As always, there were negative views that worried us, but plenty of good reviews, as well, and a high star rating. We booked this resort through Sams Club Travel site. We had no problem checking in. Walked right in to the gorgeous lobby and were greeted kindly. Check-in was fast and informative; we even got a choice of where we would like to be. We also had a family member who lived in the area who wanted to visit us and no problem - a parking permit was made for them. We chose a 2nd floor pool view room, 2 bd/2ba. Bldg. J1, Room 206. We absolutely loved it! It was close to the clubhouse, elevator and parking lot. We loved the view of the pool, and the sounds of the music (not too loud) and chatter of guests. We loved the screened in balcony which gave that southern feel. Wish we had a lounge chair out there to nap - that would have been the cherry on the cake for me. The "condo" which is what it really is, was so spacious. Our master bathroom was huge! The two rooms were spaced apart very well for privacy. The grounds were beautiful. The place was quiet. The pool/hot tub area, which included a Tiki Bar, was an oasis to greet us every day. We just loved it. I miss it - I mean really miss it! I've never said that about anyplace I've ever stayed. It's close to the parks, it's close to grocery shopping. The unbelievable thing was when we checked out, front desk says, "and don't worry about anything, just leave it to us" That meant not having to do our dishes or get them started in the kitchen. Talk about pampered! (of course we emptied the fridge and took care of garbage (they collected each morning at our door). But to not have to do the dishes? A dream come true! We may be coming back in another six months for another family event, and this will be it. Hands down.

I had such a great time in Orlando. The park are very close to the resort and with the shuttle services it was easy to enjoy them. The rooms have plenty of room for a family of 6. The pool was heated and provided pool toys for the kids. The front desk agents were great specially Adelia. She was very helpful with our stay.
