worldquest Resorts!!

The hotel is wonderful, super spacious studio rooms with everything you need, kitchen, laundry. The room I chose had a view of the lake, which sometimes had an alligator walking around. The typical American breakfast and also with several options for tourists from all over the world. Super quiet place and close to international drive. I highly recommend it for families.

Lots of options in Orlando but this place is a good mix of value and convenience. Not high end but not dingy. Felt safe. The rooms are spacious and not over priced. They have decent kitchens and decent sized bathrooms. The pool area is nice and very well kept. Hot tubs were functioning well. Good for those days when you just wanted to enjoy the weather and not fight crowds. Parks are a short Uber ride away.

Would not recommend this hotel, rooms are dated and mouldy, the noise levels are high so it’s impossible to get rest and there is a constant smell of weed in the corridors, complain to reception and little is done apart from move you which gets a bit tedious and time consuming when that happens twice! Overall, worst stay we have had in Orlando

We have been to this resort many times over the last 2 years and we love it. The place is exactly what we like, small accessible and rooms in general are great. However, our last visit last week was very disappointing. There is a new hospitality company that has taken over and the lack of care or concern with the new staff is very apparent. We paid for a pool view room to be given the back of the Tiki bar as our view, we were offered a new room 4hrs after check in and we declined to the fact we had already used the facilities in the room and did not see it fair to have staff have to clean it. The floors were not so clean and the carpet going into the main bedroom had lifted and whatever was holding the carpet down had cut our feet. I quietly went to report this to the GM and all we got was I will send someone over. A maintenance guy came to fix the carpet however my husband was sick and asked him to come back - he never came back. Our last day we thought we would eat at the Tiki bar for breakfast and on our arrival it was closed. I went to reception and was told that it was closed due to sickness. Another lady who I found out was the food/service manager came over and I asked her if Laval was coming in and if the Tiki bar was opening at all that day for the manager to tell us no it was not opening. So, why did she not open it? Is she not he food service manager and if staff do not show should she not be responsible for opening it? If not then what had she to do that day? As it happens we went for breakfast and came back to the bar open and Laval the amazing bar man was standing there. I asked him if he was called in as we were told it was not opening, Poor guy was confused as he did not know we had been told it was closed. Again, what is the food/service manager doing there when she did not even know that the bar was opening and in fact she has not got a clue what was happening. From a hospitality family we find this very poor customer service. The change of management shows a poor operation and for the sake of this lovely place I hope that they start to pull it together and make changes for the better. Laval as always is a pleasure to see and talk too. He is about the only good thing happening there at the moment. We spoke to another family who were poorly treated by management and their room had mould and a raging party going on upstairs and nothing done. The security did not go out to them and they faced abuse from the party goers. They were offered an embarrassing $30 back. C'mon guys surely there could be better appreciation offered to your customers for an inconvenience. We did try to convince them that this was not their usual operation however they will never go back. We have spoken about not returning which is a shame as we genuinely loved the place. Change or train your management and have them realise it is not a competition of power but offering their guests the best experience to avoid reviews like this. Good Luck and hope changes and attitudes can be rearranged.

Awful experience with this resort. We arrived on the Monday shattered, they put us in block 5, the room stank falsity and the sofa springs had gone, bed was not pocket sprung so i could feel every turn my husband made. Called reception and we were moved to block 3 which was ok, there was a lot of mould in my daughters bedroom and broken doors but it was better than block 5 ( incidentally I was told by reception that that room was due a reverb in Jan so it baffles me why the hotel would put 2 week staying guests in such an awful room. On the 17th things took a turn for the worst. A large group had moved in upstairs and for days had been scraping furniture across the floor at all hours of the night, it sounded like they were rearranging the whole condo. On the Friday night they had a party, a very loud party! Music was full blast and a couple were outside in the lanai arguing about getting divorced. My husband and my daughter’s friends called reception 3 times and the party went on till 4.27 am ( my husband has recordings) I called reception and was told that they could not evict those people as they were staying in a private condo (be careful as this could happen to you if you stay here) so we had no choice but to pack up once again all our stuff and move (this is two times now) and for all the inconvenience we were gifted 30 dollars for the pool bar (an insult) fortunately we used it the next day as the following day the pool bar was shut all day and we were leaving. When checking out I told reception how this was the worst place I had stayed and I have been coming to Orlando at least twice a year for the last 30 years. An American lady who was also checking out asked what building number the party was in and when I said 3 she said “I knew it!” She proceeded to tell the reception that her and her husband had witnessed drug dealing in that building and that over the last 3 days blacked out SUV’s and fancy cars have been turning up where deals were witnessed to which the receptionist said “ how did they get through security “ well the night before we came in and to there was no security and we have been waived by several times. Without having to say or show we were staying there. This really had been the worst stay in Orlando ever, in May we stayed at Staybridge suites seaworld and that was great, I n September Cabana Bay and that was great. Here was awful and as a last note we spoke to a Canadian couple round the pool on the last day and they have been to this resort 8 times and said it has now gone down hill and will never return!!!

We stayed for 11 nights in November 2023. The pool was not heated for the first seven days of our holiday and the water was too cold to use the pool at all. There is building work all over the site with huge skips in the car park and the builders start drilling at 7am. The condo was full of little midgies, including the bedroom and kitchen and despite asking about having them treated they remained living with us. The place is also home to loud American college students who during our stay decided it was okay to have a party until 4 am! Not a place for a relaxing stay which is a real shame as this was once a lovely relaxing retreat.
