Spacious, good location, and relatively new. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The Front Desk Manager, Diana, was nice and cooperative. The main problem is cleanliness. We could notice stains on the WC and dirty floor when we first entered the room which is supposedly new. No bedbugs, but there are tiny cockroaches all over the kitchen. Don’t be fooled by the sneaky clause of housekeeping fee before booking. There is NO HOUSEKEEPING. They don’t even make the beds or change towels. You have to pay $39 per day for poor housekeeping. I have stayed in many resorts in Orlando, so I’ve taken into consideration the overall standards when I wrote this review. I don’t mind staying in Worldquest again with my friends maybe, but not for couples or family. Since most, if not all, of the cons are related to cleanliness, I think there is plenty of room for improvement.

This resort is a little gem off the beaten path. It is away from the hub of Orlando, but a close Drive to stores and theme parks ( only about a 10 min drive to Disney). It was well kept. It was very clean and the grounds were well looked after. Staff were very friendly and accommodating if you needed anything. Our room comfortably fit our family of 5 and it had everything we needed for our stay for the week. They have a gorgeous pool with plenty of lounge chairs to relax in and a bar to the side for drinks and food. My only suggestion is to request to stay in building 3 or 4. You are close enough to the pool, but far enough away from any noise from people at the pool(the pool closes at 11pm). If you are a light sleeper and need your rest, I would suggest asking for a room on the top floor. Although I loved our ground floor room, I could hear the people above us at all hours of the night. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a quiet retreat as well as enjoy all that Orlando has to offer, I would recommend WorldQuest!

This resort is not around anything period. You must drive a few miles to get to any kind of restaurants, stores or groceries. This place gives feeling the owner's wanted to get into the Orlando resort game, but on the Cheap. Located at almost end of dead end street. Plus fixtures are dated and some not very good working condition. Shower was a major problem. I'm only 5'7" and shower head kept pointing at the wall and has to squat to get under the water. On a good note, once I complained, maintenance guys were there quick, pleasant and took care of our issues. Resort to me screams we're trying to get into the Orlando scene, but we don't have a lot of money to spend.

I stayed at the WorldQuest Resort in Orlando this past weekend and I highly recommend it. The rooms were immaculate, the water pressure just amazing, the stuff is super friendly and it was very conveniently located. We were a big group (6 adults 1 kid and one baby) and we were all very comfortable. Truly a great experience. 12/10

We pulled up to the property and thought wow, this is really nice. The gate guard was friend and lobby area was very nice. That is where it changed. We drove to our unit in Building 3 with high expectations after seeing how lavish things were to that point. We went to open our door to the unit and it was stuck. With two of us leaning into it we finally got inside. It was not nearly as lavish as anticipated. Granted it was nice but average at best. Having reserved a 3 bedroom and knowing what their competition was like the first impression was you get what you pay for and this property was much less than others. The kitchen was missing silverware enough for the 6 of us there of which the unit accommodates. We had lukewarm water in the showers. Traveling with a contractor we found the hot water tank and we made the adjustment in temperature control and warmer water. The shower heads were more like trickles but at least warm. The jacuzzi was unusable the first night because the jets were covered in mold. We went to buy bleach the next day and cleaned the jets and tub ourselves. The bedding appeared okay until it was time to actually use it. The master bedroom king bed had springs popping up and in need of a replacement. The full bed was well worn and lumpy. The two singles weren’t even on the frames. We flipped the mattress and box springs up and found the frames weren’t fastened so the beds were tilted. We fastened the first one and it was at least on the frame but the box spring was broken. The second beds frame couldn’t be properly fastened so it remained tilted. Thankfully we were only there two nights. On the second morning our son went to open his bedroom door only to find the doorknob broke in his hand and he couldn’t get out. Thankfully in the king room he could exit through the patio door which we had to open the slider to let him in. By the time we left my husbands arm was jarred from tugging on the door to exit. The only think I can say positively about the place is the location is good. We travel to Orlando often but will NEVER stay here again. If you like run down properties, this is your place.

Thank you for your feedback. I am happy to hear you enjoyed the lobby area and the guard was friendly. I apologize for the door and the lack of silverware. This is not up to our standards and I am sorry that we fell short for you. Your comments have been shared with the appropriate departments to be addressed promptly. This is not typical for us.
