First time ever writing a bad review but this stay warrants one. The rooms are extremely run down and smell old and musty . Floors were filthy and to say that we were shocked would be an understatement especially during a pandemic where cleaning is essential . Our freezer smelled like rotten fish and everything just looked grimy. There was a used glass next to the couch on the floor with some rotting liquid inside . My king size bed sheet had a black stain on it which probably was an iron stain but none the less disgusting to see that and climb into bed with sheets like that . We contacted American Express Travel since we used them to book and they had a hard time getting them to give any kind of refund . Not even the resort fees . They wanted us to change rooms but the inconvenience of cleaning a room all over again with my disinfecting wipes wasn’t worth the hassle , as we spend as much time as we could out of the room as possible . I didn’t feel any room would be clean to be honest . Our friends room was cleaner than ours but not clean really. Shame they wouldn’t offer some kind of money back to us to make it better . Avoid this establishment would be my suggestion , we even advised American Express to take it off their travel list .

Im visiting Orlando Hotels twice a years since 2003 in a Row, I stayed in almost every hotel in the area And this is my 3rd worst nightmare, He will be ok if You always stay in hotels like Quality inn or any Motel, but if you are the one that always look for clean places or updates places stay away from here, You will not see any Covid guides at all, Forget about the pool, Apart from dirty it looks like they put a truck of ice, Almost no one visit the pool, Saw lot of kids getting in Screaming like seeing somebody dying and getting out forever, Please see the picture to see what im talking about the dirty rooms, Nobody is paying me anything to say this, But man... I believe, that only normal or good moderates places here, are Diamond Resort hotels, They are in another level specially with the Covid And cleaning guidance, if you are looking for a place like this but without having a nightmare I Will recommend Grande Villa Resort, Cypress Pointe and Summer Bay, Stay away from this dirty place. (Forgot about you will need like 10 minutes to get access to the room because they don’t work properly at all) See pictures please, very sad that Just allow 10 pictures because you need to see the DVD and the couches.

I have been to this resort several times and it is definitely my favorite when I come to Orlando! I highly recommend booking your stay here! I love these condos and the whole property. Staying near the pool has been my favorite spot. Getting to look out at the pool from your screened in porch is just amazing and so relaxing. These condos have 2 and 3 bedrooms and are fully stocked. They have a washer and dryer which is so nice to be able to wash all your pool and beach clothes and do some laundry if needed! It has a full kitchen, air conditioning in the whole condo, it’s nicely decorated, tvs in living room and all bedrooms and a jetted bathtub in the master bathroom! It’s so nice!!! It’s literally like a home away from home and so comfortable! You will love this resort! And it’s like 10 mins to Disney and in a great central location for all the places you’ll want to go in Orlando! Book this place now! You won’t have any worries and you’ll be staying at an awesome resort!

Amazing resort! Friendly, clean, and has everything you need to enjoy your family vacation with kids. Worth the rate for O-Town and is conveniently located. Liked being able to cook some and go out to eat.
